Yup. This is a party, so Drusk would have been open about it. (OOC: Players can look at the Drusk's char sheet.) And you would remember that he did it during the preparations at the restaurant before inviting Lord Neverember.

“I’ll show you where they are,” Quillary says as she backs into a corner. She crouches down, both hands go to the rats nest of silver and dark hair, cat skull and leaves on her head, then she pulls... and the hair grows and long sticks, no, legs, start to push out of the mess, her body crumples in on itself, then there’s a soft squelching sound, and a pop, and a large, mottled, brown and black, furry spider unfurls itself into the space where the half elf woman used to be. It scuttles up the wall and onto the ceiling. And then waves its legs at an empty spot below.
Action: wild shape into a Giant Wolf Spider (all equipment has changed, too, fyi)
Move: onto the ceiling above the invisible enemy (10’ blindsight), unless they are not actually invisible, but instead something else she can’t sense. In which case she just waves her legs forlornly in confusion.
Spider picture in spoiler so people can avoid if they want to.
Jorin hears Hildi and rushes to the side of his companion. Upon seeing the room empty, but believing his friend, he will drop one battle-axe and draw the silvered handaxe, then attack the area immediately near Hildi, a bellow of rage coming from his mouth!
Bonus Action: RAGE
WIS Save: 15
Initiative: 10
Reckless Silvered Handaxe Attack: 15 Damage: 8
Reckless Battleaxe Attack: 22 Damage: 11
Reckless attack granting advantage to counter the disadvantage, so I did straight rolls on the attacks.
OOC > Can Quillary's pointing act as a Help action (not this turn, because her Action was to wildshape) to counteract the Disadvantage of the invisibility?
Pascal and Hildigrim are still to go, then I'll post the enemies.
For Quillary's spidey blind sense, these guys are Trackless (no trace of where they are or where they are going), so the blindsense (feeling tremors in the ground and movement of the air) will not automatically detect them. I'll do a Stealth roll (with disadvantage) versus her passive perception to see if they can hide from her. If she notices them, she can definitely take the Help action on subsequent turns or attack normally. (The blindsight will not require the WIS save throw.)

Hildigrim draws his rapier with his free hand while yelling, "Drusk! Turn the floor into a mirror! Cover the floor with water!" He then swings his rapier at the gray creature in melee range. After swinging his blade, and seeing Jorin rushing forward, the halfing points at the spot where the creature is and says, "Right there, Jorin!"
Waiting on Pascal. And Quillary needs to roll init.
Interesting idea by Hildi, but it won't work. The wooden floor isn't water-tight, so there won't be enough pooling water to create a reflection. (Closer to log cabin construction than a modern linoleum floor.)... If Hildi wishes, he can Ready (not Delay) his attack action until after an ally is nearby. In that case, he would get sneak attack damage.

Some DM rolls that I might need:
5, 10, 24
16, 8, 6
18, 7, 10
21, 7, 10
16
The results of the first round:
Pascal rushes into the room, and sees Hildigrim dancing around frantically, holding a mirror at arm's length, while there is nothing in sight. Pascal is confused.
Drusk feels claws spike him from behind (21). The claws are painful (8 slashing), but he also feels the burning of his life-force being drained (7 necrotic). He is down to 9 hp.
Drusk completes his Bless on Jorin, Hildigrim, and Quillary. They get to add 1d4 for their to-hit rolls and saves. Drusk also yells out that he is hurt bad by something he can't see.
Jorin rushes into the room, and attacks the space where Hildi seems to be defending. He rages (bonus action), and hits with his axe (22) for 11 damage. He cannot attack with the hand axe, since he already used his bonus action.
Hildigrim was holding back until Jorin gave him a bigger opening. Hildi strikes (14 is the number needed) for 9+10 damage. In the mirror, he sees the grey body collapse in death.
Quillary transforms into a Giant Wolf Spider, which freaks out all the other party members, more than these invisible enemies did. The spider skitters up the wall, and desperately points a claw behind Jorin.
The enemy who was fighting Hildi, and would have swung a critical, is dead. The other one came creeping out of the fireplace. But despite the advantages of invisibility, the spider pointing and Hildi's shout allow Jorin to avoid the claws (12).
The creatures are normally stealthy, but spider-Quillary can feel their movements. (Can attack either enemy normally.)
Hildigrim (as his Help action) yells out to Jorin: "Your shiny silver hand axe!"
Start of round 2
Drusk has been hurt by an attacker in the hallway.
There is another attacker in melee with Jorin, that came from the fireplace.
Quillary is on the ceiling, Hildigrim is behind Jorin, and not currently in melee. Pascal is a step inside the doorway, trying to make sense of what is happening.
(If Hildigrim decides to Help again with his bonus action this round, then Jorin gets advantage even if he goes before Hildigrim.)
Everyone can post for round 2.
Drusk: will take the Dodge action this round, trying to fend off any more slashes with his shield and mace. Dodge requires seeing your opponent. Drusk will swing with his mace at the space where he felt the claws. Init: 2, Attack: 11 Damage: 7 (OOC: If Drusk is the only one taken out in this fight, I will be upset at the DM.)

OoC - "Quillary transforms into a Giant Wolf Spider, which freaks out all the other party members, more than these invisible enemies did." lol!! Also, i'm not super clear on if Jorin will ahve advantage using Reckless attack or not, so i'll make straight rolls and add in an extra attack roll in case he does.
Jorin whirls around, using Hildigrim's guidance to lash out with his axes again.
Also, i'm not super clear on if Jorin will have advantage using Reckless attack or not, so i'll make straight rolls and add in an extra attack roll in case he does.
OOC - If a character has advantage and disadvantage, they make a normal roll. Doesn't matter how many of each. (5 disadvantages can be cancelled by 1 advantage.)

Hildigrim turns in a circle, alarmed that Drusk was attacked in the hall. “Jorin, there!” to help the human land his next attack. When his mirror is angled toward the ceiling of the workshop, he gasps. “And there’s a giant spider on the ceiling!” While attempting to keep an eye on everything, Hildi holds his rapier ready to attack.
Init: 4
Action: ready rapier attack for a creature to come into melee range: 12; damage: 4 piercing damage
Sneak attack if appropriate: 7
Bonus: help Jorin vs the closest creature (not Quillary ... this round)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Quillary-spider looks nonplussed that Hildi might start attacking her now. She will race across the ceiling over Jorin and Hildigrim, past Pascal to the doorway and out into the hallway with Drusk, where she will jump on his attacker and bite it!
Action: bite the invisible attacker! 4 to hit, for 6 piercing damage.
Poison? If it's a hit, "the target must make a DC 11 Constitution saving throw, taking 4 poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. If the poison damage reduces the target to 0 hit points, the target is stable but poisoned for 1 hour, even after regaining hit points, and is paralyzed while poisoned in this way."
