All the dragons except Roxo and YSD 3 dart in and try to bite the Tarrasque

Tarrasque must make a DC 17 Con save or take 39 thunder damage and be incapacitated on a failure.
(Also, I meant that the Tarrasque needs to make an Int save against tasha's mind whip, not a Wis save)
Akkron again uses tasha's mind whip on the tarrasque, dealing 12 psychic damage and robbing of its reaction (while reducing it to an action, bonus action, or movement on its turn) on a failed, Intelligence Save DC 25 vs 15+5
GDD: Attack: 15 miss YAD 2: Attack: Attack: 22 miss YAD 3: Attack: Attack: 27 hit Damage: 5

Akkron will attempt to screw over the Tarrasque's Con save against YSD 3's breathe weapon with silvery barbs and give advantage the dragon that just got grappled.

Ok, since he's out of Legendary Resistances, this fails, he takes 29 damage instead of 14 (Tarrasque 321/676) and cannot take actions, reactions, or legendary actions.
Start of turn, YED 2 (Verde) dies in the Tarrasque's stomach and he will not be able to bite+swallow YAD 3, but still grappled until escaped from Strength DC 20
Hitpoint recall YAD 2, 33 damage, Opportunity attack missed (YAD 2, 135/168) YAD 3, 41 damage and grappled (YAD 3, 127/168) YED 1, Crit 35+19= 54 (YED 1, 114/168) YED 2 (Verde), Dead
Akkron is ready to deal the finishing blow that ends this fight...
The great wizard casts psychic scream on the Tarrasque (which, with an Int score of 3, is just intelligent enough that the spell will have full effect). The tarrasque takes 50 psychic damage on a failed DC 25 Int save, or half damage on a successful one. On a failed save, the tarrasque is also stunned indefinitely (though it gets to repeat the saving throw at the end of its turn... Akkron will zap it with silvery barbs any time it rolls the nat 20 it needs to actually save)

The Tarrasque attempts to save against Psychic Scream, Intelligence DC 25 vs 11+5,
If failed, he will take 50 damage (Tarrasque 271/676) and be stunned If nat 20, he will be forced to reroll here 14+5 but he may roll double 20's so I will roll every reroll and each end of turn reroll ten times now without adding +5 because only nat 20's will save
Say that #6 is the reroll for that nat 20, you get 9 rounds of failed saves to kill the Tarrasque.
I'm fairly sure you can do it. If you want to roll a bunch of breath recharges 9 times and ignore attacking at all, you can see how quickly you can defeat the "Sleeper" given it's heinous condition
GDD gets to use its breathe weapon 5 times (while incapacitated, Dex saves are auto-failed): 33, 48, 56, 47, 43 Necrotic
---
Roxo gets 2 breathe weapon uses (Str saves are auto-failed): 42, 43 Force damage YAD 2 uses his breathe weapon once: 38 Force damage YAD 3 uses his breathe weapon 5 times: 30, 46, 36, 40, 37
---
YED 1 uses breathe weapon three times (Int save DC 15): 28, 28, 37 Psychic Verde: Is too busy being dead to use breathe weapon YED 3 uses breathe weapon once (Int DC 15): 37 Psychic
---
YSD 1 uses breathe weapon 3 times (Con save DC 17): 25, 42, 29 Thunder YSD 2 uses breathe weapon 2 times (Con save DC 17): 34, 33 Thunder YSD 3 uses breathe weapon 3 times (Con save DC 17): 40, 32, 39
Meanwhile, Lord Akkron blasts the Tarrasque with a Mind Sliver every round (Int save, DC 25) to kill it even faster. Mind Sliver 8 times (since first round was spent on Psychic Scream): 12, 10, 13, 14, 12, 17, 10, 17 Psychic damage. Also, each time the tarrasque fails a Mind Sliver it subtracts 1d4 from its next saving throw
So... it takes 493 damage from the auto-failed saves alone, and with everything else... it looks like a bunch of dragons just flew in circles bombarding the lifeless corpses for about a minute, just to be certain.
When the Tarrasque falls to the ground, it lands with an enormous "thud" that shakes the land like an earthquake. Almost immediately, the Tarrasque begins to dehydrate, growing stiff, changing color to gray and brown. As if the entire Tarrasque has been petrified, the body of the gigantic beast hardens to rock and just as quickly, plants and brush begin to sprout and grow all over it's stone and earth body.
A Large Cloud covers the sun for a moment, only to pass as the sun shines through, not on the body of the Engine of the Apocalypses but now on a large earthen mound, covered in grass and trees where small shoots of heather blossom. The Earth has reclaimed its champion, to sleep for another 1000 years.
Without warning and without goodbyes, your body planar shifts into the astral plane where you see the entire pantheon of deities seated on astral thrones, your body has changes, you are no longer mortal and your form is now only an astral body.
One seat is empty and as you look around, you see Boccob approach and give you the kiss of god-hood. With this epic divine gesture, you are no longer a demigod, your mind expands and you become one with all knowledge, you can see through the eyes of your followers and hear their thoughts and voices. Your understanding of divine magic is perfect and it becomes so simple to see the connection between the divine and the arcane that you chuckle to yourself, why have you not been able to see this before.
You ask Boccob if he is going to return to his seat and he says that the empty seat is yours
With one last look below, Lord Akkron... a man known as many things throughout a long life... wizard, necromancer, lich, hero, paragon, demigod... now he takes his place among the gods.
A smile crosses his face as he looks upon the realms, remembering fondly those whom helped him achieve his destiny. To leave it all behind is painful, but he knows that this is good and right. Across the multiverse, heroes will do great works in his name, protecting the innocent and punishing the oppressors.
For her holy act of service and sacrifice, Lord Akkron blesses Verde with a place among the stars, to look down upon a peaceful world that she helped create. Now there is one final thing to do, as his mind is expanded and his lost memories laid bare... and he finally knows the truth of where he came from...
On a craggy island in the Sea of Swords, there resides a very tired lich. The lich has watched the millennia pass, seen countless friends grow old and die, and yet he has lived on. He remembers Khessa, the arcane warrior and cabbage enthusiast. Bridgette, the little half-orc girl he saved from the cruel clutches of the drow. Rashugri Bloodskull, the half-orc wizard whose pure determination more than made up for his limited magical skill. Katarina Spring Blossom, the Tabaxi noblewoman whose rage could twist the weave of magic. Admiral North, the famed pirate hunter... so many men and women whom he has watched live and die over the years. How fortunate they are...
As he sits in his study, his dusty tomes his only company, he feels a warm presence with him in the room. The lich turns to see... himself? Yes... the figure he sees is his own living form, but surrounded by a dazzling light. It has been so long since anyone has seen that face... The figure reaches out a hand towards the old skeleton.
"You have endured this burden far too long," the divine figure says with a kindly smile. "Suffered through many lives to deliver judgement upon the servants of Lolth... but now it is time for you to rest. There will be others who can take up this burden. Come with me... your daughter has waited for ten thousand years to see her father again. Let's not make her wait any longer..."
