"Oh, dear. That won't do. Not one bit," Gwin thinks to herself as she sees Amar fall. Moving in behind her (O16) she kneels next to the critically wounded ranger. "Be still, love. Gwin is here."

Rowan rolls her eyes at the small laceration and chortles to the cultist, "Aw come on now, you swing like my Great-Gammer!" Using the momentum of the altercation, she thrusts her shortsword into the cultist once more. Seizing the moment of opportunity, she quickly throws her dagger at kobold 5.
After taking a stone to the temple, Kiltrin is delirious and exhausted. He musters what strength he has left and hobbles over to the aid of Rowan (m21). Kiltrin turns and faces the cultist and the Kobolds, takes in a mighty breath, and with great power lets out a massive blast of cold air (Breath Weapon - White).
CON saves for kobolds: kobold 3 = 1 | kobold 34= 3 | kobold 5 = 18
Gwinn wards off the specter of death that loomed briefly over Amar, and Rowan, with a well-timed thrust of her dagger, brings the dragon cultist down.
The three kobolds follow Kiltrin's movement with their beady eyes, and the last thing they see is the dragonborn's crystallized breath. The last thing they feel is piercing cold. All three, slowly and stiffly, stumble momentarily before dropping in a heap.

Actions for Sin and Sahash are next; only the ambush drake remains) Updated map:
Sahash runs headfirst to the drake (k23), hoping to distract it from the innocent civilians. " 'Ello there, you ugly bastard. You wouldn't happen to have a pint of ale in that ugly mug of yours, would ya?" Sahash's love for libations comes out once again as she attempts to direct the drake's attention towards her, and gives the terrified civilians a wink, which was probably not all that reassuring.
Sin continues to make his way around the corner, and as he regains sight of the scene in front of him (stopping at h20), noticing that most of the foes have been vanquished, says... "I have arrived at the conjecture that this is quite handled."
In her injured unconscious state, Amar dreams of the Gods instructing her to keep fighting, for it is her duty to defeat the evil that preys on innocents.

Sin moves to (l23), alongside his fellow adventurer Sahash. He casts Eldritch Blast at point blank range into the face of the drake, and says "Hello Ambush Drake, I'm the Surprise Half-Elf!"

Gwin chuckles at the Warlock's joke, but realizes his Eldtrich Blast won't do much to stop the Ambush Drake. Moving in a little closer (p18), she decides to crack her own little joke. Lifting her loaded crossbow, and with a wink to her companions, she says to the Drake in Draconic (and then to her companions in Common), "Do you know why dwarves hunt dragons in the morning?"
Crossbow attack: 9 If successful, piercing damage: 4
"Because the early beard gets the wyrm! Hahahahahaha.......oh, poop.I missed."
Undeterred by the attack from the drake, Sahash gives a hearty laugh at her new friends' jokes. "That was barely even a cut, ya lizard! Now let me show you how it's done and get this over with quickly."
Sin's blast of energy barely catches the giant lizard on its back. Immediately thereafter, Gwinn's crossbow bolt sails harmlessly through the night and Sahash's greataxe slams into the ground, just missing the drake's leg.

Appreciative of the help from new unexpected friends, Rowan makes a daring forward roll towards the evasive drake (j23) using her nearby allies' movements to remain out of direct sight. Leaping from the ground, she tries to stifle a laugh, but feeling more comfortable after her friends' jokes she boasts, "Started from the bottom, now I'm here!" as she thrusts into the drake with her weapons.

Now having caught his breath, and renewed with vigor after wiping out the Kobolds, Kiltrin rushes over to further swarm the drake. He takes a mighty swing with his great axe, aimed at the beast's heart.

Rowan's blades find their mark, and the giant lizard hisses and awkwardly moves backward. The movement, though less then graceful, proved to safe the creature's life, for Kiltrin's axe falls short of its target and sinks into the ground.
Roll (d4) to see which character is attacked by the drake (1 = Kiltrin, 2 = Rowan, 3 = Sahash, 4 = Sin): 2
The ambush drake, seriously wounded and faced with four steel-wielding foes, lacks the sense to do the one thing that might save its life: flee. Instead, it lunges at Rowan with its mouthful of teeth... (Bite attack: 9 | If successful, then 5 piercing damage).
The two villagers continue their race toward the keep but stop short when two more kobolds appear in their path.

Kiltrin's focus is on the drake. Still slightly delirious from the late kobold's sling attack to his head, he fails to notice the two kobolds that have stepped in the way of the villagers. Kiltrin pulls his axe out of the ground and swings once more.

Gwin spies the two new kobolds up ahead and moves in to get a better look (o21). With a heavy sigh she blows the hair out of her face and once again engages her crossbow. Speaking to no one in particular she says, "You know what they say, fortune favors the bold, however, the kobold are not favored by my crossbow."
Chuckling at her own joke, she releases a bolt in the direction of the nearest kobold (d35).

Sin utters, "My vertically less-inclined friend, I believe the object of the crossbow is to pierce the enemies with the bolt, is it not?", snickering as he is invokes arcane power into his staff again. He casts Eldritch Blast at one of the kobolds (d35)
The ambush drake, unable to avoid Kiltrin's axe a second time, is nearly cut in half by the force of the blow. Blood and gore splatter on everyone nearby.
The hearty twang of Gwin's crossbow is followed by the sound of a bolt zipping through the air--a bolt that skitters harmlessly across the dirt path in front of the two kobolds. One of the kobolds is denied the opportunity to ponder the dwarf's poor aim, for a moment later a blast of energy from Sin delivers a fatal blow to the beast.
The members of the party are suddenly reminded of the presence of that far deadlier foe to the townspeople of Greenest: the dragon that has been soaring overhead makes a low pass over the group. Its massive form momentarily obscures the dim light of the moon.
(Amar is unconscious; so actions for Sahash and Rowan remain. The only remaining enemy is the kobold at e36).
Having no wish to cross swords with their new charging enemies, the three remaining kobolds keep their distance and fire away with their slings...
The dragon cultist, despite her serious wound, turns and slashes at Rowan with her scimitar...
The ambush drake holds its menacing stance, keeping the the two citizens of Greenest from moving.
