Ashissa can see the slimy monster seems to be following tracks down the canyon. The tracks terminate at a large crevasse in the South Eastern rock wall. It arrives and begins squeezing itself into the crack, bellowing and gurgling.
Meanwhile, Baku begins to discover the fiery beings' intentions as they attempt to communicate. With its telepathic abilities, the small dragon senses that they really don't seem to have aggression towards it and are slightly confused. They had obviously been expecting something else to be following the path. It does not appear as though they will block Baku's progress along the path.
As Leann steps into the hallway, sparkling lights flicker in the corners of her eyes and puffs of smoke begin slipping out of tiny holes in the stone all around her . She feels her skin begin to ripple and squirm as if something is digging around underneath it.

Leann's skin continues to crawl and she feels a sense of dread come over her as the smoke clears. The fumes are extremely noxious, but her Yuan-ti heritage protects her from the poisonous air. It does not save her from the unease, however. The hallway becomes terrifyingly encroaching as fear overtakes her and her skin seems to writhe.
Leann is Frightened (temporary condition added to sheet) for the time being. The source of fright is the hallway, so she must move away from it in one direction or the other.
Damh steps up the hallway and lights up a torch, seeing Leann cloaked in gas briefly before his eyes are drawn to the walls and he gasps at the side of the ghastly paintings.
The gaseous wisps clear as quickly as they began, meandering up into the ceiling of the antechamber and dissipating. It appears to everyone that the trap has been spent.
The door at the end of the hallway seems to be venting some of the gas as well, so there must be some gaps in the wood...
Twinly and Jimmer stand on either side of the inner door frame, facing the slimy terror scraping its way slowly into the gap and towards the door. "It's been a pleasure knowing all of you", Jimmer says lowly and he nods at Twinly. Their arrow and bomb fly in unison down the stony crevasse towards the creature.
The arrow strikes deep into the creature, disappearing into its bubbling skin. It sloshes wetly against the rocks and its progress slows considerably as a frosty sheen appears across its form.
The flask shatters against it in short order, and the thing shrieks as a small portion of it sizzles and burns away. The ground before it fizzes and smokes, acid dissolving the sand.
Creature Speed Halved, frost and acid damage taken.
The two men back up to stand behind Damh, still facing the entrance. Damh gulps and steps into the hallway, "Leann, what is it?" he asks, trying to understand the source of her distress. He motions for her to follow him as he dashes to the door at the end of the hall and begins slamming his weight against it, his slight frame barely budging the wood.
Leann can see that the door at the end of the hallway is old and weathered wood and doesn't seem to be reinforced. There is an old, rusty ring hanging in the center, presumably once used as a means of opening it.
As Leann takes the door handle with shivering hands and tosses it inward, the door flies from its hinges and shatters across the floor.
The room before her (30 feet wide, 40 feet deep) is packed with aged marble urns and intricately decorated, desiccated wooden chests. These all form a border around a large sarcophagus in the center of the chamber (10 feet long and 6 feet wide). The stone casket is sealed, but there are metal rods nearby which look like they were used to place the stone tablet atop it.
The monster is upon the front of the chamber, the last few feet of the small chasm too small for its awful bulk to squeeze into. It's limbs slap wetly against the outer door frame and its great eye twitches this way and that in unison with the chomping of its many mouths.
As Hadar makes his suggestion, the door down the hallway shatters and Twinly pulls three bombs from his bandoleer, handing one of them to the Half-Orc and one to Jimmer - "It seems as though this door might need more bombing than the one at the end of the hallway!"
He hefts the other clay jar and sparks a his metal device, lighting the long fabric wick and holding it towards Jimmer so he may do the same. "Let's see if we can take this door down and retreat. As for holding off the beast, please do!!!"
The creature's tentacled appendages lap around the inner door frame, seeming to stretch and explore, and the great eye presses in towards the chamber. Wet shrieks and screams echo across their ears, and down the hallway in bursts. The metal frame creaks with pressure and the sand around the entrance sifts through the rocks.
Jimmer slides 2 simmering arrows from his quiver and tosses them firmly towards the earth at Hadar's feet, the tips burrowing into the sand and frosting it over, tickling Hadar's foot with a chilling sensation. Jimmer nods to him then holds his bomb against Twinly's fire to light his wick.
From behind Damh shouts "Hadar, let us slow this beast!
A great rumbling begins shaking the chasm outside and chamber, sand coming down in sheets as Damh pulls the skull shaped stone from around his neck to bear and blows into it, letting out a terrifying sound.
The many chests and urns are sealed with various colored wax lids and gilded locks, some emblazoned with scenes of market stalls selling goods, others a showing more scenes of people using counting devices and hoarding money.
the walls and sarcophagus are completely unadorned.
There does not appear to be any other exits from the room as Leann examines the four walls and she does not encounter any more traps here.
Roll for Athletics if you'd like to use the crowbar to open the coffin or smash anything in the room.

Hadar feels like he's back with his troops. Weapons and death bells coming out of the woodwork. All of it rallying his orcish heart to battle!
Taking the bomb, he ties it to two of his arrows. Concentrating on the monster's eye, he quickly studies it for a movement pattern. Once he finds it, he lights, notches the arrow bomb, and whispers, "Blow, Baby, Blow." A small gust of wind encircles his feet, as he aims and let's loose.

Also forgot, but is Bless still active?
NM, I just looked, duration is 1 minute, guessing it has been longer than that since this all began.

Leann heads to the door and tries to open it. (Assuming I cannot do much else when she is frightened of the room she is still in...)
Hadar turns to the other rangers, "You guys got more of those bombs? That door and whatever it holds could really use one, I think."
"I'll hold the creature off, if we are of similar minds?"
