"In the alley by the warehouse, there was a runner. I didn't get much out of him --might have made him soil himself-- but he confirmed they were doing magick in the warehouse; paying him for something. Do any of you know what a 'right rambler' is?"
((Sorry but I don't know what a Go Get is))

Cragmyre Ironseed, earth genasi ancestral barbarian 3 ● Cyrus Natriallae, aquatic half-elf warlock of the deep 3
The street talk round here is a rhyming style. Maybe a Right Rambler is a rhyme word. What exactly did he say?
The magik on these paper's a circle of...lar'aen...like a summoning or travel spell. They used it to take Widow Fletcher from here to the warehouse...along with most of the chair she was sitting in...and missing a finger...so she must've fallen through it. It's meant to be done by the uninitiated...so maybe they wasn't witches.
"cudda had like, hair from a brush or bits o' nails - stuff from a bin wit belonged 'er. That helps dunnit? N maybe it wasn't her they wanted? Cause they left the finger? They wann'ed the box, or summet? An they knew where the box wuz cuz they done this before?"
(does my understanding of the circle tell me how the set it on this end? We know there were markings on the floor here but were they made by the circle magic or set up in advance? Like are they burned into the ground or made by something mundane? What do the instructions say?)
From what you can gather, the Not Rat must have made the markings. But you believe that either the markings get burnt away at this end after the spell ends or the Not Rat scrubbed them away. And all the circles you have seen so far have used chalk or charcoal to make the symbols.
That's frightening...but I think we know our next step. Deet...you said this Mr Jop Sadringham of 210 Horgal Place was to meet the Mcguffin lady. It's an adresss at least.
Yes, replies Deet. Horgal Place. I... don't know it! But, oh, we can ask. Someone must know. Anyone? We can ask him about... the McGuffins. He was going to trade with Brie McGuffin. Maybe he's still waiting for her. Or maybe... he was the last one to see her alive!
Deet is up for sticking together and going to meet Jop Sadringham; he may not be the best person to do the talking, though.
Cragmyre is happy to go along with Deet and Klee's plan to go and meet Mr. Jop. He's not the most charming fellow himself, but he's equal parts friendly and imposing when need be. "I have heard of the street; I have made errands nearby. It is in the Market District, in the south of the city. I am happy to go there with you; I think we should stick together. Is there anything else we wish to search before setting back out."

The Widow Fletcher was taken from the attic where the boxes were stored. There were no messages there. The message was under "Klee's" bed where the McGuffins were staying so it's assumed Brie wrote it as she was taken. Please roll an Investigation check if you would like to go through the other boxes in the attic.
Nobody knows if The McGuffin women met with Jop or not.

But how did they target her from there?

Did the NOTrat have to mark the floor?
For Tahta:

For those who go to Klee's room, you see this;
That's frightening...but I think we know our next step. Deet...you said this Mr Jop Sadringham of 210 Horgal Place was to meet the Mcguffin lady. It's an adresss at least.
A few of you know the street. It's in the Merchant District further round the wheel of the city to the south.
You hear the distant rumble chime of the Noonday bell.
What do you wish to do?

Tahta thinks hard on what they have...
The magic is for mundane casting so someone smart is having the "witches" do the spell.
The box of McGuffin stuff was taken and had the meeting with Jop
Widow Fletcher was taken and she left a message to find Molly McGuffin
There was other boxes of tenants past...maybe just a quick check before they leave...to make sure there's no connections that stand out...
