Watch and wait for the results of Guilliame's attempt. Still holding bedlinen. Ask Guilliame "what is it that you are concerned about? It seems to be just a bad tempered and possibly hungry cat."
As the cat turns its back on me, I pounce with the heavy sheet held in front of me, I attempt to enwrap the cat.
[OOC: The heavy sheet is effectively a net. Dora's class is Fighter, so she has proficiency with martial weapons, which the net is classed as, so this is effectively a normal attack for her. However, as she is trying to take the cat by surprise, which would give her Advantage with the attack, I would like you to make either a Deception or a Stealth check for Dora against a DC of 13 to see if she can then roll for her attack at Advantage.]

[OOC if there is a choice - I am using stealth at +2]

[OOC: Sorry Paul, I think I confused you a bit with my statement of the rules. The Stealth roll was to see if you made a second Attack roll at Advantage, not the first one. Anyway to expedite matters (and because the eventual result is what you wanted) I will use the 2 d20 rolls that occurred as two separate rolls and explain the mechanics.
The two rolls you made were a 6 and a 12, reported in that order (you can see these if you hover your mouse of the final result). This means the 6 (+2) would have been the Stealth roll, which is a failure against the cat's Passive Perception of 13.
Roll for experience:20
This is a success, so Dora gains some experience, which I have added to her character sheet.
However, the failed roll means that Dora does not take the cat by surprise and so her attack on the cat with the sheet is just a normal roll.
However, that roll would have been a 12 and because Dora is proficient in the use of a net she adds her Proficiency bonus to the roll (i.e., +2) for a total of 14, which is greater than the cat's Armour Class of 12.
The result is that Dora catches up the cat in the sheet, as described below. Technically, Initiative should have been determined in the above as well, but I am not taking that into account this time.
]
Though the cat sees Dora coming, it isn't quick enough to avoid being caught and Dora now has one panicking cat thrashing around in her makeshift net.
[OOC: Please make a Dexterity (Athletics) check (at Advantage because of the sheet) to keep the frantic creature secured as it tries to escape. As Dora is not proficient in Athletics, this is a straight Dexterity check for her, which gives her a bonus of +2. This will be a contested roll for the cat to escape and Dora is establishing the value it has to try to beat.]
[OOC: The cat attempts to twist its way out of the sheet and Dora's grip, all the while yowling loudly. The sheet by itself would make this a DC of 10. Dora's action makes it a 14. The cat is going to use a Dexterity (Acrobatics) roll to attempt to escape. It does not have proficiency in Acrobatics, so it just gets its Dexterity bonus.
Cat's Dexterity check:9
That is a fail on the cat's part.
In game terms the cat is currently Grappled and it can continue to try to escape each turn unless something else is done, such as putting it in the 'closed' basket or wrapping it up more securely in the sheet, the latter of which would Incapacitate it.
To wrap it up more securely, will require another successful Attack roll with a +2 bonus (but at Advantage because of the sheet) against the cat's AC of 12.
[OOC So it is Guilliame's turn then mine then the cat. If Guilliame brings me the wicker basket on his turn, then on my turn can I put the cat in? I am hoping too that I can continue to yell at Guilliame to get the wicker basket.]
Yell "Get the basket Guilliame beside the bed and hurry, I can't hold this cat for much longer!"
Dora flings her handful of sheet and struggling cat at Guilliame.
[OOC: Paul, if you want Dora to actually try to hit Guilliame, then you will need to make an Attack roll versus Guilliame's Armour Class of 14. If not, then the cat will just land at Guilliame's feet.]

"I've seen cats that are hungry before try to eat people and come very close, especially enchanted ones."
As if to belie his words, when Guilliame approaches the desk and shoos the cat away, it jumps away from him off the table.
Then, moments later, it struts out from under the desk and begins stalking towards Guilliame an inquisitive look on its face.
