We aren’t going to have this conversation again either come along or leave. Steinarr heads towards the tunnel on the right and enters it checking for any signs of an ambush.
YOU are in NO position to make threats to ME. Remember how many weaklings *I* have singlehandedly taken down in our fights while YOU ALL were struggling to survive. If I leave, you all are as good as dead.
Yes Yeeees weaklings of a feather flock together. Keep flying your bird. You only prove me correct. If you TRULY think you can win this by yourselves...I will wait outside of the cave and when some of you become corpses and don't save this idiot who we do NOT have to save....you all can DRAG each other back out of here and grovel to me in the hopes that I might help you.
You may need to have your head checked. It seems you are suffering from delusions. Weakling I point my hammer at Kylara
Be sure to check that fool's head very thoroughlyI point at demetrio
He seems to be under some sort of mental stress. A good check to the head might clear that up. After we complete this of course and on your own time. I do not want to get bogged down by such matters.
You enter the passage to the right, to the south-east, and walk down the wide tunnel. After a short while, the tunnel turns to the left and opens into a large cave. Sacks and crates of looted provisions are piled up in the south end. In the middle of the cavern, the coals of a large fire smolder.
Standing before you is a large bugbear carrying a massive morningstar. He is facing the entrance, and appears to be expecting you. He smiles as you enter. Also in the cave are three two goblins; one of the is standing next to the kneeling figure of a human man who you recognise as Sildar Hallwinter, the friend of Gundren Rockseeker who set out with him. Sildar appears to be unconscious, and the goblin holds a dagger at his throat and looks at you grimly. There is a large wolf in the cave, standing at the bugbear's side; it growls as you approach, though the bugbear places a hand on its collar to restrain it. Finally, and strangely, you notice the bodies of four goblins dotted around the cave; these are not the goblins you fought. They are, however, quite dead.
The bugbear speaks. You enter the presence of Klarg. You are expected. Kneel! He roars this final word, and the wolf strains in his grip, eager to attack you.
Soron steps aside so the bugbear notices him kneeling (if anyone was looking at Soron before he stepped aside they could notice a slight smile on Soron's face, like he thought of something funny for a sec ) (ooc i have no idea what a bugbear is) and says: Klarg ?! I did not know this is where you reside Great One. Your deeds are known throughout the land and you are feared by many. Please spare our lives , we came here looking for our friends not knowing this was the home of such great entity.
Soron, Klarg nods as you kneel, as though this was entirely expected.
Klarg is beyond greatness. Klarg is feared by all.Klarg knows your purpose. He smiles and nods to himself, and pats the wolf's head. Your friend is Klarg's prisoner. He points over to Sildar. But we will trade. You serve Klarg, and Klarg release human filth to you.
Steinarr, Klarg ignores you. Make an Insight check.
Steinarr, it's pretty clear from his speech and mannerisms that Klarg is quite mad. It's likely that he simply won't hear anything that doesn't conform to the vision of himself that he holds in his mind. You did notice an eye roll from the goblin holding the dagger; you suspect that the two goblins in the room both fear Klarg's strength but have little respect for him.

Why we have not just left is still beyond me. We have been attacked multiple times for someone who is likely dead. We could be next.....and for what?

I stare steinarr straight in the face
Remember. Your. Place. Weakling.
You actually stare at the back of Steinarrs head because he didn’t even turn to acknowledge you as he walked off
In response Steinarr casually flips the bird and keeps walking

Steinarr just keeps walking
Demetrio goes along the right path following kylara and steinarr
so your going outside and your going to the left? Good luck to you two.
(X)
......that is what I THOUGHT. Stick to your symbols. Words don't work well when you use them.
I start walking with my warhammer and shield out
Demetrio laughs as he says
oh looks like your following us again? Don’t worry I’ll protect you big guy.
(X)
protect *ME*? As I recall, *I* am not the one who almost died trying to hug a weakling.
I also am not following you. I am waiting to see you fall.

Sildar friend. Do not worry.
Steinarr looks to Klarg.
I would kneel Mighty Klarg but killing so many of your minions has given me cramp in my thighs. You know how it is.
Steinarr smirks

He is mad. There may be no reasoning with him. Steinarr whispers to the others
