Dog attacks the Z22 with green flame blade (and Z21 gets the fire damage)
Attack: 10 Damage: 7
He looks behind him and sees everyone still headed to the exits, and, whether or not both zombies actually go down from his attack (ie if they roll super badly on the saves), he'll move away from them toward his friends, dealing with whatever attacks they might mete out. He calls to his friends, "Is anyone badly hurt? I don't want to be leaving this place being chased by zombies so why don't we put them down and leave on our own terms?"

Z21 WIS(14) check: 11
Z21 CON(15) check: 22
Dog slices through Z22, throwing flame onto Z21 as he follows through. The flame scorches the zombie but not enough to put it down. Lucien turns and rots away skin and muscle from Z21, revealing ribs and skull. Burned, pierced, slashed, and disintegrated, Z21 holds its ground.
(To clarify, I said whether or not the zombies go down, Dog would move south with his movement because everyone's trying to leave. So you wouldn't see Dog stand his ground, you'd see him attack and then move, hopefully dodging attacks of opportunity. You'd hear him ask why they're doing this, but he's not going to abandon his friends.)
Keyrie will try and keep at least 50 ft from her and any zombie, and be ready to run full speed away with her precious cargo should anything get too close.
(Shield should only protect you from the second attack, right? An attack roll of 18 still hits. Gash can catch 2 of them in Grease but not all three, unless Gash is also in the field of Grease. Oh, he could escape first then cast Grease. Nope, it doesn't matter. Z18 and Z24 are 15 feet apart. Getting all 3 is impossible.)

Yep. You’re right. I’ll still do it anyway. And Gash will happily get all three at his own expense.

Gash- Lvl14 Goblin Wizard - The High Court of the Aasimar Queen

Z18 CON(21) check: 4
Z19 DEX(12) check: 9
Z24 DEX(12) check: 9
Z18 is pierced ear to ear by Tock's bolt and it falls stiffly to the ground. This leaves Z19 and Z24 to struggle with Gash's spell, both slipping and falling spectacularly (both are now prone).
(Feytok, Dog, Keyrie, and Lucien are up. Only 4 zombies remain!)
Dog uses his round 17 reaction to cast force, and a sphere of light blue energy surrounds him, and the zombie's arm bounces off, just missing him (boosted his AC by one till the end of his next turn, which is right now!)
For round 18, Dog will again try to attack Z22 with the longsword, this time using the clockwork amulet (no attack roll, automatic 10 + 5 = 15) damage: 5
Whether or not the zombie falls, he will move from his current spot toward Gash, getting swarmed.
Feytok is holding attack until something is in range and will use his movement to go south only if everyone else has gotten to or past him.
Z21 CON(20) check: 20
Tock's bolt strikes the zombie in the ear, piercing it halfway up the shaft. The zombie amazingly does not fall down.
(Sheesh! Terrible luck there.)

Seeing Dog stand his ground, Lucien will turn and cast toll the dead on which ever Zombie looks most injured (DC 14 WIS save or take: 11 damage)

The zombie finally gives out, falling backwards in a blazing heap.
(Keyrie is up.)
Keyrie will try and keep at least 50 ft from her and any zombie, and be ready to run full speed away with her precious cargo should anything get too close.
Z22 swipes at Dog.
Attack: 15 Damage: 7
Meanwhile, Gash is surrounded, assaulted on three sides by Z18, Z19, and Z24.
Attack: 14 Damage: 2
Attack: 12 Damage: 5
Attack: 19 Damage: 4
And Z23 staggers onto Lucien, clubbing at him with rotting arms.
Attack: 10 Damage: 7
(Everyone may take their Round 18 turn.)
Gash uses shield as a reaction, protecting himself from the onslaught.
Then on his turn he will cast Grease on a point to catch his three attackers then bonus action nimble escape to dis engage and move away 30 feet
(thats the end of his spell slots)

Tock once again would like to be just a tiny bit quicker than Gash and take a shot at one of the three zombies surrounding him (1 - so that's Z18):
Attack: 21 Damage: 16

Z22 swings at Dog as he turns to see Gash in a spectacular flip, simultaneously casting a spell.

Lucien will cast guiding bolt at Z23 (DC 14 WIS save or take 6 damage)
(guiding bolt is 4d6. Did you mean Sacred Flame?)
