Ha! No need, you are able to grab on to the aft hull of the boat and scramble up to the rail. Before climbing on, you see two people with their backs to you, one is behind the helm, steering, and the other is keeping an eye on the rest of the crew further towards the bow.
You are able to slide over the rail onto the deck, no one seems to notice, for the moment. Now that your vantage point is better, you can see more people roaming this top deck further towards the bow.
OCC: Are they crew or guests? Nyx is trying the find guests so she can blend in and get to the inner part of the boat with everyone else. If she can she will try and find somewhere to dry off as best as she can or get another set of clothing.
