Everyone but Morpetor gets washed out of the cave and outside the entrance. The sun has set and the field is lit by moon light. Seems like everyone outside, it may be a good time to take a long rest from the onslaught.
Spluttering, Yuri gets shakily to his feet, looking round at the devestation caused by the recent deluge of water. Making sure his equipment is still all there, he does a quick headcount and notices Morpetor is missing...
Propping himself against the cave wall, and occasionally wracked by coughing, Yuri plods into the cave.
OOC - I assume that the water has removed the goblin ichor from Yuri's sword, so it is back to normal?
"Alright everyone. We have taken a beating today. Darthos, can you summon your bird again? If you can, use him to scout for Morpetor and if he is conscious, lead him back out to us. Let's all camp tonight, preferably behind some of the thickets over to the East. First thing in the morning, I get the info from our tired up guide. We have lost this battle, and I will take that ownership, but the war has only just begun."
Getting to his feet, Renvalm begins to take stock of the situation. As much as he would like to go in again he understands it would be best if everyone was at one-hundred percent before trying again. "Kim, I think it would be best if we camped at the cart, it's not safe here and we need to check on the cart. I can carry the goblin there if you want me too and it may awaken by the time we get there." Renvalm walks over to where the goblin was and checks on him and makes sure that the rope is still secure.

“Spirit. In every language in all the Realms, surface and Underdark, in every time and every place, the word has a ring of strength and determination. It is the hero's strength, the mother's resilience and the poor man's armor. It cannot be broken and it cannot be taken away.”
She looks around servaying everyone. "Once we check on Morpetor, then I agree with yall. We should head back to the cart. Renvalm, I would love for you to bring the goblin back."
OOC - what do I notice about this corridor/entrance thing? Is that what it is? Do I hear or see anything?
This passage is choked with rubble and has steep escarpments. Treat the area as difficult terrain. The ledge between the two escarpments is fragile. Any weight in excess of 100 pounds will loosen the whole mass and send it tumbling down to the east.
"It would seem that are goblin friend has escaped but I'll try and see if I can find his trail but I suggest that we make are way to the cart and rest. It may also be a good idea to set up a watch during are rest so we don't get any uninvited visitors." Renvalm decides to look around the area in case the goblin didn't get far.

OOC Are we that far from town? We could take the cart in as I imagine the spell that is masking it will fade soon...

You can wear goblin chatter coming from up the ledge. It echos like they’re in a larger chamber. Maybe 4 or 5 goblins.
