 You can see some nice items in Vilnius's possession. Vilnius carries his spellbook, which contains all the spells he has prepared. He also has a gold amulet shaped like an upside-down V hidden under his robes. Of exquisite design. 

Skorn stops midsearch and jerks his head up: Golem?

The amber golem has been patrolling the hallway outside , and I won’t leave this room until I know the golem has been destroyed. I curse my dead master for leading us to this wretched land. Why do you want to know all this?" 

• The temple is a haven for forbidden knowledge.
• Flameskulls — constructs made from the remains of dead wizards — guard the temple.
• Barbaric mountain folk use the temple for shelter.

Skorn looks at Kasimir angrily. So, now what? Do you expect us to fight these golems? Get attacked again by whatever those damned things are in the main hall? We escorted you here to this "abandoned" temple, and still give us nothing but empty promises. If you want us to help you in this place, you must uphold your part of the bargain. Otherwise, I shall throw you to the golem myself.
