(Why would you have an advantage? The last move you made was an awful attempt at stealthing
that probably alerted dangerous creatures to your location from miles away, who may be headed your way now!)
However, since I am a benevolent DM, I shall take your highest roll...but mostly out of pity for your situation.)
Elmo takes careful aim at the Orc Raider that Buppido just attacked. Firing a bolt from his crossbow, it pierces the left eye-socket and with a dramatic pause, the Orc Raider falls dead to the ground. Elmo isn't seen after that...
Sarith also takes careful aim at the Orc Raider slightly to his left and fires off a crossbow bolt, laced with Drow poison. It buries itself into the chest of it's intended target with a dull thud. Within seconds, the poison begins coursing through the Orc's veins, causing him to feint. Orc Raider (3) is unconscious.
Orc Leader - "OOOOOORRRRRAAAARRRRGGGGHHHH!!!! You killed Kenny! You bastards!" He says, then with both hands, jams his spear into Gremryl's shoulder, dealing 14 damage.
Ok, where the hell is everybody located on the battlefield? Are the two orcs afflicted by Bane still on their feet? If they are, I'll cast a second level charm person spell on the two of them. They will need to roll against the spell with advantage since they are hostile (minus one d4 due to bane) and beat a 15. If the two afflicted by Bane are not still on their feet then I'll do something else.
Morgana begins to cast Charm Person at level 2 targeting both of the Orc Raiders that Gremryl is standing in front of.
The one to Grem’s right begins to feel a funny sensation of friendship...it’s an entirely foreign emotion and he shrugs it off with a loud fart.
The other Orc Raider, to Gremryl’s left, senses nothing but aggression and a painful rash in his groin area, probably aggravating his already pissed off demeanor.
Seeing her spell have no apparent effect on the intended assailants, she makes use of her ability to cast another spell before the enemy (or anybody else) can take action. This time she casts Witch Bolt at the Orc Leader and it connects with a searing bolt of lightning for 12 damage!
Stool takes this opportunity to flee towards a safer position as his offensive capabilities are fairly useless. As he does so, however, a cloud of spores rises from his body, encompassing the area and allowing for telepathic communication between the adventurers.
Shuushar moves quickly after Stool and waits with monk-like patience. Being a pacifist, he’s chosen to neither attack nor defend himself and to instead allow his god to choose what’s happened to him.
Orc Raider (1) lets out a vicious war cry, “Rrrroooooooaaaarrrrr!!!!” as he swings his great axe at Gremryl, striking deeply into his chest. Gremryl takes 7 damage!
Orc Raider (2) lets out an even more vicious war cry as he to swings his great axe at Gremryl. Mid-swing, however, the Orc makes a pained expression causing his aim to be off. He hits so much nothingness.
Orc Raider (3) is still unconscious.
Orc Raider (5) runs over to Orc Raider (3) and wakes him up.
Gremryl takes the shank to his shoulder.. seeing the blood he spits, grins a shit eating grin..."that all ye got you goblin ******* big toothed ****!"
It seems like he's growing in size, but he's not.. Just breathing deeper and deeper. you hear strange dwarves words flowing from big Grems.
He taps his injured shoulder with his opposite hand while holding his morning star and says " It's merely a Flesh wound!" and casts [Tooltip Not Found] on himself. Replenshing 10 HP. (hopefully I did that right).
Then as his bonus action whirls his other morning star upon Orc 1. that ****!
Your blessed touch can heal wounds. You have a pool of healing power that replenishes when you take a long rest. With that pool, you can restore a total number of hit points equal to your paladin level × 5.
As an action, you can touch a creature and draw power from the pool to restore a number of hit points to that creature, up to the maximum amount remaining in your pool.
Alternatively, you can expend 5 hit points from your pool of healing to cure the target of one disease or neutralize one poison affecting it. You can cure multiple diseases and neutralize multiple poisons with a single use of Lay on Hands, expending hit points separately for each one.
This feature has no effect on undead and constructs.
Gremryl casts [Tooltip Not Found] and heals himself for 10hp. Feeling a little farther away from death's doorstep, he swings one of his morning stars at the Orc Raider to his right. Unfortunately, it grazes off the Orc's armor without doing any harm.
