OOC: Apparently I'm having problems with this thread and all the posts don't load for me. I checked a couple of days ago and didn't think anyone had been posting because they weren't showing up, and now they didn't even all show until I posted my saving throw. I'm sorry. I'll read through what's available and do what I can.
Unfortunately for Cinna, she failed the death save. Although they're not present, Zed and Urgog fled believing Cinna was beyond saving as she got devoured by Lorgoth the Decayer. Inevitably, Cinna has been perished as her body gets consumed by Lorgoth the Decayer. Lorgoth will pursue Zed and Urgog, but the two seem much faster on their feet.
Urgog remembers the hidden door he found in the room Kestrel met his end and makes towards it. He will climb the ladder and enter the room above hoping Zed follows.
Zed and Urgog are bolting through the basement as they realize that Lorgoth the Decayer was too ominous and overwhelming. Zed had a head start, and wasn't aware that Urgog had previously found a hidden trap door that leads to the Den of Wolves on the first floor of the Durst household. Zed only recalls entering the basement from the attic. Zed proceeds to dash to the Eastbound to the spiral staircase that leads to the attic.
Urgog was too far behind to see that Zed had went this direction, and is out of reach to determine which way Zed had ran off to. Urgog dashes to where he had found the hidden trap door, which is in the Darklord's Shrine. Before Urgog steps through the hidden door, he glances over to see the corpse of Kestrell. A grim reminder of his carelessness. Not only this, but Urgog cringes as he smells a foul stench. He notices two humanoids figures looming over Kestrell's corpse. These two figures are medium-sized creatures that has mottled, decaying flesh drawn tight across clearly visible bones. They both are mostly hairless, have carnivores sharp teeth and jagged claws. Their eyes burn like hot coals in their sunken sockets. One creature is a male, while the other is a female.
From his adventure through Durst household, Urgog can determine these two creatures are what remain of Elizabeth Durst and Gustav Durst. Seems they were going to feast upon Kestrell's body, but they dart their eyes onto Urgog.

The two Ghasts will engage Urgog. How he's going to react?
Urgog growls slightly, but realizes that he is not a match without his glaive or warhammer for the two monsters. He turns and darts into the hidden door leading up to the and climbs to the room above. Once up there he will try to shut the door to slow the monsters down if they give chase. Then he will bolt for the door out of the room.
Urgog swiftly maneuvers up the hidden stairwell, and closes the trap door behind him. As he stands within the Den of Wolves, he sees that the hearth in this room is lit, and is emitting a toxic gas that covers the whole room. Urgog coughs as the gas begins to choke him. The stag's head mounted on the wall stares down upon Urgog, while the three stuffed wolves throughout the room are animated and begin growling upon Urgog's presence. Urgog can see that the door of the room is shut.
Urgog will need to make a Constitution Saving Throw. How does he react to the animated wolves and stag's head?
Meanwhile, Zed ascends through the spiral staircase, and finds himself back inside the attic. The hallway of the attic appears to be in much worse condition than it was previously. From the Children's Bedroom on his left, Zed can hear the sounds of Rose and Thorn screaming and pleaing for help from when they were isolated there. He can also hear cries and shrieks from the Storage Room where the nursemaid's body was hidden. The dust and cobwebs have grown exponentially but the door that leads down to the third floor is shut. This door is infested with a swarm of insects. How does Zed react?
Urgog coughs profusely as he inhales the toxic fumes. His lungs are filling up and is determined to get out of this room. Unfortunately, he fails the saving throw and takes 1 points of poison damage, and is also Poisoned while remaining in this room. As he steps away from the trap door, the animated wolf that was adjacent to him will lunge forth and bite at his leg.
Attack: 24 Damage: 13
The wolf bites deeply into Urgog's calf, gashing the muscle entirely. Urgog will have a limp and a -5 to his movement speed. Urgog makes his way to the door, which has another animated wolf adjacent to it. Urgog notices that the wolves are stationary, and only attack when they have the opportunity. Urgog tries to open the door, twisting the knob but the door doesn't budge. He gets the sense the house is forcefully preventing him from opening the door rather than it being locked. Urgog will need to make a Strength (Athletics) check to see if he can bust the door open, and will continue to make Constitution Saving throws from the toxic fumes. Since he's Poisoned, he'll have disadvantage on his strength check.
Urgog struggles to muster all of his physical prowess needed to break the door open. His immune system starts to resist the toxic fumes for now as the sense of urgency causes adrenaline to pump through his body.
Urgog can make another Strength (Athletics) check to bust the door open. He can roll normally for this check.
He'll also need to make another Constitution Saving Throw.
Urgog rams his shoulder into the door. Although he doesn't bust it open, he can see that the force-field blocking his exit is succumbing to his might. The toxicity of the fumes begins to overwhelm him as his immune system can't combat the poison much longer. Urgog takes 5 poison damage.
Urgog can make another Strength (Athletics) check. Since this is his third attempt, he can now roll with advantage as its weakened.
He'll also continue to make Constitution Saving Throws against the poison gas.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Urgog viciously strikes the door with a thunderous kick and the door breaks off its hinges and flies into the lobby. The fresh air allows Urgog to breathe a bit better, but will remain Poisoned for 10 minute(s). Urgog is free to exit the Den of Wolves, but has the animated wolf beside him that's growling and salivating at him, waiting for a chance to strike. What will Urgog do now?
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Urgog safely maneuvers away from the stuffed wolf, whom of which remains frozen in place as it continues growling at Urgog. Urgog steps into the main hall, feeling a bit of relief since he knows he's close to the exit. He spots the fireplace that is next to the double-doors. The longsword that was resting on top of the fireplace gleams and catches Urgog's attention. This is the longsword that had a windmill cameo etched into the hilt. Surprisingly, the longsword begins to hover above the fireplace, and the blade pivots in the air so that its sharp end is facing Urgog. The sword then flies through the air to impale Urgog.
Urgog will now need to make a Dexterity (Acrobatics) check (DC: 10) - Disadvantage as he's still Poisoned or take 6 piercing damage from the Flying Sword.
The Flying Sword zooms through the air as it goes to impale Urgog. Urgog's agility allows him to evade the sword, as it rams the wall behind him and is stuck for a moment. It starts to remove itself remove the wall, allowing Urgog enough time to either run or attack.
