This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Glynquinal sitting with his back to the left side of the wagon adopts a sitting position for a short rest. He lays his short sword, and a dagger across his lap so they can be used quickly if needed.
Assuming the short rest is not interrupted, he will heal for
OOC: I love all the planning. You guys are doing great! Yes, a short rest is at least an hour. And while the (orange) goblin has been threatened into divulging information, it wouldn't be wise to trust it in any way. Despite its remonstrations, which actually served to make Glynquinal feel pity for it, you know goblins to be completely untrustworthy.
In response to Herr Doktor's questions about Klarg, Yeemik, and King Grol, the (orange) goblin first says with pride, "Yeemik is a goblin. He plans to overthrow Klarg one day." He then says with spite, "Klarg and King Grol are bugbears. Klarg has been sent to lord over us. Hobgoblins always think they can tell goblins what to do just because they're bigger."
After the short rest, Ian will double check the not on the goblins hands, and then tie their feet with a small span of rope so they can walk, but running away would be difficult
.Ian will ask Gruxx to drive the animals and wagon off the road, close to the forest, and then ask Glynquenal to watch his back as he checks the goblins ropes.
Ian will also ask HDP "hey, doc, I saw you cover yourself with a tarp earlier. Any chance that magic of yours can hide our wagon?"
Gruxx hops up on the wagon and will drive it off the main road. He will then attempt to cover the cart with any surrounding vegetation and place some vegetation in front of the animals so they can eat. Gruxx will then try to cover the wagon's tracks.
OK, everyone takes a short rest. The goblins are tied up. I'm going to assume that you took Orange's weapons. Blue will regain 1 hp in 3 hours. The wagon is off the road and somewhat hidden (though, the road isn't that wide, and the trees are close together, so there's not any way to hide it very well). What's next?
Glynquinal calls out to Ian, "You said you discovered tracks. We'd best follow them as quickly as we can before they give us the slip."
Slipping close to Yellow Goblin, Glynquinal quietly warns him "If you do anything that looks like you are trying to cause trouble, you won't draw another breath." Glynquinal then resumes a watchful position waiting to depart.
With blue unconscious, Ian will take his hand and feet that are bound, and toe them to a thick branch, then balance it between himself and Glynquenal. He will take the bound and gagged orange one, put him up front, followed by Gruxx keeping a close eye on him, then Glynquenal and Ian with the blue goblin in tow, and HDP at the rear.
"Gruxx, one wrong move or sound from that goblin, and you can let him have it. Now, kindly ask him to lead us to his camp...quietly"
OOC: If Gruxx and/or Herr Doktor want to add that they did anything before leaving, they can, but I'll go ahead and move us forward.
The (orange) goblin leads the group along the trail, which the creature says heads five miles northwest and ends at the goblins' hideout. About 10 minutes after heading down the trail, the (orange) goblin indicates a hidden snare and how to avoid it, which you all do with no trouble. Another 10 minutes down the trail is a camouflaged pit. Again, the (orange) goblin leads the group around it.
OOC: OK, I need to establish something. Blue is bound, hand and foot, and strung over a branch carried by the elves. Orange's hands are bound together, and there is a small amount of rope between its feet to keep it from moving quickly. It doesn't have any kind of leash on it, right? Gruxx isn't holding onto the goblin in any way? Did one of you subtract a rope from your inventory for all this binding? I think one would suffice to be cut up and used in the various ways of binding you've described.
OOC Glynquinal willingly offered up 10' of rope to craft a 'leash' from his gear. The other 40' is used for bindings, and noted on my inventory sheet.
Glynquinal takes note of where the traps, and pitfalls are along the way doing his best to commit such things to memory. Doing his best to take in his surroundings, as well as observe the yellow goblin in the lead he settles in for the hike.
Gruxx squats down to be level with the goblin and says, "You will now lead us to your clan. You will be reunited and we will get out friends. It's the best for both of us."
Gruxx stands with both hands on his glaive with it resting on his shoulder. If the goblin attempts to run or do anything harmful he will bring the glaive down on it.
When the orange goblin indicates we are close, Ian will suggest taking the goblins off into the woods, undoing their binding, then having them hug a tree, and rebind their hands (and keep them gagged). Ian will approach the Orange Goblin after all that, and say to the orange goblin (with Gruxx behind him looking menacing) Tell me Goblin, what do I need to know about traps inside your hideout? tell me honestly. You are going to live because of my friends' kindness. I am not bound by such encumbrance. Thank whoever it is you worship that they were in control of your fate, and not I.
Ian will also suggest (quietly) to Gruxx that perhaps he could non-lethally render the goblin unconscious (and the blue one is already unconscious) to buy us some quiet time to get in, get our friends, and get out.
When everyone is ready, and all that is done, we can discuss how we approach the hideout...
The Herr Doktor Professor suggests the two rogues can scout the goblin camp once the party has determined its location. During the journey, he can tell them tales of Rillifane Rallathil, the elven deity of the woodlands, to help inspire their stealthy ways if they'd like ( in the form of bardic inspiration dice; HDP still has two more dice to give out).
"Once we've determined the numbers and location of the goblins," the Herr Doktor Professor says, "then perhaps we can repay them for their ambush."
He explains that using Unseen Servant as a ritual, he can summon two or three, then command these Unseen Servants to wear the party's clothes and walk into the camp. If this ruse draws out the goblins, then maybe the party can spring its own ambush.
Gruxx ponders aloud in common, "I wonder if we could work with this Yeemik goblin. Yeemik wants to overthrow the bugbear king. We want our people. We could work out a trade of some sort."
Glynquinal is willing to scout ahead once they find the camp. Having been slowed by the bound captives, has chafed at him. Instead of moving at a faster pace, they have been forced to go slowly. While going slowly has shown them some of the traps they might have otherwise fallen prey to, speed in recovering the two taken by goblin raiders is essential.
Glynquinal to HDP says, " Your words are quite inspiring Herr Doktor. I marvel at how talented you are at your craft."

HDP takes a short rest and regains 8 hit points.

Glynquinal, having rested and recovered from the fight earlier rises, stowing away his short sword and dagger into their scabbards.
To Ian:
In Thieves Cant Glynquinal signs to Ian: "If the goblins cause any trouble. I will end them. I don't value their lives over ours."
Very quietly, he moves off a short distance ( 15 feet off the road) to keep a watch while attempts are made to hide the wagon.
