Marrow follows, taking a route that brings her out to the side, flanking Slag and Tork fairly widely. She's already looping and playing with her sword and has a bit of a feral grin on her face. When she can see possible targets at a range of 120 feet, she'll be looking to fire an eldritch blast at one that looks like it might be the biggest threat.
Morinvarin will sigh as everyone breaks out into a run and, even though it doesn't look as dignified as he likes, will jog after them. He won't prepare to cast any spells, wanting to see what is happening first.
(He already cast Mage Armor on himself earlier int he day before the meeting with the Archon.)

It appears to have been an ambush by rebel forces against a disfavored convoy. The men are holding their own for now, but by sheer numbers and surprise, they are on the back foot. (Marrow fires her blast at the figure with a large plumed helm. Suprised roll with advantage DC 15.) With the spell setting off a cheer from one of the Disfavored as he spots the group. "Graven Ashe protects us!" Several rebel members have turned and now rush to meet you. The apparent leader finishing off a guard before turning and marching towards you all.
8 Caravan guards stand off against 16 rebels, while now 7 rebels troops and the leader have begun their movement towards the party. Roll initiative on your next post along with your attack. Post order matters not, I will simply keep in it order when I next post. You are in the range of most spells now, and moving 30 feet be in melee range next turn.

(Slag initiative! 6)
(First round) The warforged would move towards the approaching enemies, holding his javelin close to his face as his black metal fingers work quickly adjusting and modifying the tip of the weapon with a variety of tools. As he casts arcane weapon on the tip of the javelin, the metal spear tip folds down into the shaft and a glass tip filled with a bubbling green liquid flips up to take its place. Taking a fraction of a second to admire his work, Slag would heave the javelin through the air towards the closest rebel. Sparks would arc from the weapon as it sailed through the air towards its target.
Attack: 7 Damage: 4 + 3 acid damage
As the Javelin slams into its target (or the ground), lightning would arc across the weapon for a moment before the entire weapon disappears and reappears in slags open hand. Slag's ALCHEMICAL HOMUNCULUS will move up into the air and hover around 30 feet above the fighting.
(second round) After the Javelin returns to his hand, the warforged would hold his position thirty feet away from the approaching enemies before throwing his weapon once more at the closest enemy.
Attack: 15 Damage: 6 + 5 acid damage
As the javelin teleports back to his hand in a flash, he will nod to his Homunculus, prompting spit a jet of corrosive acid towards the enemy same enemy while remaining thirty feet above the rebels head.
Her eldritch blast surprise roll on the leader from 120 feet: 8 damage 9
As she races forward to the right, darkness swirls from her shoulders, expands swiftly, and she disappears within a 15' radius globe of darkness, which continues to race forward to the rightmost rebel. (She casts darkness on her armor as she runs to meet the rightmost rebel in melee from 120 feet to 5 feet.)
Once they all meet the rebels in melee, she uses her bonus action to place her hexblade's curse on the rebel she's about to attack, and then attack with her pact weapon, which is i the form of a longsword. In the darkness, she gets advantage on attacks she makes (thanks to her devil's sight invocation), and attacks against her get disadvantage unless the attacker can see through magical darkness.
He will attempt to cut the head off of the snake. If he can, he will move forward so he's just within 60ft of the rebel leader. He will maneuver one of his hands into a claw-like grip on his focus and cast Hold Person on the leader. (It's a DC 14 WIS saving throw.)

