Emboldened by Bandits A & B dropping, coupled with the missed attack from Bandit D, Akai uses a bonus action to growl an incantation:
"Dragon's blood and dragon's fire, let these fools fear Akai's ire!"
He spends a second-level slot to cast Dragon's Breath and breathes a cone of fire at the enemy cluster.
