As the excitement from the purchase of his find wears off, he realizes through Nails' banter with other customers that he doesn't have anything else that would interest him. As he starts walking away he notices someone ask for a mirror that the junkyard shopkeep didn't have. Frantically pulling his own mirror out of his backpack, the crotchety gnome grabs it and waves it above his head, looking back at the shop's patrons, "M-m-m-mirror?! I-I-I-I-I have a mirror! Twenty gold!"
*Ah, I didn't see that, only saw the Rod. Thanks for letting me know :)*
Dagon leaves the Hub area for the moment, though he does plan to return later to peruse the possible magic item bartering opportunities. For the time being, the half-orc makes his way back to the main shopping thoroughfare and after studying the signs outside the stalls for a bit, makes his way toward the Equipment Shop. The warrior nods curtly at the Elf running the establishment, and begins speaking.
"Do you trade potions of healing?" He rumbles gruffly, frowning already. "How much do you want for trade?"
Dagon will spend the next few moments collecting several objects from around the Equipment Shop and stack them unceremoniously on the Elf vendor's table.
Potion of Healing x3 - 150gp
Hunting Trap x2 - 10gp
Bag of Caltrops x3 - 3gp
Crowbar x1 - 2gp
Grappling Hook x1 - 2gp
Acid Vial x8 - 200gp
Spikes, Iron (10) x1 - 1gp
Basic Poison Vial x1 - 100gp
Total Cost - 468gp
The half-orc counts out the required amount of gold, slowly and with obvious effort once beyond double digit numbers, but with a final growl he slams the total on the stall's table.
"Here. No more numbers." He rumbles, shouldering his belongings and stomping from the building. He will then return to the Blacksmith's Forge operated by the dwarf that he dealt with earlier, and nodding slightly to the fellow as he enters, Dagon will grab the items he needs and bring them to the counter.
Javelin x10 - 5gp
Pulling out five gold coins causes the half-orc marauder much less of a headache, and he even grins as he completes his purchase and exits the shop. His shopping completed, Dagon will then meander around the Junkyard and the Hub, keeping an ear open for appealing trade possibilities.
(Dagon will especially be listening closely for anything regarding magical items that increase Strength or Constitution, Armor, or magical Two-Handed Weapons)
In the spirit of being succinct and not drawing out the act of bouncing around from store to store, I went ahead and summarized all of Dagon's purchases in one thread. Shopping concluded, he'll just be on 'stand-by' unless an opportunity to get something magical or unexpected pops up. Also edited again to add more Acid Vials, as holy hell 2d6 damage at 20ft? Yes please, lol.
The gnome digs around in another scrap heap like a mole and emerges with a gigantic metal shield, large enough to cover your entire body.
"This?"

"How much does it weight and cost?" Kic asks
Zephiridon pours out his going-out allowance wallet
"Sold!"
He thought to himself Hell yeah! Time to swing around irresponsibly like a wrecking ball!
I just remembered that you are a druid. No metal shields allowed.

(was thinking of giving it to another and using them as cover :) since its so large)

Zenni hears the commotion at the junkyard and saunters over. "Hi there! what might you have for... 65 gp?"
Aegean accepts the rapier and asks, "Do you have any diamonds? Something worth at least 50gp?"

"Plenty o' weapons and armor, and not much else." The dwarf smith replies.

"I am auctioning off this shield, starting at 20 gold!" The gnome shouts. He is in his element.
This shield gives a +3 bonus to AC and weighs 75 pounds.

"I only use wooden shields, good sir. May you have anything else?"
The Equipment Shop has every item to be found on pages 150-154 of the PHB,

"Not much wood in my junkyard."

Zenni goes back to the hub looking for magical items then.

I didn't know that potions of healing were on page 150. They are now for sale, sorry about the inconvenience everyone.
