Its more that Val's sharp hearing due to rolling a 22 on perception can hear Bavlorna in B10 indicated by Bloody Toes. Not that she moved to another room.
This room has two exits. Above each door, mounted on a wooden plaque, is a severed goblin head with its mouth agape. Other furnishings include a sideboard, two cupboards with doors made of wood-framed glass, and a large banquet table covered with plates of half-eaten food and a swarm of feasting flies. A chandelier hangs above the table, its tallow candles filling the room with dim, flickering light. Six mismatched chairs flank the table—three chairs per side.
Valrieth listens at a door for a moment. Feeling confident that Bavlorna is still occupied in another part of the house, she opens the door and allows the others to go through.
Val waves her hand in front of her face, trying to keep the flies from landing on her. She says as quietly as she can with her fey bargains, "We're getting closer. Search quietly." She extends her pass without trace to cover Vansel in addition to the other two.
Val opens the door to the west since that seems to lead away from Bavlorna's tea room. Once she finds that it's a door to the outside, she'll leave it open, hoping that some of the flies will choose to leave while they search.
Above each door, mounted on a wooden plaque, is a severed goblin head with its mouth agape.
Remembering the talking bullywug heads in Downfall, Val says, "Do you think that these heads can talk, like the bullywug heads on spikes near King Gullop XIX's pavilion in Downfall?"
Val is only 3' tall, so even if she stood on a chair, she wouldn't be able to get close to them, but she suggests that the tallest of them (Octavian) says, "Hello," to see whether they respond.

Val's eyes dart to Vansel and back to the table. She steps up on a chair and scans the fly-covered meal. She's really hoping that it's not obviously a roasted fey or something equally monstrous. She expects that Bavlorna would save Octavian's heart for some wicked purpose and wouldn't just eat it, but she still checks the dishes to see whether there's anything that looks like a beating heart.
Then she steps down from the chair and checks under the table for any hidden panels or compartments. Finally, she'll help check the cupboards.
The food has been cooked to the point you do not know what the food actually is. The cabinet is filled with dingy plateware and nothing of note and there is no hidden compartments anywhere that you can see.

Valrieth says, "There's nothing of interest to us here. Just more of her clutter."
Unless Finley finds something interesting with the mounted head, Val is ready to move on. She feels like they must be getting almost to Bavlorna's tea room at this point. She again listens carefully at the room's north door (leading into B7) and checks it for any hazards. Perception7
As long as she doesn't hear any voices directly on the other side of the door, Val puts her finger to her lips in a shushing gesture. Then she tries to open the door slowly and quietly, peeking through before stepping through into the next area. Stealth14
Val does not hear anyone on the other side of the door.

The walls of this dank hallway are covered with scores of portraits depicting grumpy, sad, frightened, and angry people. The figures include humans, elves, halflings, bullywugs, and goblins, among others. The portraits are rendered in a variety of mediums, including paintings, etchings, and sketches. All are displayed in gaudy, gilded frames. Octavian's portrait is here as well.
A framed oval mirror two feet wide and five feet tall hangs in the middle of one wall.
(OOC: Ugh. The dice roller previews appear to be broken again, but I checked the post. Those rolls were 1d20+5 and 1d20+2, respectively. I actually forgot to add the +10 from pass without trace to the stealth roll, so it should be Stealth29! Val moves noiselessly into the hallway (B7).)
Stealth just in case: 5 or a 15 if he gets Pass without Trace
(OOC: As long as Valrieth can maintain concentration on pass without trace, Finley, Octavian, and Vansel will benefit from the spell as long as they're they're within 30' of Val. Bavlorna's house is small enough that everyone should be covered unless we split up.
Of course, I'm fully expecting for it to expire just as we finally get close to Bavlorna!)
Finley looks into the mouth of mounted goblin and inside you see 2 very small creatures that look like little hags. In a high squeaky voice one of them says "Now who are you?"
Val does not hear anyone on the other side of the door.

The walls of this dank hallway are covered with scores of portraits...
When Valrieth hears a voice respond to Finley, she closes the hallway door and asks, "What...? Er who said that?"
Val is fairly short, so she goes over to the other side of the table from the goblin head to get a better view. She casts produce flame and holds her hand up to try to cast a brighter light on the goblin head.
"Oh, eh, ah never get lost, at least not on purpose." Finley pauses, glancing at Valrieth, both of his hands clasped at his side into fists. He looks unsure if he should try something violent or not.

"Oh, eh, ah never get lost, at least not on purpose." Finley pauses, glancing at Valrieth, both of his hands clasped at his side into fists. He looks unsure if he should try something violent or not.
Valrieth sees the look and appears uncertain, but she shakes her head slightly. She suspects that Bavlorna's tea room is just down the next hallway, and any loud noise is sure to attract the hag's attention. She's glad that she left the window open in case they need a quick exit. She just hopes that the lake is deep enough here that they can safely dive into the water.
Val puts together the name "Lornling" with Sir Talavar's information that Bavlorna can "conjure minions that look like tiny versions of herself."
Val says, "You serve Bavlorna? Do you clean the house? That seems like a big job for just two little servants to handle unless you have some magical powers of your own. It would take you all day just to clear this table and wash the dishes!"
"No, we run errands for Bavlorna, like fetch her food" says the Lornling.
"Oh? Do you know what things she likes to eat?", Valrieth tries to sound casual and coversational. "How about her other hobbies? Like taxidermy or sewing or...we saw that she has a sort of lily pond or pool downstairs. Does she enjoy swimming?"
Val is trying to see whether they can get any information about of these Lornlings without making a lot of noise. I'm not sure whether that requires a skill check, but Val has the same +0 bonus in Persuasion and Deception: 14.

(OOC: that should be Stealth 17. I accidentally replaced Val's +2 stealth modifier with the +10 from the spell when I wrote that macro.)
I will let Finley check the mounted head.

The other tiny hag like creature just looks Finley up and down as if sizing him up for something.
“Fin, who are ye?” He asks while taking a short step back.
