The henchmen begin to swarm and bully with their clubs. While their numbers are concerning, their rigid forms prevent them from being threats on their own.
The dwarf bashes Thok with his shield to push him down as he attempts to follow through with another strike from his sword before he spins around slashing at Vonrak.
Templar shield bash vs Thok:
Attack: 9 Damage: 10
Templar sword attack vs Thok:
Attack: 21 Damage: 11
Templar sword attack vs Vonrak:
Attack: 20 Damage: 7
Thok is able to fend off the shield bash and keep his balance, the shield slams into him but he keeps his stance like a stalwart wall. But after recoiling the dwarf spins with a flurry, landing two strikes, one for each of Vonrak and Thok.
Party’s initiative: The patrons seeing others fight back have now gotten to their feet and begun an all out brawl. Ale is flying just as quickly as the fists. The tavern becomes like quicksand to move in as the bodies slam into each other. It’s purse chaos, but the Templar and Henchmen show now signs of slowing down or stopping anytime soon.
(ooc: My AC is 21, so I think all the attacks missed me?))
The templar's blows are strong but Vonrak is able to deflect them with his shield. Reflexively, he counters with his axe swinging it at the dwarf (using the riposte manoeuvre):
Attack: 25 Damage: 15
And then follows up with another attack ((ooc: using his action)): Attack: 25 plus bless 4 Damage: 6
The attack hits ((ooc:I assume)) , although Vonrak looks a little disappointed that his martial training was so strong he couldn't resist the counter. He summons up his strength ((ooc: action surge)) and Vonrak pushes his magic down the shaft of the axe toward the dwarf. Bright white lightning crackles down the weapon towards its victim. Shocking Grasp:
Attack: 10 plus bless: 1 ((ooc: from what I read into your description I assumed his armour wasn't classed as "metal")) Damage: 9
Avrick takes a breath and aims his circlet to scream across three rays of fire to his targets. The first one explodes on the Templar. Another one bursts into the chest of the Dragonborn patron as it sends him flying backwards crashing out of a window. While the last one slams into a henchmen who quickly pats out the flames.
Plaugg casts his spell as eerie whispers and disembodied voices surround one of the henchmen and he rushes away in fright.
Thok unleashed a flurry of blows that assaults the Templar. Taking a hit he uses his sword to throw Thok’s momentum off and negates the 11 damage with his parry. But he leaves himself open for the final two strikes that throws him down on the floor prone.
Vanrok seizes his opportunity while the Templar is swept off his feet and and lands a heavy blow, followed by another. The Templar rolls out of the way and gets back up to his feet out of the way of his final spell.
Perception check DC 18:
You notice the well dressed man in the corner abstaining from the violence as he calmly sits and enjoys his drink.
The Templar uses his movement to get back to his feet, angered by the barrage of hits, looks to strike back at Thok with three attacks. Unfortunately he is a little dazed and has difficulty doing so.
The one Templar runs back towards Plaugg once the spell is over. And they begin to looo to retaliate against the group.

The crowd vs the henchmen keeps the same while it doesn’t look like either side is going to gain an advantage.
Party’s initiative, The Templar is looking like he has taken a beating though he doesn’t seem to be wavering in his goal. The henchmen continue to swarm the group being able to resist the fighting of the crowd.
As one of the henchmen hits Avrick, his eyes flash red and fire springs at the henchman. as his reaction Avrick is casting [spell]hellish rebuke] using his infernal legacy feature. the henchman must make a DC 15 Dex save or take 12 or half as much on a success. Avrick will then once more draw back his bow, shooting at another of the henchmen that are still attacking him and his firends Attack: 17 Damage: 5 plus bless to hit:3
