Wavering slightly with nausea from the teleportation, Odon steps forward to address Syndra before she departs. "Thank you for your help."Then, turning to the group, "Let's get rooms first, then acquire supplies at the Grand Souk. We can spend the night here, then set off in the morning."
"Should be a piece of cake" Yi says, as he looks around for a merchant. He smiles slyly, "I'd say we steal some money on the side, wouldn't you agree?" He gestures towards Rajag.

Why are we here just to suffer when we could be here and not suffer :)
"Yes, because Rajag has proven himself to be such a stealthy thief," Kairon says to Yi, sarcasm lacing her every word. "If your plan is to steal, wait for the cover of nightfall. The best thing to do now is to get rooms, as Odon said."
Odon lets out a warning growl. "Why do you two seem intent on stealing everything you see?! If you rob people of this town, we won't be able to get intel from the townspeople. We each have the 50 gold pieces Syndra gave us. How much more free money do you need?!" Faint whisps of acid breath rise from Odon's jaw and nostrils.
"Stealing isn't the problem here, it is the sheer recklessness that they are displaying. I am a big proponent of stealing, to be sure, but first thing walking into a new town? Never. That is how you gain a poor reputation for yourself."
"You guys are way over your heads," Yi defending himself intensely, "I'm not going to steal from those peaceful peasants, they already have a terrible life, I'm going to steal from the filthy rich." As Yi's facial expressions become passionate as he continues, "Look if it makes you feel any better, we can praise to the Lord! and have then pay tribute voluntarily. I could be praising to the devil right now, and yet I'm just being the peaceful shepherd. It's not like we're ever going to visit the town after this trip"

Odon sighs suddenly, having successfully quelled his rage. "Forget it. If you steal from these 'filthy rich' folk, just know you're making powerful enemies. Let's just go make arrangements and stop bickering."
As you wander through the streets, the sights and sounds of the city begin to truly sink in. Massive lizards hauling carts and towing boats lumber through the thoroughfares as tabaxi minstrels run through the streets, performing for anyone who tosses them a coin. Even the city's massive defensive walls are topped with colorful awnings and bright paintings. However, you aren't able to find anything resembling a tavern in the maze that is Port Nyanzaru.
As the group wanders the meandering streets, Odon loses his patience. He stops a friendly-looking passerby. "Hello! We're new here, and looking for lodging. Is there anywhere nearby where we could stay?"
Yi joins in with Odon. "And we could use some supplies, do you know where the big markets are?" He comes back to the group, whispering, "Hey guys, should we try to get some information out of these people? you know, like just... general information" Yi looks internally conflicted on what he means

The man seems a little confused by your strange group but doesn't run away (which isn't exactly the greatest achievement)
"Wh- Uh- Yeah.. Just head right over there (he points a little bit west of a large colosseum) You'll know you're there when you hear the shouting. As for a market, the Red Bazaar is a good option, and it's pretty close to the Thundering Lizard. The Grand Souk is better for more serious equipment, but the Bazaar will suffice for your day-to-day needs... Well, I'm going to head out now. I need to buy some fish"
The man walks away. He seems to sticks out in the crowd. It might be because he's wearing all black and the average attire in Port Nyanzaru consists of bright colors and very unfamiliar designs.
Rajag:
The man is wearing a thick purple-black suit, which seems a little strange in the intense heat of the tropical city Aside from that, he carries a small pouch on his belt as well as a long knife. He also appears to be in a rush.
The sounds of raucous laughter and shouting spill from the tavern's doors as a heavy-set bouncer pushes a man through them. Inside the two-story building, you see a large central bar as well as pool tables, animal pits, and dining tables (which are really just benches). Next to the bar is a wide wooden board with several pieces of paper pinned to it. A large turtle-like humanoid tends the bar
"How can I help you?"
Rajag:
The man heads towards the docks (perhaps to buy some fish?), before taking a sharp turn into an alleyway.

Keacan calmly states,"I agree with Odon, we have plenty of money and stealing can get us into a bad situation"
"At least one member here has some sense."

Odon, walking ahead of the rest of the group, cuts through the crowd in the direction the man pointed in.
Char follows, along with the rest of the group. "Why in such a hurry, Odon?"
A complex emotion comes across Odon's face, a strange mix of guilt, rage, and sadness. "I don't like crowds, and I'm eager to get out of this one."
Rajag falls behind from the group to see what he is up to.

Roll a perception check.
Odon addresses the bartender. "Hello, we'd like to purchase lodgings for tonight. How much would that be?"
