(OOC: So I'm guessing the initiative is about the boulder? And I'm also guessing that by now, everyone can see and hear the boulder if they didn't roll a critical failure?)
Gregor's eyes widen as he sees the boulder and Ketrey headed towards it. "Look out!" he shouts, diving to try and grab the Gnome and pull her out of the way.
(Athletics 9 and Acrobatics 14 checks)
(OOC: Didn't know which one to use, so I just rolled both)
Ketrey, would you like to let Gregor push you out of harm's way?
Gregor, whether or not she lets you, you fall flat on your face (prone). In harm's way. And you do not have enough movement left to stand up unless you use Cunning Action to Dash.
OOC: Somehow, I managed to get Zane's and Gregor's initiative rolls mixed up. Zane should go before Gregor. Sorry.
Zane is somewhat away looking at this thing coming and is taking Ready Action to move away in perpendicular direction if this thing seems to come in his direction.
Ketrey watches, dumbfounded, as she hopes the boulder will roll safely past, and without harming anyone. She puffs a tangle of hairs out of her eyes to see.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The boulder rolls straight at Gregor, who gets to make a Dexterity saving throw.
That's its movement.
For its action, it tries to knock Gregor over in passing (16) and hits, dealing 36 bludgeoning damage. Gregor now gets to make a Strength saving throw. Lucky Gregor.
There were a few trees in between where it started and where it finished. Note the past-tense were. You now know where the noise you heard came from.
It ends 50 feet from where it started--30 feet from Gregor and Ketrey, 25 from Zane, and 35 from Aurora--provoking an opportunity attack from Gregor. Roll the saves first, though; you might not get that opportunity attack.
(OOC: Sorry for the late reply, but I'm not really feeling any more interest in this game, and PBP roleplaying in general. I have less free time nowadays and more stuff to do in real life, so I will regretfully bow out of this game. Thanks for having me, and creating an interesting story to follow, and a chance to roleplay in it.)

So has this campaign petered out?
It's Gregor's turn.

As far as I can tell, everyone sees the Boulder, and everyone sees Ketrey running face-first into it.
OOC: Yes, the initiative is, as you say, "about the boulder".

Ketrey is flung to the side, hair and limbs flopping about as she rolls along the ground
(OOC: I think I'll have Gregor use his cunning action to get up and out of the way)
Aurora will cast Mage Armor on herself and step as far away from the boulders path as possible.

OOC: Sorry to hear that. I'll miss you. Fortunately, I have an answer to the question of what happens to Gregor.
The boulder rolls over Gregor with a sickening crunch. He drops to the ground and doesn't move. The rest of you are pretty sure he's dead.

(OOC: Sad to see you go Arcel. Is it my turn?)
Holding her hands over her mouth in shock, Aurora screams: "Gregor! No!"
She then casts Mold Earth in front of the bolder, creating difficult terrain in an attempt to slow it down.
