ChatkCha hovers out of the cell. Floating through the hallway outside the cell, it detects 3 other chambers with similar doors. Up a small set of stairs at the end of the hall, there is a larger solid steel circular door. It has a star pattern engraved on it with an arcane rune in the center.
Kosh just listens as he adjust tot he darkness around him “Arawn help me, at least drifting in the astral I had some freedom of movement.” As the others introduce themselves he just looks in the direction of the sound “Kosh Coratash, servant of Arawn. For what it is worth it is a pleasure to meet you. Would you be against some light in this dark place?”
Ronin say "Greetings and yes please! Unfortunately, my designers did not see it fit to equip me with dark vision. I've been in the dark here for..." Voice chances to automated voice, "31 DAYS ON GOING..." Voice changes back, "it be nice to know what im dealing with."

“Ah, sorry, I did not realize you can not see in the dark, but I would suggest holding off on any bright white light so as not to attract attention for now, keep it “low””.
ChatkCha hovers outside the cell door, trying to do so silently[. ( 14 )
Yom listens carefully ( 4 ) for anything unusual, ready to recall ChatkCha with a “click” of his tongue if needed.
Kosh reaches to the top of his shirt grabbing a button as he begins to utter some words. The button begins to give off a reddish light that helps to illuminate 20ft around them. Those looking at the man holding the button will see white hair that goes to his shoulder, although he has pale skin he does not look unhealthy and his lavender eyes just look around. He is dressed simply in pants and a white button down with the sleeves rolled up, his top button now missing.
“Well hopefully this helps then.” He says tossing the button lightly in the direction of the voices.

ChatkCha sees the rune in the circular steel door begin to glow red. A moment later a ray of light shines in its direction searching for the movement it detected. The beam is moving in seeking patern.
The intrusion detection system rolls to 16 to hit.
This is against ChatkCha's AC against a touch attack. Physical armor is no assistance. Only dexterity can prevent the beam from detecting it.
Evasion. If the homunculus is subjected to an effect that allows it to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, it instead takes no damage if it succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if it fails. It can’t use this trait if it’s incapacitated.
In the subtle light of the glowing button, the fourth prisoner chained by the collar is revealed. (Abrax, please introduce your character).
Unseen until now, a fifth vaguely humanoid figure sits in a corner of the cell. The chain and shackles where ineffective. (Hakan, please introduce your character).
Pooled in the corner a blue goo starts to move. It rises up along with cloth, no clothing, and takes a humanoid form. It's about 3-4' tall. It speaks in common. "Ow. My head hurts. What happened, where am I?"
He appears to look around and sees the others.
"Oh, hello friends. Ow. I think. Do you guys know what's going on? Oh, my names Hakan. "
Yom nods at Hakan in the red light. He’d spent most of his life in Wildspace and had met Plasmoids and even lived with the Thri-keen for several years, so he was used to the unusual sight.
”We appear to have been ”taken” and imprisoned here, for how long I am not entirely sure, some for days, some for months. I can also tell you we are on a Spelljammer in flight… I can feel the thumb and pulse of the Helm even from here.“
Yom makes some more clicking sounds and ChatkCha flies back and pulses some red, green and whites in quick succession at him.
”No guards it seems, three other locked cells down here with who knows what behind them, and an exit door with what seems like a magical trap that nearly zapped my pet.”
Yom clicks some more, and Chat flies over to his back where his hands have been manacled together. It reaches in with small tentacles, extracting a couple of lock-picks from deep in his gauntlet, and places them in Yom’s hands. Yom then spends the next ten minutes carefully examining the shackles, trying to work out the best angle, tension and method to get them open.
/OOC Using ChatkCha’s help and careful, thoughtful care over the next ten minutes I try to open the manacles behind my back. INT ? (not rushing so not DEX), I am proficient with Thieves’ Tools.
A blue flame cat appears in the upper part of the cell and then comes down to Hakan.
"Here everyone come close to Kit. Her flame won't hurt you unless she means to fire someone. Is everyone willing to be teleported to over there (he points 15' away). If you are, then it should work to teleport you and not the shakels that bind you. Everyone ready?" With everyone's affirmative, I have Kit teleport them and not the shakels to the other side of the room.
Ronin appears before everyone his his hands shackled behind his back....
Ronin says "WAIT! WAIT! before you any teleporting, can anyone free my arms? Those guards chained my up like this after they couldn't fully destroy the blades from my arms. Im useless other wise.
Hakan says "It should work like this - You all bunch together. Then Kit teleports you and NOT the manacles binding you. Then you're free from them. It's worked other times so it should work this time."
Quote from GR_Mustang; … Then Kit teleports you and NOT the manacles binding you…
/OOC Not sure that works, I know for “being grappled” (by a “creature”) it works, but typically not when manacled. They just “come along” with you. Guess DM will let us know !

Everyone present make a new Perception check.

(It evades detection for now. While the alert is active, it will need to dodge every round it is in the hallway.)
