Boeing his head slightly, Yuri turns back to Kim and Ren, puffing out his cheeks and exhaling.

"Looks like it's a trip to Redbrands HQ."

OOC - if everyone else is, I’m ok with us all meeting at the Inn to discuss our next steps. To get things moving along. 

Upon entering the Inn, Morpetor explains their encounter and his desire to head to the Manor for more information.

As evening approaches and the warm afternoon sun begins to set, townsfolk light the lamps outside their shops. The inn is especially bright for new arrivals to find easily. Morpetor makes his way towards the inn the Gramgran. Both take a table in the corner seeing the others speaking with the innkeeper's wife.

Gramgran 

Waving everyone to her she tells them what they have discovered and ask what they’ve found out. When all information has been exchanged she’ll say, “So we have to go to Tresander Manor to look for Iarno, which is also where the Redbrands are hiding out apparently, so that we can find Gundren. There are also orcs near Wyvern Tor, and I don’t know how close that is to what we want to find.”

Late evening. Around 9 pm

“Well then, how about we start off for the manor at first light?”

Yuri returns from the bar with a round of drinks for his companions and sets them down.

"Agreed, this Iarno seems to be our best link to finding Gundren."

He takes a seat and a long pull from his mug of ale. "There is a little food on its way as well. We can eat, rest and set about this Manor in the morning. I didn't like the Redbrands earlier this morning with their shakedowns, but now they're imprisioning folk? They don't sound too much like a town guard."

OOC- Not gonna lie, I am actually very confused right now with what is going on, so if I make some weird calls, ignore them and act like they didn't happen. I kinda forgot to check since my last post and just remembered today.

Kim gets frustrated about having to wait till another day has past to make an action. She had always been about getting things done and this "mission" was supposed to be a few hour trip and it is now extending to days. When she is finally able to return with her squad would they look at their Lieutenant different. Would she have to fight to gain their respect again? This was becoming too much, she needed to let off steam, or in her case some cold spells.

She starts grumbling, "Well if we are waiting till mourn I am going outside to train. I don't want to waste time doing nothing. If anyone is interested or needs me, I'll be outside."

She slips out to the back of the inn and creates a few targets off ice and starts swirling her magic around, creating ice as fast as she can, commanding it to follow every thought without hesitation. Each strike getting wilder and wilder on the targets, destroying some in the process making her create more to replace them. Her aim kept getting worse as her inter turmoil kept building inside her.

Yuri cocks his head as Kim announces displeasure at waiting. Turning back to the table he adds "We could always use part of tonight to check the place out?"

Gramgran 

Looking at everyone she says, “I’m as ready to go as ever. Should only a few of our sneaky people go? I’m not the quietest.”

As Kim heads out the back door, which is more of a side door on the east of the inn, by herself, a group of 4 men are passing by. Judging by the clothing they are undoubtedly part of the Redbrands. They are walking east toward the location of the manor. One gives you a wink and says, 'good evening ma'am." they continue on their way. There's no way of telling what they had been up to and they do not appear to be inebriated. They continue without anything further. 

The other three remain in the inn and talk about the plan to strike the manor. 

What are we deciding here group? Take a long rest and head out in the morning? Any actions Kim would like to take with the group of Redbrands?

OOC - I think we are waiting on Kim’s reaction. If it were me, I would want some of our sneakier people with a message spell to follow them at a distance to gain some information. 

OOC I'm not too bothered either way. I think we might get more joy out of going in the morning but am happy for Yuri to tag along if he's needed.

Fair enough. I was going to wait until her reaction to get you guys updated.

OOC - so are we waiting on Yuri to decide if he is going to go with Kim?

Kim notices that these men are probably with the Redbrands, so she tries to speak with them. She also adds in some feminine like charm, "Hello gentlemen. Are you perhaps with the Redbrand? I have heard that you lot are the ones who have protected this town. Could you give me a little insight to how you do this?" She takes a few steps to the one who greeted her. She doesn't full on flirt with them or look interested in the men that way, but just nice enough that a man might have a small conversation with her. She continues with her questions, "I am pretty strong and would like to see if I could join. As you can see from my ice sculptures, I can handle my own. Are you boys hiring or accepting more applicants? I could possibly teach some ice magics to the team." Once she pauses for the men to respond to her she concentrates on the last location of Gramgran and uses whisper, "I may have stumbled upon an opportunity to infiltrate the Redbrands. Send Yuri to track me and keep watch incase something goes wrong."
