Jorin nods at Hildigrim, "I am unconvinced as to the merits of this...small necromancy. Maybe for a pet, but any undead human deserves the rest offered by a blade, preferably mine."
(OOC: I had this comment written up before I saw that Terry Jones died.)
Drusk replies: "Mari finds joy in what she does, which is something Lliira tells us to do. She seems to always look on the bright side of undeath." Drusk starts whistling a random tune.
The party starts walking towards Bitter-Blossom's shop. Five minutes after you leave Marigold's shop, there is a commotion among the people on the streets. You smell a familiar odor of grease and rot and wine gone sour. The people on the streets scatter, to reveal that grotesque Amphail-parody zombie is back, in full health. There are also a pair of seedy looking "gentlemen" on either side, with vacant expressions on their faces. They are 20' in front of you. The road is 20' wide, and the few bystanders are fleeing to the side alleys.
(Don't post your actions yet. You have a chance to talk about your strategy, or how you want the party organized, before the fight starts. I'm thinking this is a good time for Drusk to try to Turn Undead, but I wanted to get feedback from everyone before trying it.)

Pascal knocks his head on his fist a couple of times, “Now c’mon, this is just gettin’ ridiculous. Just about how many corpses are walking around today!”
However, his eyes go wide and he gets a big smile on his face, “Y’ALL! I can do a fireball now, right?”
Drusk notes the divinity thing, and the smile leaves Pascal his fire dies down, “Oh. Right. Yeah...”

Drusk reminds Pascal that a fireball is fine against the zombie, but not against the people. Employing lethal force against the townsfolk and property damage (storefronts on both sides of the street) might result in the party leaving the town in debt.
Your party is five minutes from Marigold's. Would be difficult to drag a violent zombie that far without it causing a lot of mayhem.

"I'll focus my attacks on the zombie," Hildigrim says, drawing his bow. If he's close enough for either creature to get within melee range when they move, he will back up. Otherwise, he will stay where he is. Hopefully they are within 60 feet, however. He sends Volo to distract the zombie and then he fires on it. (If they're further than 60 feet, take the first die.)
+1 shortbow attack: 18; damage: 9 piercing damage
Sneak attack if appropriate: 7
He then hollers something helpful to the person right after him concerning whichever target they're going for (bonus action).
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(In post 2367, I mentioned they are 20' in front of you. I'm assuming that Hildigrim would back up to 35', which is well within bow range but keeps the bad guys from getting within melee range with 1 move.)
Drusk will move forward and swing at the zombie with his mace.

(Pascal, you've made a mistake. Instead of the damage being 3d8, you should have rolled 2d8+1d6.
Normally, I would have just re-rolled the last die. But considering all the craptastic die rolls I've seen on DnDBeyond for the last 48 hours (more than one campaign), I'm afraid you will have to completely re-roll all the damage dice.)
