The 2 peasants outside the shop ran to the nearest house to the west, to get shelter/cover. Mort and the other 3 peasants are hiding along the shop walls.
Reverie has taken 23 damage (is now at 21 hp). Froskan took 6, Trimyrai 6, and Jack 13 damage.
Darvin is to the east of the shop. The creepy white-walker woman and Warton flew to the east (on her grey staff / broom of flying), hopping over a house to get out of sight.
The cold air of the ice wall will be gone... after Iskander's turn. If he wants to run outside on his turn, he should roll a CON save vs. DC 14; save 6 cold damage, fail 13 cold damage.

Isk runs through the frigid air, shielding himself with one hand and trailing the glaive behind him with the other. Once outside he looks left and right and not seeing their prey, looks up.
Seeing a word of power in celestial, too spectral wings burst forth from his back and he takes to the air! he uses what remains of his available movement to fly straight up and look around seeing if he can find where the enemy went.
(I'm going to over-rule Isk using his celestial power. Once he gets outside the shop, he sees 3 of the party going around the corner of the shop, and Jack headed that way too. As far as he knows, that is where the action is. He didn't see anyone fly away... With Dash as an Action, he runs around the wagon, and is 10' south of Trimyrai.)
Jack to go. He can also run south around the wagon if he wants, since there is a traffic jam north of that wagon. He would be 40' away from Darvin, and still have his Action.

“Isk! One flew away! Use your angel magic stuff to catch them, if you will!” Jack shouts to the comrade as he charges his way towards where the man ran, into the traffic jam. “Ye better stop that!” Without a second thought, and without too many ranged spells, Jack will dash towards Darvin, reacting within 10ft of him if he can. “Ye better not stop now!”
Darvin notices that he is outnumbered, but focuses his gaze at the cloaked figure of Trimyrai. (He can't see the face, but Darvin did use Detect Thoughts on Jack.) Pointing a clawed finger from his twisted left arm at Trimyrai, he shouts (in anger / confusion / frustration ?): "You are dead! No matter what kind of undead you are now, coming here to haunt me, I am still better than you! I will always be better than you!"
His left arm then rends a tear in the fabric of reality in front of him, and he steps through the Plane Shift. The portal closes behind him.

Seeing that we've lost sight of our quarry, Isk will speak his power word and take to the air, moving straight up to get a better vantage point. If he can see the couple people that fled, he'll call out their location for his grounded companions.
(There seems to be enough interest to continue the fight against the pair that flew away.)
Darvin is gone, but Trimyrai thinks he will be able to find the other two. He is spending 6 seconds concentrating and preparing his bow.
During that round, Iskander takes to the air. He does not see the couple. There are a dozen huts within 120' that they could have reached. And you can't rule out them turning invisible. (I'll let you know when the minute for the celestial form is almost up.)
(Jack, Reverie, and Froskan have 1 round to do any healing or spell casting or other preparations. Let me know what they are doing, even if it is only waiting for Trim.)
Party health: Reverie has taken 23 damage, Froskan 6, Trimyrai 6, Iskander 13, and Jack 13.

Jack, seeing that everyone is unhurt, is like "yeah, yeah, whatever" and hustles back out to where the others are gathered.
(At this point, Trimyrai is welcome to take over the story-telling for a bit. Mention what he is telling the others, what he is thinking/feeling, what he is doing (to prepare for the seeking arrow), and who he is targeting... everything up to the arrow leaving his bow, in whatever descriptive language you like.
If that feels more like work and less like fun, you can keep it short, or decline entirely.)

Trimyrai ran out of the shop hoping to catch the fleeing foes. Going through the cold entrance doing his best to ignore the cold and the pain. Seeing that they had started to flee Trimyrai wasn't going to let them escape. Thinking quickly he grabbed an arrow and did the necessary spell-casting to turn the arrow into a seeking arrow. Trimyrai: (to the party) "We can't let them escape. I'm going to try something, while i'm doing it i will need full concentration but i might relay information if my arrow finds its mark." Trimyrai fires the arrow. Then closes his eyes, trying to see the target with his mind. Guiding the arrow when possible. (OOC: the specific target would be the old woman.)

DMing "Gallia Campaign 1".
Looking for a new game, if you need a player private message me.
Trimyrai's unbreakable arrow is sent skyward towards the direction that the pair flew away. At first the arrow flies straight, but then it curves to the side, like a sliced golf ball in a strong cross breeze. Trimyrai senses where the arrow struck, and leads the party in that direction (moving and dashing for 60' per round).
From Iskander's viewpoint, he can see the arrow's altered path, as it veered towards a particular hut + small barn, and flew through a narrow gap in a window. He doesn't see anyone leaving that building.
During the 3 rounds approaching that hut, Trimyrai will explain that Warton was his village's leader. He was a barbarian: angry but well natured, emotional and sensible. The dispassionate, vacant person that he saw today is nothing like the Warton he remembers. (Trim has no idea who the creepy, white-walker-ish woman is.)
(Everyone please give me a new initiative roll.)
