Sure... we don't have to be single file, do we? But good to have a single file version. If we do, Kora would take the lead, and let Sylrie be second, since being forced into single file would imply possible danger (narrow canyon, crossing a bridge, entering a cave, etc.) But while we're in the open, she'd like his eyes up with her, scanning ahead.

As you ride out into the morning, there is a slight fog dancing across the ground. Nothing that goes above a foot off the ground, and barely there. An hour in the sun should be enough to alleviate it.
The morning goes by quickly, after stopping for a rest around noon you all move out again. The road is empty, save for a few farmers working in some far off fields off the man road. They don't seem to notice you, or if they do they're just paying you no mind. The forest gets a bit thicker here, and the farms are few and far between. As evening crawls closer, you come to the realization that you haven't seen anyone on the road all day. The further you get from civilization and the heart of Aundair the more you realize you are in a wild frontier. It's peaceful to some, unsettling to others. Even in Aundair proper, it's not long before you run into another Aundarian unless you were trying to hide your presence.
After the craziness of the day before, it may come as a relief to some of you to have a slower-paced ride. One that didn't involve diseased creatures or burning friends.
Sylrie, Kora... find us a camp for the night. Ride ahead and make sure there are no rats!" LT says with a straight face that is betrayed by the smile in her voice.

"Sure thing, Dot," Kora says with a grin, and spurs Mustard ahead. "Make sure nobody makes off with my bull while I'm gone!"
She will wait for Sylrie so they can go ahead together.

As you spur ahead You see a small opening in the trees that appears to be a cave opening. Small, but sufficient for an area of rest.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Slyrie nods and follows Kora up the road a ways, he glances at her trying to judge her condition. Was she still nursing any wounds? Had Johnathan's magic really worked to cure her disease? He then turned his eyes back to the road and scanned the sides for any sign of movement.
As Kora and Sylrie make their way into the woods, Sylrie notices some tracks set in the stones coming out of the dirt. Long ago fossilized and covered in moss. kora will notice a small cave, it's entrance almost completely covered by trees and foliage. Getting closer to the small entrance you can feel the coolness of the world under the rocks and trees breath cool air outward. The cave entrance goes in in a bit, and from what you can see it appears to be dry. Kora, you hear no sounds coming from inside the cave.
((OOG Just trying to put into words what it feels like to walk up to a cave. The cave is not breathing...lol ))

Sylrie nodded, it seemed fine to him. But they should definitely take it slowly, there could be yet unseen things deeper in the cave. It would make an easily defensed position so far as alarming the group against intruders, but they would literally have their backs against a wall if there was an assault.

Kora will stay up front, yes. She will invite Sylrie up to ride next to her, as he has good eyes (and she doesn't exactly).

(Does Kash mind if John goes 1 space ahead of him? As healer/animal of the group, he might be better closer to the front lines than our Spellcaster)

"This seems like a good place to rest," Kora says. "I don't see anything dangerous. You?" she asks Sylrie.
If Sylrie agrees, Kora will ride back a little way and signal the group (wave her arm, something, I'm not sure how far ahead we got).
Then she will return to the cave.
