"Now hold up buddy! We still need to find Gundren. We can't search for your friend right now. We cannot waste the time going after Iarno or these redbrand. If the redbrand is already collecting money for services, then call them to hunt for the missing person. Establish their roll as a more stable part of this town. It will double both problems at once. We need to find Gundren."
Kim seems pretty heated about this whole situation.
“The only problem is we don’t know where Gundren is, and Iarno might be able to tell us.” She turns to Sildar and asks, “Is that right? Do we need to find Iarno to find Gundren?”
"I agree with you Kim, Gundren does need found. The problem is I don't really know where to start. The Townmaster may have an idea where the raids are coming from." Sildar begins walking toward the townmaster's hall. The hall is made of sturdy stone walls, a pitched wooden roof, and a bell tower at the back. Posted on a board next to the front door is a notice written in Common. It reads: "REWARD—Orcs near Wyvern Tor! Those of a mind to face the orc menace should inquire within." The notice bears the town's seal and an indecipherable signature.
Just before entering, Sildar explains some towns do not have a functioning government, but rather an elected town master. The townmaster serves as a judge in minor disputes and keeps any records that need to be kept. The current townmaster is a male human banker named Harbin Wester. Sildar describes Harbin as a fat, pompous old fool.
Sildar enters the hall to speak with Harbin. Sildar explains he is with the Lord's Alliance and is here to instill order within the town. Harbin gets a look on his face of disgust when Sildar suggests there is no real order in the town. The two men begin to get louder and louder as the argument continues.
“It sounds as though Larno may be of use to us after all. What do we know about this Tresendar Manor? Is it nearby? And what do you make of this orc problem?” Morpetor taps the notice with his staff.

Talking to anyone in particular?
I thought we were all there, having an open conversation
Addressing Morpetor, Kim and Gramgran "Could we use magic to locate Gundren?" Turning to Sildar, "Iarno is a wizard, right? Is this something he could do?"
Yuri sighs, wringing his hands and turns back to the party "I guess we need to find this Iarno then? Then maybe we can start to piece together wherever Gundren is?"
"Grrr..." Kim growls at the acknowledgment that this is a twist they will have to take. "Alright, Sildar. Where are Ianos usual places to go? Where is his home? If we can make out 2 or 3 common places for him to be, then I say we split to groups and hunt him down." She pauses for a moment then clarifies, "I mean like find him, not hurt him. I realized saying hunt him down could be taken badly." As she makes this correction she does her normal glance at Gramgran as she doesn't like upsetting her but also makes a quick glance at Renvalm as he may have taken this as a threat and she doesn't want him to think of her in a negative way after their private conversation.
She just looks at Kim and says, “Well if the last place he was seen was this Tresendar Manor, then we should probably check that out first. This town isn’t really big enough to get lost in I’d think.”
Sildar tells you Iarno had been staying at the Inn you all are currently staying. He was supposed to be there. Tresendar Manor is to the east up the hill a little ways. Sildar doesn't know much about the Manor and hasn't had any time to explore it himself since you all arrived.
Are you guys entering the Townmasters Hall with Sildar?

“Kim, that’s a great plan! If this redbrand group doesn’t want to help, it will only look bad on them.”
"Thanks Morpetor! I just don't like leaving a mission unfinished."
Kim flashes a smile at Morpetor for having her back.
Yuri nods along. "And we're free to find Gundren." I think that could work."

It sounds like this little “side quest” is becoming more crucial to our overall mission.

Looking at Sildar she asks, “So where is this manor in the first place Sildar? We’ll need to know to go save this boy.”
