"I want no such thing from this mortal worm. He is unworthy of my further consideration." The Winter Queen says in address to Lelith. She huffs, her eyes shifting from the warbling of the human and then to her own granddaughter. "You are the ranking member of this party in this court, and so you bear the weight of the responsibility for bringing swine before it. In lieu of a more corporal punishment, I sentence you to live your days amongst these bombastic nematodes, never again to return to the Winter Court. Since you like them so much, this should be no problem for you. Or would you like to solidify who you allowed yourself to become previously and betray them all over again?"
The Winter Queen comes down from the raised dais, down the ice-carved steps, toward the party, to stand in front of Lelith, and seems to stare directly into her soul.
"What will it be then? Would you rather remain a member of the Winter Court and show them what you really are? Or would you prefer to renounce your position as Princess? Let me add something to this."
The courtiers slowly begin to rematerialize in the back of the room. The Winter Queen points and one and snaps her fingers multiple times, as if irritated that the spectral entity isn't already racing to her...which it begins to do immediately. Upon arrival it kneels and produces in its hand an orb, which she picks up and puts in her own palm.
"This will return the lot of you animals to Hyboria and out of my sight. Honestly, the sooner the better as you're beginning to sicken me." She says, reaching the orb out to Lelith. "Tell me you renounce your position and this will return all of you to Hyboria to a position of your choosing. But you, Lelith, will never be able to return. It will give you plenty of time to reflect on your choices. Now, who are you really? The betrayer to your cause? Or the betrayer to your court?"
She spares a short glance for Riair.
"So much for you keeping her out of trouble."
The frightened steward comes racing back into the room finally, leading a Kocra that has a saddle that is tied down with equipment. It looks like all that was requested is there. He sees the intense look on the Queen's face so races up fast, crams the creature's reins into Malenia's hands, and then flees as though his life depends on it.
Though Lelith was shaken to her very core by the words of her queen and grandmother, she mustered all her strength to maintain a brave facade. That was her best talent—to conceal her inner turmoil and fears behind a mask of composure. "You will have to forgive me for saying this, Your Majesty, but that is quite the pointless question to ask," she replied, her voice steady, despite the tumult of emotions within her. "I am sure you already know the answer but you'd rather have me voice it."
Lelith held her ground, her gaze respectfully lowered, refusing to meet her companions' eyes. She felt the weight of the Winter Queen's presence that weighed on her almost physically as if she was at the core of the sun, a mixture of authority and scrutiny that demanded unwavering loyalty. "The cosmos could burn, and all realms may tremble before the Calamity, but the Feywild, the Winter Court, will always be my home," she declared, her voice unwavering in its conviction. "Your legacy, Your Majesty, courses through my veins. I carry it with me in every step, in every decision I make, and in every action I take. My heart beats in harmony with the rhythm of the Feywild, and my allegiance to the Winter Court remains unwavering."
"My legacy." The Winter Queen says with a prideful sneer. "You think you have anything to do with my legacy or the legacy of the Winter Court? You've crossed from the Prime Material to the Feywild and sought me out for personal gain and to satisfy some nostalgic need, made promises, accepted responsibility for a mortal...and all this after you already made pledges and promises in Hyboria to rescue some mere Elven Princess. Pledged yourself to correct some fictional wrong you committed by being swayed by the Lord of Darkness...and now you're trying to renege on those commitments. I don't think so."
She leans forward and whispers in Lelith's ear...and then slams the orb of magic against Lelith's chest...

As Judal sees the Winter Queen thrusting the orb at Lelith, Judal forces himself to sneeze loudly... The sneeze just a cover to quickly bring his hand to his mouth to cover it but to really throw three small grains randomly over his shoulder to scatter where they may. Each grain is enchanted with a Magic Mouth that will make a quick "Ping!" sound randomly every 20-60 minutes until dispelled...