Slag through his javelin high into the air, thudding into the group next to a rebel, watching as it disappeared as the man continued forward. Ilaer's arrow thuds harmlessly into the wood next to the supposed leader. (First rounds of surprises and able attacks completed) You and the rebels continue to close the distance on each other, arrows from the forest fire into the party seeing you like a larger threat than those who remain in the caravan. The shots aiming for Ildaer:Attack: 23 Damage: 85 Damage: 10 One for Boo: 5 Damage: 13 and one for Tork: 16 Damage: 9.
Those moving into melee have reached your range and engaged on this turn now. Boo rushing forward engages a man on the left flank, the ship's blow is bounced off by the shield before the fighter returns in kind, bashing the barbarian with his shield. The homunculus has more luck, his acid burning away at some of the man's exposed flesh. Morinvarin's spell lashes out, attempting to grasp the rebel leader, who attempts to resist. 15 Which he does as he continues his advance Tork's ax bites into the poorly armored man who screams in agony as the ax is embedded in the man's side. With a shout of anger and fear he stabs at you with his short sword: Attack: 17 Damage: 5 Ildaer's 16 hits the mark, piercing the leader in the shoulder, he lets out a growl of pain as he bloodlust fills his eyes. Marrow makes her way into the fray and no one else can see what happens in her field suddenly a loud scream cut short as a head suddenly rolls out from the darkness.
From further behind the reinspired Disfavored fight ever harder, felling another two rebel, and one of the archers with counter fire. The victory is bittersweet as another Disfavored is surrounded and cut down.
(6 plus the leader are engaging you, plus the three archers.) Shifting targets one archer shifts back to the caravan. One lets loose an arrow at Slag: 8 Damage: 11 and one against the homunculus: 19 Damage: 11 The three last one reaches the front line and engage, one with his long sword charges Tork to his left: Attack: 14 Damage: 6 The other one on the right engages Boo, slashing at him with a short sword: Attack: 17 Damage: 6 The third is unable to engage. Moving about the front the leader has locked eyes with Slag before continuing rushing at him. He will be in melee combat next turn. This turn of combat is concluded.

Witnessing an arrow slam into lldaer with a surprising amount of force, Slag would sigh and rub his metallic face before moving to the injured elf. "Nice job catching that arrow" The warforged would say with a metallic grating laugh as he rips the arrow out of lldaers chest and quickly pulls out a small mechanical spider. After a few words and adjustments with his tinkers tools, Slag tosses the spider on to the elf's chest. The spider vomits a black liquid into lldaer's wound while its needle like legs pull the wound together. Finally the spiders spinnerets work to sew the wound together with a fine thread that seems to disappear only an instant after the wound is closed. "Yer welcome" Slag would say as he extends his hand and the spider leaps back into his palm and skitters up into his robe.
The Alchemical Homunculus will fire another jet of acid towards the same enemy target, buzzing up in the air as its green light sways back and forth with every bob of its head. Attack: 17 Damage: 6
As the eldritch blast soared over the head of her target, Marrow gleefully belted out, "I... meant to do that! Look over here, rebel scum, try us on for size!"
Decapitating the first target brings a rush of adrenaline to her and she moves onto the next victim (whoever is within 30 feet and ideally more than 15 feet away from one of her allies):

The man is a bit shaken but by Boo as his resolve and conviction prevent him from backing down now even after the slash across his chest by the glaive. The two men held firm and attack from both sides again. Attack: 19 Damage: 7 and Attack: 21 Damage: 6. Slag takes his time to heal Ildear who feels better as the sensation dulls the pain from the wound. Morinvarin fire hits leader dead on, searing the man's flesh as he takes 13 damage. His chainmail offering no protection against the flames. Tork tears his ax free from the gut of the man who falls to his knees, crying out in pain. The man tries to lift his shield but is too slow, the sound of bones breaking and a scream cut short as the ax cleaves through the shoulder to the man's sternum, killing him. At the same time, Ildear has locked eyes with his attacker, seeing the rebel knock another arrow, he starts to take aim as an elvish arrow sprouts from his left eye. The arrow harmlessly thudding into the ground as the rebel's body falls alongside it. Marrow engaging the leader in darkness (as the only one outside 15 feet of her allies now is in the middle between the fighters and ranged units.) Marrow sees the weakness in his chainmail due to the fire and with a long broad stroke slams into the man's side, he turns in the darkness to face his attacker but cannot see her.
The Disfavored are gaining ground at the caravan as the rebels have started to wavier, another of the archers is struck down in two arrows, yet the fighting continues on. The rebels (4 plus the leader engaging you) continue fighting on. The leader closes his eyes, trying to rely on other senses to locate Marrow. With a sudden flurry of blows his broadsword: Attack: 13 Damage: 7. The last two engage Tork, attempting to flank him, but unable to do so. Attack: 16 Damage: 10 and Attack: 14 Damage: 10.

Ildaer sprints after them, attempting to flank in the opposite direction of Marrow. He draws a single arrow from his quiver and nocks it.
((What time of day is it? Is anyone in direct sunlight? It might affect how I handle this since Ildaer has sunlight sensitivity.))
