Thomas, using his Mage Hand ability, will remotely attempt to unlock the door and gain entry. (Possibly by disabling the interlocks that are no longer working due to the lack of electronics? :D "I tried to pick it, but it was broken, so I failed.")

When that fails to work, he sends Gamliel through by sending him to a pocket dimension and having him come out on the other side of the door.
“Can you tell me the difference between a witch and a wizard?" "Sure, a wizard is what they call you when they want to hire you, and a witch is what they call you when they're getting ready to run you out of town.” SunWolf replied ― Barbara Hambly, The Witches of Wenshar

You can see through his eyes a lot of crates containing the tactical armour plus something labeled “monofilament wire”.
"Monofilament? Crap, that stuff is dangerous! It can slice through steel like a hot knife through butter. That'd be great against the Protectors castles."
#Gamliel, can you find a way to unlock the door from there?#

All the ways of opening the door require electricity. Except for the large lever labelled 'manual override' that requires muscles.
"Perhaps try the lock again. I can help you and perhaps Granny can say a prayer for us," Sarah suggests.
OOC: I have a massive migraine so apologies for slow response times.
I'm still sick from earlier. This is turning out to be the same as something I had a few years ago. It knocked me on my ass for two weeks before it cleared up.
"Hmmm, to bad we can't get Gamliel to manipulate some monofilament, slice through the lock in a jiffy" Aleister sound pessimistically hopeful. "I wonder if there'd be a way to connect it to a blade edge...imagine how that would work! Sarah, do you think your 'Grandpa' could so something to the lock? If not I guess it's muscle power; provided we don't get surprised by some DARPA nasty like folks were allowing was roaming around here."

Panic is a mechanism that strengthens the gene pool.
OOC - How much muscle does the manual override require? Could the (10lb) Mage Hand do it?

George will use his crowbar to try to pop the manual override handle on the door.
Strength with advantage for crowbar: 5
Seeing that he's weaker than a small child, George will notch an arrow on his bow and look to post up somewhere out of sight and provide overwatch to the rest of the crew.
Stealth 17
Held action - arrow at any hostile who approaches Attack: 8 Damage: 7

Curious, Thomas studies the door, trying to figure out exactly why this inanimate assembly of steel and concrete refuses to give. Picking up the crowbar, he places it slightly differently in the jamb, seeing if a different location will budge the sucker. Having his Mage Hand lend a..hand with a bit of leverage, he says: "I'd love some helpful, holy guidance, Granny. And maybe if you put your foot there, Sarah, when I pull?"
OOC Straight strength? Not Athletics? Oh, well. 15
OOC p2 - Maybe the Guidance add will push it over just enough. Drum roll, please!

And... you pry it open. You are in a large storage area full of crates. Most with the armour but one labelled monofilament.
"Wow, that's some fancy armor..." Sarah almost whispered. "Not sure how we can even handle the monofilament safely, though."
OOC: Stats?
In the monofilament crate are 50 spindles of wire in airtight sealed packages. On the package is a label “The wire has a working lifetime of 48 hours once this package is opened.” Each wire is 100m long with a ceramic handle to enable it to be manipulated. It will cause 4d10 damage DC 15 save for half damage. A natural 1 will result in something being cut off.

Granny to Sarah "Dear, are you people always this disorganised?"
Max will have a go at breaching the door (borrows crowbar) 9
Looking at the crowbar "This is defective." out with sword and shield to stand guard.
"Some days it just seems like something is against us, Granny," Sarah sighs.
The damn door is impervious to glares but heck, she can give it a go.
"If you'd pray for some guidance, that would be appreciated."

OOC: Oh please let that be enough or let Granny power you guys up and try again! Sarah has a -1 for a STR mod! Crazy dice.
Better than all the muscle heads but still not good enough. With some guidance from granny Max will try again.
