"I am hoping to meet with her to discuss my studies of the Prophecy," Tara explains to Lucky, once more putting the emphasis that denotes a capital letter on the word "prophecy". She turns to Saralyssa. "I am hoping to meet with Flamewind, a sphinx from Xen'drik who lives at the University. She is one of the leading nondragon experts on the Prophecy, and possesses a powerful oracular sense as well. I have some notes and observations from my mentor I would like to compare with hers."
"I go where you all go, currently I have nothing pressing in mind to get done, though the University might be a good place to continue my research on dragons and maybe someone there knows about the dragon that attacked my village. So I guess the University we go and maybe find a nice tavern in the area to find lodging for then night." Moxely chimes in.
"I will also accompany you." Jax would add. "As far as I know, my body does not deteriorate due to age. Perhaps I will find the information I seek while accompanying you." He would say with a nod.
Tara nods and turns to Virnen. "The Draconic Prophecy is the will of the Progenitors - Eberron, Siberys and Khyber - writ across the world. It shows the shape of Eberron, the world's changes and major events. Many seek to study or manipulate it, foremost among them the demonic Overlords, who wish to use it to free themselves. It is my life's study, learned from my mentor." She looks at Moxley. "I know a fair amount about dragons, I am happy to answer any questions I can that you may have to save you some time on research."
Taking Tara's arm in his, Moxely will escort her to the University, following the rest of the group, "Well then, let's have us a chat as we walk to the University and once there, let's find us a nice shady spot and have a picnic and we can further our discussion. Lunch/dinner will be my treat while we wait for the others to join us, then we can discuss where to go from here."
Saralyssa walks along with Moxley and Tara. "I can check about that meeting for you." She tells Tara as they walk. "Give me a bit to get to my rooms and then to talk to Flamewind." She is glad it is not someone else, since she has always had a good relationship with Flamewind, the two sharing a good deal in their study of dragons and elementals.
Lucky follows along with Jax and Virnen, a wary eye following AJ most of the time. Can you create... friends like this for anyone, or only for yourself? It's quite a skill you have there.
When Lucky mentions AJ, the large wolf-like creature flops to its side and wags its metal tail.. slamming it into the ground with repeated loud thumps. "I think he required a belly rub" Jax would say with a nod. "To answer your inquiry, I am only capable of creating one such creature at a time. If I were to create another, The arcane runes required to power the second creature would drain the magic from the first and destroy it." The warforged would add.
Moxely will describe the dragon to her, basically it was red in color and any distinguishing marks and if it fit any known descriptions of any Dragons she might know. Then he will inquire about the best way to kill them and any other technical information she might have on them. Again he will describe the scene of the dragon attack on his town and will go from there.
(OOC: If the dragon is recognizable to Tara, I will edit this post appropriately, but she's seen no more than three or four in her life and the ones she's heard about are mainly already dead or not the town-burning types. And it's definitely not Zoe, who's she's most familiar with, so proceeding as if she does not ;D)
Tara listens to Moxley's description carefully, quietly updating her spellshard. She nods before speaking, voice strictly scholarly. "Dragons vary greatly, including within the subspecies of scale colors. Many are skilled in the magical or combative arts beyond simply what they are naturally given. However, this dragon sounds like a rogue, not one of Argonnessen. Meaning they were exiled from the continent for some crime. Thus, I believe I can give you some information on how to destroy this one without worrying about my relationship with-" She stops abruptly for a moment before picking up her train of thought again. "I believe I can safely give you some information on how to destroy this one. The frank truth is that currently, you are unlikely to be able to match the power of even a rogue, despite their lack of alliances. However, given time and a great deal of training and practice, you may stand a chance. I would recommend finding a way to be aerially mobile, and preferably not a method that can be killed. Defend against fire, obviously, and similarly do not expect fire to have any effect against them. Of course," she adds thoughtfully, "the easiest way would simply be to convince another dragon to take care of it for you."
Moxely sits back impressed with the knowledge, "I did not know all that about them, and yea the rogue aspect does seem like it might fit. I will have to inquire sometimes with some of the others from my town if they have any other information they can give or if they have seen the dragon still around the area. You have given me much to think on and it looks like I will need to look into some specific training in the coming months if not years. Thank you."
Tara inclines her head. "Of course. I merely ask that you not use this knowledge against dragons indiscriminately. Mostly because if you do so, you will attract the attention of some very powerful groups."
(OOC: So I was considering posting to this game but I am pretty sure it is dead right? Woogles has been really busy and I think it is on hold indefinitally? Just wondering.)

Good to go, says Lucky in agreement. Probably best stick together, after all. Given, you know, well... Who knows what might be looking for us, eh?

[OOC: Shrug, no idea, but am still around for it to pick back up if it does.]
