"Slay your dragon safely, mighty heroes!" Yeldar says as you prepare to leave, ignoring the question.
The mist surrounding the area has begun to clear, increasing visibility tenfold. You travel toward the location on the drow's map, and by the evening of the next day, you find a foothill covered in kobold tracks.
Gruun attempts to cover your tracks as you reach the foothills, but any passerby would find that the "covered" tracks actually form a track themselves.
The surrounding area has stakes with bandit heads on them, making the cave quite easy to find. Oddly, it is not camouflaged in any way. Rather, two kobolds spar nearby with human-sized weapons, wearing ill-fitting bandit garb. Next to the cave is a kobold sitting at a small booth. Above the booth is a misspelled sign in Common, Goblin, Draconic, and Undercommon, which all in the party recognize to some degree. The sign reads:
Fargim gets real excited for this possibility! He walks up to them and asks, "How much? Can I go now? Is it safe? Which color of the dragon is it? What's his name? Or is it a she?"
"Pet the dragon? First a pair of bumbling drow. Now this? I swear we've entered the world of the witless." mutters Therien to himself.
The elf takes in the gruesome display atop the stakes and the weapons and clothing being used by the kobolds. Then, motioning to the bandit heads, he comments aloud, "Any chance that losing one's head is the 'extremely reasonable rate' they're offering?"
Hox joins Farquim, "Hox has treasures, Hox can give to you for dragon. Hox want to see dragon. Hox want to know dragon. Hox want to be dragon." He slips in and out of common, talking in draconic for a few words.
Therien narrows his gaze, waiting to see what sort of response Fargim and Hox receive. The elf then turns to Gruun and says, "Please tell me I'm not the only who remembers Bartle's words: 'I hired bandits to steal it back, but they have not returned in some time. They are most certainly dead, yes, I'm sure they met a most unfortunate fate.'"
"Thievery tends to make people unhappy however paying customers do the opposite. (He lowers his deep voice attempting to not be overheard) If we plan on taking anything here we should kill them first. Its easier to pick corpses than pockets."
Therien calls over Hox and Fargim. "Well, I suppose now is the time to drink those potions that Bartle gave to us. To avoid being overly conspicuous, I suggest we transform into kobolds elsewhere and then return here for the dragon extravaganza."
Therien heads off into the woods, making certain he's a safe distance from any prying eyes. With a mixture of curiosity and trepidation he drinks the shapeshifting potion.
Gruun shifts nervously at the thought of becoming a kobold. Being small did not treat him well in his past. He'll wait until he sees everyone else has shifted before he will drink his own potion.
Therien feels a warmth throughout his body as he ingests the potion, followed by the pain of muscles retracting in on themselves. The world suddenly grows taller as he first shrinks to kobold size, then takes on the appearance of red-brown skin and a reptilian snout. When the transformation finishes, he is unmistakable for a kobold.
Fargim quickly follows suit, though he grows a few inches in the process, and Gruun last, taking the appearance of a slightly taller, spindly-armed kobold himself.
The kobolds at the desk accept Hox's coin, handing him change and motioning him to join the odd kobold in robes, who now greets the additional kobolds.
"Welcome, fellows, to Lek-Lek's mine. Lek-Lek I am. Here to see the dragon you are? Just about to begin the tour is. For just 9 silver pieces, join you may," he says.
"I've never tasted a Dragon before, I'd be up for the challenge. I am more worried about these two following until we catch daggers in the back."
Fargim says, "Yes, lets go."
"Oh, Drizzt, what exactly did you lose? Just in case we come across it and want to return it to you?"

I would like to attempt to keep watch out for the show and try to cover out tracks as we travel. (Guessing some rolls here, refill as needed)
Survival(cover tracks) : 5

"Visitors, we have?" A shrill voice comes from the entrance of the cave, where a kobold in a robe has just exited to join the kobold at the booth.
"Enter you may to see the dragon for just 9 silver pieces, but afraid I am that only a fellow kobold may see the dragon," he says to Hox and Fargim.

Fargim drinks the potion as well once Therien actually turns into a kobold.

"I've often heard of the value of walking in another's shoes," comments Therien to no one in particular as he heads toward the kobold cave.
Hox takes out a gold coin, "Hox have gold, Hox go see dragon!"
Gruun rubs his now hairless arms not use to feeling a breeze against his skin. He moves up to be close behind Hox

Therien the kobold hands over the nine silver pieces. "Yes, yes, for the dragon I am here!"
