As Yera rushed up to the orc, she saw it being sucked into the earth with druidic magic. It being less of a threat, the halfling allowed herself a quick glance around the chamber to check for danger. So when a hail of goblin arrows were aimed in her direction, she crouched and tucked her limbs close to her body so her shield could cover more of her body. Three arrows glanced off her plated figure with one grazing her flesh where a chink in the plate laid.

The rogue's head whips to the right as he begins to hear the faint, yet incredibly telltale sounds of feet striking the rocky ground of the cave system. To confirm his suspicions, a veritable rain of arrows suddenly falls upon stalwart Yera, and though Quentin can't yet see the threat, the attack on the paladin is more than enough to assume that trouble is inbound.
"Hang on t'yer asses guys! We gots some company barrelin' in from the south!" The rogue calls out to his companions while already leaping into motion, moving a few paces to the east (looking to stop two blocks left of the bonfire icon) so that he'll be able to see them as they emerge from within the southern tunnel.
Glancing over to his left though, Quentin sees another Orc still engaged in battle with Onyx. The archer makes a face and cracks the ghost of a smirk, and with blinding speed he slings his arm up at the waist and fires off a quick bolt at the Orc combatant. "Ain't got time fer ya' son." He chuckles aloud as he loads and cocks his second shot, sending it streaking toward the same Orc.
Attack:10Damage:7
Sneak Attack, for first shot that lands:8
Bonus Action; Crossbow Expert Attack:17Damage:7
Sorry Onyx! You'll get to drink plenty of goblin blood comin up here real soon bud!
Quentins first bolt goes wide and pings of the cave wall behind the orc. The second bolt finds its mark and pierces the orc's heart killing it instantly.
Onyx takes a swing at the orc only to miss wide as it falls to an arrow. "What's the big idea." Turning about only to see Quentin chuckling with a freshly fired crossbow. Growling, the gray dwarf plops the warhammer to the ground to learn on. Tired of running toward nothing, he'll let the trouble come to him.
Just an idea Eremis, I know it doesn't really help right now, but as a fan of strength-based melee characters myself I've noticed that in a party with a heavy ranged damage composition it's a good idea to have some kind of ranged option available such as javelins. They are 1d6 + Strength modifier and very cheap to purchase from standard vendors so they are perfect for a tank melee, and though they won't equal the same damage as a good round of physical attacks it at least gives you a damage option from a distance so you can still feel like you are participating in the action. Just a friendly suggestion bud :)

Grunting YEETS an arrow at the remaining orc Attack: 10 Damage: 8 and then walks over to the path in between the goblins and the team and pulls out his dual shortswords.

Watching the orc fail to free himself and knowing the rest of her allies have all but swept over the rest of the enemies, Yera will use as much movement as she needs to get close enough to the goblins with shortbows to cast Sleep on them. 31Total Hitpoints Effected
Grunting's arrow pierces the orcs skull silencing the angry beast. Yera moves slightly closer to the southern path and watches as three goblins fall to sleep on the cave floor.
(Diagonals are treated the same as vertical or horizontal and don't cost any additional movement. I mainly just use the tiles as an aid for range, area of effect and positioning for both players and myself.)
Mucor will look to Grunting and just shake his head in disappointment.. sending a small dusting of spores falling to the ground around him."Really?" The minotaur will say, looking towards the Kenku.
Gabriel's hand releases a bolt of emerald that slams into the wall next to a goblin. The three conscious goblins move forward 2 of them shooting an arrow at Gabriel and Grunting while the third stands ready to parry or dodge incoming attacks. (next attack against goblin in the front has disadvantage).
Grunting: Attack: 16 Damage: 6
Gabriel: Attack: (for whatever reason this one isn't cooperating. It was a 16) Damage: 7
(quit it people :D)
(I thought it was the northern orc that was buried! Good thing I rolled a 7 on my attack anyways. :P)

Gabriel’s attack misses the orc striking the ground beside it.
The goblins to the south move up towards the commotion and 4 shoot arrows at Yera while 2 others rush past their comrades carrying shortswords.
Yera: Attacks: 20 18 7 6
Damage: 6 3 7 4

(Poor Onyx, for the record.. I was tempted to just run in and start thunderclapping and stomping but I was trying to let everyone participate :D)
(I'm going to start attacking you guys...)

(Hey, I am trying to help ya be the best dwarf you can be. I buffed you in the first fight, let you have your orc this fight :D )

The final remaining orc struggles against the dirt but is unable to free himself.

(Another question. What is the rule for movement or attack ranges with diagonal tiles? Reference the pic below)

Gabriel arrow parries the arrow with his shield and spits at the goblin. His stormy grey eyes blaze with a necromantic green fire.
