Rhogar smiled in return for the greeting, but would find an empty section of wall to lean against and watch proceedings. In his idleness, some jerky is casually chewed upon. Meanwhile, a curious Ghorar does a circuit about the room, searching in her curiosity for anything that might produce a 'sanity ray' in the room, or work as a 'straight jacket'.

The workshop is cluttered with half-completed gnomish inventions that serve no purpose, as well as worktables strewn with tinker’s tools. A 10-foot-high ledge overlooks the room, set with a wooden pedestal on which sits a leather-bound book.
The two gnomes look to Krom with a bit of hope.
"You can help us!" says Fibblestib, "Yes, you can!" cries Dabbledob
They launch into an explanation that a couple of gnomes have disappeared recently. On top of this, their king Korboz recently lost his mind and is keeping their other king, Gnerkli, as his prisoner.
"We don’t understand the nature of Korboz’s affliction, and are at a loss as to what to do. We wish no harm to befall either king, but we acknowledge that Korboz has become a danger to himself and others." says Dabbledob.
"In addition to the danger posed by the mad king, two gnomes have mysteriously vanished within the last tenday!" cries Fibblestib
"Help us figure out how to make the King sane again. We don't know how to do it! He has locked himself in his room. Take the west passage and turn right and you will find his room." says Dabbledob.
"We'll tell the rest of the gnomes you are here to help and we'll give you magical rewards in exchange for aid." says Fibblestib
Krom nods to the two gnomes "Very well, I will try to help your king.", as the dwarf start to walk towards the west passage, he stops and asks "One last question, did the two gnomes vanished before the King's change of behavior or it was after? Where did the two gnomes vanished? In which part of your complex where last seen?"
Krom waits for an answer from the gnomes and if the other party members do not ask anything else he will start walking towards the king's room.
"i wonder if I could persuade the king to unlock the door and come out if I play him a nice tune?" The dragonborn would reply as he rubbed his scaly brass chin. "My songs can be very persuasive.:"
"After, certainly after." answers Dabbledob to Krom's last question.
Making your way down the corridor you see it continues about 20 feet west and then seem sot open up wider to the north. A south passage can also be seen that ends in a door. The doors are made of wood fitted with rusty iron handles and hinges. You also continue to see that all caves are illuminated by hanging oil lanterns.
You reach the end of the hallway indicated before Krom steps forward and knocks on the door.
A few moments later you hear a gnome voice call out in gnomish but you don't understand what is said.
"Break my door down! Don't you dare! Do you not know who I am? I am the king! Who are you to come threatening to break my door down?" The voice within calls in common.
(OCC: Kazri is not able to use Divine Sense through the door right?)

Ghorar flutters to the ground, and begins sniffing claw at the ground just before the door, looking for a seam she might perhaps squeeze into to get to the other side. Though she did so to likely little avail. As for Rhogar, he whispers to Chip, "Might now be a good time to put those persuasive skills to full work after that incidental blunder?"

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Chip would place his war lute on his back and pull out his new magical one. He would give it a few strums before knocking gently on the door... "Please come out your majasty.. we are here to help" The dragonborn would say with a smile. Then, clearing his throat he would begin to play a gentle song on his lute as two illusionary little girls drift from his lute through the door and proceed to build a small snowman on the otherside of the door as he begins to sing his song..
I will protect you I'm not afraid Please don't shut me out again, Please don't slam the door You don't have to stay locked up anymore

He would sing as his illusions smile and play before gesturing to the door while the brass scaled dragonborn plays for over a minute.

Once per short rest, you can choose 5 creatures that watched and listened to you perform for 1 minute. Each target makes a WIS saving throw (DC 16) and is charmed if it fails for 1 hour, or until it takes any damage, you attack it, or it sees you attack or damage its allies.
Kazri, standing behind Chip, unsheathe the Dragon Slayer Sword, just in case.

"That was the most amazing song I have ever heard!" yells King Korboz through the closed door. "Spectacular, poetic, I can't wait to hear more. You must be the greatest singer anywhere to be found in the Sword Coast." continues the king. "You must certainly come and entertain us all in my throne room when this state of emergency is over."
Kazri sheaths her sword away, and tries to relax a little. Once inside, she uses her Divine Sense.

Krom nods to Rhogar and Chip while murmuring a chant of Guidance in order to enhance Chip's performance.
Rekuberk steps to the side but no so far that he can't reach the door and open it by force if he needs to.
