Meepo leaps from the building, landing with agility on a dry patch, before scampering backwards and taking some cover near a tree. He unleashes a blast of cold that hits the witches shoulder.
Two blasts from Mordekai blast upwards, slamming into her as well, the dark energy pummeling her, some purple blood sprays from her mouth as she recoils from the blows. (your HEX still has an hour going on it, sorry I keep forgetting to say so...lol..)
Olin tries to grab the door frame but is tossed free, landing with a thud in the muck. He pushes himself to his feet as he summons a mystical branch to take a wild swing at the witch, missing, and also casts bless on his allies. (DON'T FORGET!!!!) Indeed, his mind seems to click, the green light from beneath the floor indeed matches that of the magical acorns from the winery.
Lionel seems to burst with glowing power, translucent wings sprout from his back. Rather than be tossed away by the house, he is tossed into the air where he then turns and swoops towards the witch.
The witch shrieks as she's pummelled by attacks, "CURSES ON YOU. CURSES ON YOU!" She glares up at Lionel who flies up to her, radiating holy energy. She cowers back from his blade, black energy seems to coalesce around her and she glares at him, the blackness seeping into her eyes as she speaks a single word, the power of which hurts everyone's ears, "REVILED!" Lionel is struck by the full force of the word, it's magic stuns him with it's power, and he flaps uselessly, dropping to the mucky ground with a thud. He seems to try to be speaking, but only babble emerges from his dazed mouth as he looks around in confusion, unable to move or function. (Lionel, at the start of your turn, make a DC 19 CON save. If you succeed, you shake off the effect of the stun, otherwise you're incapacitated which includes being unable to talk or move.)
Then the upside down skull which is floating free of the house, shoots upwards into the sky 40 feet. She now has 3/4 cover from those on the ground, unless you can change your angle in some way. The skull continues to shoot upwards. (She's currently 50 feet in the air and rising).
With everyone focused on the witch, the lumbering house seems to regard the creatures around it. One of its massive roots swings up out of the muck, striking Ismark. Attack: 29 Damage: 23. Then another root swings down at him, trying to crush him into the swamp. Attack: 17 Damage: 32. With another root, it levers under a rock and lifts, sending a massive boulder flying through the air towards Meepo. (Meepo, you have 3/4 cover from this attack, so +5 AC) Attack: 25 Damage: 17.
Ismark withdraws, bones crushed, arm shattered, but somehow alive, he stumbles away from the house, slogging through the muck to get as much distance as he can, taking full cover behind a tree.
Seeing the witch appear to retreat for the moment, and witnessing the brutality with which the house (?!) attacked Ismark and Meepo, Mordekai turns to regards the house, and mutters under his breath words unheard by the others, sending a wave of magical energy at the house.
(Casting Slow - DC16 WIS save for the house. Wish I'd done that last round and tried to get both the witch and house in it, but had no idea the house was about to do that!)

Lionel shutters as the black energy of the spell is about to overwhelm him, but instead it shimmers and sparks off of an invisible shield that seems to rise up before him. The black energy sprays against the shield, sending off purple sparks and electrical bolts before dissipating into nothingness leaving Lionel unharmed. Nearby behind the tree, Meepo stands, his hand outstretched, pouring his own mystical energy into the counter-magic.....
Lionel, you get an AoO as the witch tries to fly away and you are not affected by the spell. The witch's ridiculous upside-down floating skull flies faster than you though, so you'll be hard pressed to keep up.
Waiting on Meepo's fireball to see if Lionel is trying to pursue or not.
House wisdom save: 5. The house seems to be momentarily wrapped in a green haze as Mordekai focus' his energy on it, unleashing a spell. The multi-limbed monstrosity seems to move in slow motion suddenly as it continues to try and mash everything around it.
(OOC: Seems like Lionel is close to the witch, so no fireball there. Is anyone close to the house? if someone is close to either, then he will have to do something else.)
(Meepo cast Counterspell as a reaction on the witch's spell against you, which worked - so you're still up in the air, if I'm reading things correctly. DM was waiting for you to clarify what your turn was, since you were no longer on the ground stunned. So the way I read it, you don't need to Misty Step to the witch because you're still flying? So, with Lionel attacking the witch in the air, Mordekai, Lionel, Meepo and Ismark are away from the house. Olin was close to it at the start of this round, and is the only one not to have posted his turn yet. The house is Slow as of this current round so doesn't get reactions (after Mordekai's initiative) so Olin could move clear if he wanted, and then Meepo's fireball would come after it in intiative order.)
This round, I make out that...(in initiative order)
Lionel (still flying) attacked the witch.
Ismark ran for cover.
Mordekai Slowed the house
Olin - still to post
Meepo casts fireball depending on Olin's proximity to the house?
Great, thanks! Then if Lionel can keep up - no Misty Step just yet.
You also get an attack of opportunity on the witch as it left your space last round. You may need that misty step though, since the witch moves faster than you do, so you might not be able to catch it in a single move.
Seeing the witch flying around on her floating skull. "Back where we can reach you, witch!" he yells, casting dispel magic on the skull, hoping to bring it to the ground.
"If that's was the same gem they used to give life to that other awful tree creature, perhaps she's doing the same with her house." Olin says.
Throwing caution to the wind, Olin leaps onto one of the extremely slow root legs and climbs up into the hut.
(I still have my bonus action, but I need to know what happens with the flying skull and with my attempt to climb inside the hut before I can use it. Please let me know how those resolve and I'll finish my turn.)
(OOC: Ok, great stuff. Thanks for the clarity mordekai, you're correct. My updated post is coming, I just need to clean all these actions up into a cohesive sequence, let people know how things resolve, then Meepo can post....please stand by.)

Lionel, unharmed by the stun spell, floats next to the witch still as she attempts to fly away into the sky. Surprised as her spell evaporates and he remains floating before her, he swings his blade, knicking her sending a splatter of purple blood away. She sweeps upwards, and Lionel, hard pressed to catch her while on his holy translucent wings vanishes and appears next to her, swinging his blade twice. Both times the blade strikes her, she shrieks in pain and her blood is sprayed about her vessel.
Meanwhile, down on the ground Olin first casts a spell, attempting to down the craft, but it has no effect as the witch continues to climb. He then looks at the now slow motion lumbering creature and leaps up onto a root, clambering up onto the creatures doorway. It pauses from its root attacks on people and slowly shakes its house around, attempting to fling Olin free. (Olin, Dex DC 10 to manage to get inside the house.)
Olin, make your dex save and take your bonus action if you like. Meepo, your action. If Olin fails his dex, he's flung from the house and you're free to fireball it, since you can hit just it's torso and upper legs without hitting Olin.
Then it's the witch's turn.

Olin slips then is flung off of the branch landing in some muck. He swears and his branch, which is tiny in comparison to the houses' roots, thuds hollowly against one.
Then the area around the hut explodes in fire. DC 14: 3
Fire scorches the whole area, bits of tree and parts of the hut smoulder in moist fog, too wet to burn, but scorched black by the fierce flames, black oily smoke issues from the massive moving creature....thing..
Meanwhile in the air, the witch, bleeding from numerous wounds and shrieking in pain glares at Lionel who continues to pursue her into the sky. She reaches out a hand, and a bolt of lightning rips through the air around Lionel, the air exploding with a thunderous boom.
Lightning damage: 29. DC 19 DEX save for half.
Then she continues to streak upwards. (You get another AoO on her as she flies 40 feet up.)
