"Dark clothed armor of the night....Um...So I think then we should be even more cautious as well this seems like we are dealing with the kind of rogues that have no compunction to kill..So be careful guys I don't want any of you guys yo like die" Priscilla says as she creeps along next to her companions looking about even more for any intruders.
Gryk investigates the boots and indeed a dead man’s feet fill them. The man’s light hair is matted with dried blood, and his eyes stare at some fixed point above him unseeingly. Familiar dark clothing and leathers clad his body.

As Priscilla and Leol move cautiously into the room, taking in their surroundings, they notice at least four more pairs of boots occupied by the recently deceased.
A slight creaking emits from the top of the stairs.

Grykham moves a bit closer to get a good look at the dead body. He noted the now familiar dark leather and clothing. He'll also look up to see what the dead man is looking at.
Grykham looks toward the ceiling above his head. A dusty cobweb hangs slack between the rafters. Whatever the dead man saw with his last breath, it doesn’t seem to be there any longer.
Leol moves to inspect the bodies and discovers another three piled against a crate. The ones against the crate include two dwarves and a human - all with shaved heads and the eye with rays tattoo emblazoned on the sides of their heads. Leol’s keen eyes catch the snake signa on a ring on another body- this clad in dark leathers. All the bodies have injuries that indicate a fight had taken place, and there were casualties on both sides. None of the bodies match Floon’s discription, however.
Priscilla’s wary eyes scan the warehouse as she slides the second dagger out of its hiding place. Her keen ears pick up talking. It sounds like twenty of more people speaking in round robin fashion. An old man from the country, a boy with a Northern accent, a child, a high bred woman, a sailor, a lilting elvish tongue. Each voice says a different word. A complete different group of voices answered the first group. As Priscilla stops all movement to listen, Gryk and Leol take notice as Well.
”...follows. The. Yellow. But. We. Wait.”
”What. We. Wait. For?”
Priscilla spies the two bird like legs with black feathers at the top of the stairs.
”Kill any of those bastard Zhents while we take this one back,” the Kenku repeats the words, this time using but one voice.
”I’m. Getting. Tired of. All. These hours. And. No. Promotion,” the frustrated reply comes.
((You get a 6 second round before they become aware of you. What do you do?))
Grykham tightens his grip on his hammer and shifts his shield a bit, a grin settles on his face. His eyes shift between the stairs and the others seeing if his companions plan a move before the fighting, which appears to be inevitable at this point.
The two kenku descend the steps. Brown cloaks with hoods cover their forms. Each has a short sword sheathed at his side and a short bow slung across his back. One seems catch the noise of Leol crouching behind a crate or perhaps the stirring of air from the now open window. He pauses at the bottom of the stairs, hand on the hilt of a short sword. The other hand reaches for his comrade, halting his presence.
“Come. Out. Come out. Little. Rat,” he calls in mimricry to the dwarf whom he now sees in the shadow. The other is looking in Leol’s direction, though it is difficult to tell if he sees Leol behind the crate.
Both draw their blades and use their action to close the space between them and Grykham.
“Darling, there’s someone at the door,” the second kenku calls out to the stairs,” mimicking a friendly female voice.
((Leol’s turn. The kenku are within 15 feet of both Leol and Priscilla. They are next to Gryk. I am road tripping to Florida today, so can’t post a map quite yet.
Priscilla - I’m looking from my phone and can’t tell: if you didn’t already roll 1d6 sneak attack damage. The Kenku were not aware of Priscilla at all.
