The golem takes the wand and looks at it. "Huh, strange." It tilts it and pokes the eye. "This definetly doesn't look like a religious spell focus." The wooden golem stops and waves the wand around a little while explaining. "For those of you who might not know, wands are usually arcane focuses, like the one I would use as a wizard. The hyper religious fish don't usually pick up arcane magic like this, they are more divine in nature, because of the whole god manifesting mind thing." The eye in the golems forehead flashes brightly for a couple of seconds. "Ah. That explains it.. I just identified the wand. It is fey in nature and can cast two spells, one creating a large Fog Cloud and the other is a variation of a spell that Entangles creatures within an area, but the enchantments within this wand lets you cast it in water as well as on land. Fascinating." The golem hands the wand back to Krumdak. "Consider the identification a favor. If you come across any more godmakers on your way you can repay it by bringing me an unharmed brain or two. I simply must probe around in the brain of something able to create a literal demigod by thought alone."

Woody stops for a moment. "Phaendar.. Yinqen... sounds familiar. Is he a spellcaster?.. Or perhaps he sold me a magic item. If you give me a couple of minutes I can check my logbooks. I tend to keep clear notes of noteworthy people."

"Oh my, you are a curious bunch. Reminds me of my old master Daefaren. He always asked everyone about everything. I can have the information ready by tomorrow morning, seeing as I fill an entire book each day I have to go through quite a bit of logs. I expect you to make it worth my while one way or another in return, but do not stress about it. I'll be in contact if need be. Can Meg get back to churning now? Or do you have any further questions?" Woody/Nuala looks from the large stone golem and back to you a couple of times.

"A spellcaster?" Xarprax laughs. "No, he's just a regular old thief. Well, he does have sticky fingers, but I think that's regular for old thiefs." At the mention of making it worth Nuala's while, the dragonborn scratches his temple, but doesn't say anything.
"Perhaps he wasn't a spellcaster then. Might be the fellow who sold me those amulets. Remarkable things. Looked quite like the symbols you have emblazoned on that gaudy armor of yours." She gestures to Gunnar. "And, another thing. Kuo-toa seldom kill, they are more of a capturing sort. Then they might kill you in some sort of offering towards their god or goddess, or they just keep you prisoner. Perhaps they even feed you to their children. Fascinating creatures really, please do get me their brains." You turn around and notice that Khurah is missing, she probably ran off some time during the conversation. Strange.

"Thank you for the identification. I will certainly keep an eye open for brains." He says a little disgusted by the thought of brains.
Xarprax yawns, then steps forward and knocks on Woody’s shoulder. “I'm looking for an elf what calls himself Phaendar Yinqen. You seen him?”
Woody stops for a moment. "Phaendar.. Yinqen... sounds familiar. Is he a spellcaster?.. Or perhaps he sold me a magic item. If you give me a couple of minutes I can check my logbooks. I tend to keep clear notes of noteworthy people."

"Oh! And have you heard of this lady by the name of Yelda Evenwood?" He says describing how she looks.
