If you can build a 'knightly' character with some other class, than go ahead. Homebrew content is allowed, as well as anything from published books. When making your character, turn off encumbrance, and make sure it is set to public. For abilities, you can roll here, use standard array, or point buy. always reroll ones. Characters start off at level 3. When applying, please give the following info. Character Name Class/subclass Race Background What method you used for ability scores Backstory Anything else you want to mention.
May I have this dance? (I won't be playing as a dancer, funnily enough)
Character Name: Keshin Class/subclass: Rogue (Thief) Race: Elf (Drow) Background: Soldier What method you used for ability scores: The stat rolling feature on the character sheet Backstory: Keshin joined the military about a couple years before the campaign started. He wasn't strong or intimidating like the other people in his squad (on contraire, he was thin and wiry) and he was often teased by the others due to this, but what the others didn't realized about this was that he was great for spywork. Before every battle he was often assigned to scout out enemy territory which would often lead to victory, even against foes the rest of the army was uncertain they would win. Due to his intelligence gathering skills, he was reassigned to work as a spy rather than a normal soldier, collecting intelligence on whatever his commanders deemed necessary, plus a little extra. About a year later, he was reassigned to work with a new squad. Anything else you want to mention: Here's his character sheet: https://www.dndbeyond.com/characters/134525800

Backstory: Sirin Aeron grew up in the shadow of her family’s noble legacy, expected to follow in their footsteps of diplomacy and high society. However, from a young age, she was fascinated by tales of daring heroes, jousting tournaments, and legendary knights. Instead of courtly politics, Sirin pursued swordplay, sneaking off to train with the castle guards in secret.
Though she isn’t a knight yet, Sirin has earned a reputation as "Silverblade" due to her graceful swordsmanship and quick reflexes. She dreams of becoming a knight, but her unconventional methods and roguish charm set her apart from the traditional knightly path. Now, with a thirst for adventure and the hope of proving herself in the jousting circuits and grand tournaments, she sets off on her journey, determined to earn her knighthood through deeds rather than titles.
Danami was from before any known recorded history existed. He is a sable elf that from when he was born was already an outcast to a family on the run. Not only that but he displayed powers of unimaginable proportions. Immediately after he was discovered, for the prodigious creation he is, Danami was ushered into the collective of what composed a universal order of unimaginable proportions. Over significant time and through a highly individualized and specialized training regimen accomplished outside of time itself, he eventually took Oath of the Watchers.
Something stirs for his presence here. He doesn't have to know what. All he knows is that for the entire plane of existence to endure he must be here for the next thread. The fabric of the time space continuum has required a Watch to be here, now.
Character Name: Torgar Ironfist Class/subclass: Barbarian / Path of the Zealot Race: Human Background: Soldier What method you used for ability scores: Rolled in sheet (15 10 14 15 17 9) Backstory: Torgar served in the army most of his life, it was all he knew, and all he wanted to know. More than once, his actions caused the tides of a battle to shift our favor and was noticed by the higher-ups. Time after time he was promised promotions to elevate his standings in the army, but eventually found out his poor heritage was the roadblock to his success. There was only one way Torgar knew to change his fortunes and break the cycle, to become a knight and gain the honor and prestige that accompanied.
Background | Im'mame is not entirely sure about his paternal background. His sense of wanting to know and explore who he is where he came from burns deep within him. Been the protegee of celestial heritage has not always won him favors and an incident in his village required him to make a tough decision. He had to leave. Im' took work as a mercenary for traders making their way to Neverwinter, finding this work unforefilling and not liking it to his inner celestial soul he found himself stuck in Neverwinter. While drinking in a nondescript tavern he struck a conversation with a hooded man and in moment of vulnerability fell upon Im' who tells this man his delima and sense of vocational calling. "Present yourself to the temple of Bahamut" the hooded man repeated. Waking up with somewhat a hangover Im' recalled the hooded mans advice and did indeed present himself to the temple priest of Bahamut. As Im' presented himself a moment of deep clarity and conviction so overwhelmed him he struggled to explain his reason to be there. The priest present understood the moment and kindly led him to see the the temple master and upon presentation he confirmed Im' indeed was called to serve Bahamut and be one of his champions.