Buppido takes careful aim at Orc Raider (3), the one that was previously knocked unconscious from the poison bolt that Sarith struck him with. Buppido's bolt finds its target with deadly force and brings searing pain to the Orc. Orc Raider (3) is poisoned and hanging on to life but is very close to death. Buppido grins wide as he watches the Orc Raider wracked with pain...
While stealthed, I would like to moves to a safe distance and fire at any orc who is engaged with an ally. I would like to prioritize the orc leader if he is engaged. If he is not engaged then I would like to prioritize the orc raider with the most health. I would then like to attack with my crossbow.
Attack roll 13

On another note, Bobby, I have stealth twice using my racial ability to hide behind any creature 1 size larger than me. Both times you have been benevolent and allowed the stealth role after voicing your objection. May I ask why there was an objection both times? Am i using my racial ability improperly? Bending the rules? the +2 dex is nice, but there isnt a lot of reason to be a halfling if my racial abilities wont be allowed. I think the wording on my racial feat is pretty clear but Im open to another interpretation.
(Lemme look at that racial trait...I don't want to be misreading it)
Your use of your racial talent hasn't been denied in any way. Your success of actually becoming stealthed, however, is not guaranteed.
Looking back at the thread, your first attempt to stealth (hide) was a natural 1...Your first attack after that would not have had any advantage since you wouldn't have been stealthed.
Your next attempt to stealth using Naturally Stealthy was successful and you were hidden behind Morgana. The orcs on the right side would not know where you are, although they'd have a good idea if you hadn't moved. The orcs on the left side, however, would be able to see you very easily if they looked, since nobody would be right in front of you.
Out of sight from the Orcs on the right, Elmo takes careful aim at the one looking most wounded. The Orc that was just woken up had but mere moments of consciousness before having his left eye-socket impaled by Elmo's crossbow bolt. He drops dead to the ground. Elmo hides again behind Morgana so that the Orc on the right doesn't see him.
Sarith attempts to shoot his crossbow at one of the Orcs in front of Gremryl but misses! He curses under his breath...
The Orc Leader - "You fools should have given us your gold. Now you'll be giving us your lives. Come forth, my precious Death Spike!" He casts Spiritual Weapon and from thin air materializes a bejeweled spear that shimmers in a dark light next to Morgana. Attacking with Death Spike, he just misses because of his affliction to Bane. Using a bonus action granted to him by the spell, he attacks again, this time dealing 2hp.
Ok, I'll let my witch bolt keep doing its thing and roll for electric damage to the orc leader 7
After that I'll retreat with my movement. I'm not too sure about the layout of the battle field, so, Bob, just move me to a spot that makes it very likely that I won't take damage. Behind an NPC perhaps?
Stool quivers uncontrollably in the part of the cave where he's hiding. Shuushar tries to comfort him as best as anybody can comfort an over-sized, telepathically speaking mushroom.
Orc Raider (1) swings his great axe at Gremryl but misses just to the left.
Orc Raider (2) swings his great axe at Gremryl as well and also narrowly misses.
Orc Raider (5) - "OOOOAAAAARRRGGHH!!! You kill friend! Me kill you!" he says, as he charges Sarith. Swinging his great axe down upon Sarith's skull, he cleaves him straight through in one blow. Blood covers the Orc as he licks it from his lips, filled with rage and anger.
With a swing of his morningstar (in his off-hand, nonetheless) he smashes powerfully into the Orc Raider on his right, dealing 6hp. The Orc Raider felt that one and howls in pain.
Buppido takes the moment while other monsters are engaged to try and stealth out of the enemy's awareness. (nat1) While performing his signature "Derro Duck and Dueces" move, he stumbles backward over the dead body of the Orc in front of him. Losing his balance and managing to catch the attention of the nearest Orc Raider, Buppido sheepishly shrugs his shoulders, acknowledging his humility at the attempt.
Then with deft reflexes, he brings up his crossbow to fire at the Orc Raider, but it misses...like wildly misses off to the right so far that now the Orc is sure he's got another easy prey to kill.
