The only doorway is behind you where you entered the room. Krack and Beans wander nearer to the skeleton and find its head on the floor, a single earring caught up in the hair, one dangling pearl.
Shayla looks around at the galley, Old kitchen utensils and half a dozen barrels of what must be salt pork. There is a smaller barrel of what looks like spirits according to the brand mark, full of liquid when you shake it, an old brandy. Something Barakas would like.
"What do you think Beans, it's a nice earing, perhaps Myla will like it as a gift, yeah? She's given us so much." Krack will attempt to take the pearl earing.
Krack gently removed the pearl earring, it was exquisite workmanship. He hoped Myla would like it. Beans watched him , eyes rolling.
Theodor pushed the door, but it was stuck, he tries again this time putting his shoulder into it. The door crashes open to reveal two drowned sailors in a cabin that must once have been considered luxurious. A bookcase half collapsed, holds waterlogged and disintegrating books and scrolls. The polished wood desk leans awkwardly on three legs, it has an ornate compass set in its centre. The bed is covered in rotting bedding and sags in the middle. A jagged hole gapes in the floor beside the bed.
Roll of initiative: Zombies 4, Party 14
The zombie on the right wears a tricorn hat, the zombie on the left a bright red scarf and hair down to his waist.
If the scarf zombie is still standing, Theodor will spin the warhammer with his wrist and bring it upwards from the floor, luckily he has some combat training in tight spaces.
Kracks arrow pierces the zombies chest exactly where a heart should be, a dark ichor splashes out in front of it. It's burbling laughter makes you wince.
Shayla moves like a cat and strikes the same zombie with an elbow strike to the head, you hear a crack and the head rolled to one side almost decapitating the zombie. Her knee connected sharply with his stomach, your knee sinks into the body crushing the pelvis. He falls dead. You remember how to stop them animating again radiant damage, fire damage and beheading.
The zombie in the tricorn hat hisses at you. Theodor initially intending to hit the red scarved zombie, swings his hammer in another direction, you could clearly hear the snap of bones as it smashed into the zombies shoulder.
Even with a broken shoulder the zombie dashes forward into Theodor and slashes his scimitar at him. Attack 11, The scimitar is deflected by Theodors armour.
Trilaxas blast drove the skeleton to its knees where it rests for a moment then staggers to its feet thanks to undead fortitude, 1 point of health remaining.
Theodor
Theodor shivers at the illusion of movement caused by the crabs crawling over the skeleton. "Almost as creepy as a real undead."
Theodor looks around the room for anything of use.
// OOC: Or preferably perform the Help to assist other party member to look. Poor Theodor ain't that perceptive.
