George swaps out his bow for his blade and closes in on the demon priest, hoping to hack him to pieces and put him down. George will aim for the joints, looking to butcher the Seeker into parts.

This thing is not going to 'die' until you do as George suggested, chop it to bits. However DnD doesn't really support that so we will introduce the concept of 'called shot'. You take -3 to your attack to be able to hit a specific body part. Once you do 20% of its HP damage to that spot it is removed. A critical hit will also remove the limb, head, whatever. There are tactics that will make all this easier, if you think of them.
I've looked at all the attacks so far and with the -3 penalty none of them actually hit (even without the -3 penalty most never even got close)

Em and Thomas try to knock the Seeker down 18, not a hope. Sarah attacks without calling her shot and also forgetting that Aleister is helping 15 but manages a critical hit for 13+14 damage. The arrow goes in an eye and blows out the back of its head, 'killing' it.
This is the second one of these creature that Sarah has destroyed. Sara CUTs-bane?
