Pulling the weapon free, the tiefling dances away and hurls taunts at the undead, but to no effect. Either the creature cannot understand or simply doesn't care, it only has eyes for those that it can reach with it's teeth or claws - which happens to be Therne right now.

The zombie that Abner landed next to groans and creaks as it turns to face the half-elf sprawled across the floor. It practically falls onto Abner, raking at him with its claws and trying to bite his neck with yellow teeth.
Meanwhile, Therne dances away from the corpse attacking her and spins - throwing a mote of flame straight into the creatures face.

Therne grimaces as the zombie - its face now aflame - continues to stand and shambles over to her, attempting to gouge near her eyes. She manages to steal a quick glance towards Abner, who is now unconscious and bleeding profusely from a bite wound under his chin.

The fiery-faced creature misses its attack as it sails over the halfling and tears through the blackness of the wall - which quickly reforms.

Remembering the song that Red graced him with back in the cellar, Brozak pushes back against the living dead and slams it square in the temple with his warhammer - cracking the temporal bone on the right side of its head and exposing the decaying, grey brain underneath.

The zombie's head turns slowly back towards Brozak as bubbles form at the edges of its mouth. To the dragonborn's shock, the creature is still standing and fighting.

Therne's ball of flame erupts against the zombie next to her just as it reaches forward to claw at her. As the charred arm pulls away, the druid sees that her spell scorched away the zombie's arm up to the elbow.
The creature retaliates by leaping forward with the bone protruding from the forearm and attempts to rake it across Therne's chest.
Meanwhile the zombie attacking Brozak frantically scrambles at the paladin's face, and the undead with the hole punched through its sternum tries to clamp its mouth around Abner's leg.
