Zogar: The door opens with a semi muted clang and you find yourself looking into a large bedroom that has not seen much use over the years. Dust and cobwebs cover the walls and tables, the latter having a few various items of no value covered in the settling dust of years. Another door is set in the northern wall.
Zogar looks to Hrothgar to signal whether he should move to the next door in the bedroom or pry open the second door on the roof. ...or something else entirely.
Aerdeth touches back down near Zogar. With no attempt to check his volume, he shouts to the others.
"They're fighting some well-equipped undead out there, and we've already been seen. I suspect it is past time for discretion."
He deactivates the boots and marches into the bedroom. His bow is manifested and levelled at the northern door while he waits for the party to catch up.
"Amazing. All that arcane power they say a lich has, and he can't keep his room clean," he mutters to himself.

Another medical problem. Indefinite hiatus. Sorry, all.
Responding to the party: Aerdeth is right, they have begun the attack. We must push on. Open the next door. We must get to the gate.
This time he will wait for Zogar to pry open the door and be the first one to go through it himself, raising his shield up in defense and ready to bash someone with it as he goes through and to attract the focus of any guards if needed.
Hastings shakes his head as they begin to shout, drawing his weapons and dropping low as he moves into position. He will stay with the group but stick to the shadows so that he can get himself into a better position in combat.
Lia and Emma follow the group through, but hold back to be behind most of the others. Emma summons forth her Tressym familiar, while Lia summons forth an Owl. Both familiars fly forward to help with scouting the next room. (They just called them from their extrademintional spaces.)
Tressym perception: 7 and can detect invisible creatures within 30 feet.
Owl perception: 21 / 17 (owls always have advantage...)
The door clangs open loudly and you find yourself in a large open room with a large section of the floor cut away surrounded by railing. Below you look down to the floor below into what used to be a common eating room with tables and chairs scattered about here and there.
Looking below you see a couple of figures in armor running past below. The sounds of battle reverberate through the air and you realize that this most likely covered the sounds of your forced exit out of the room.
Being the first to go through Hrothgar looks down for a moment seeing the figures run past. The sight of this only strengthens his resolve. He must help the allied groups as the undead are pouring towards them.
He looks back at his own group, without saying a word he will go into a quickened march towards the front of the keep taking the lead as the others follow him.
(is there any enemy on their floor and can they see which way to go? Perception 24)
Hastings will continue to stick to the shadows as they move along, keeping his eyes and ears open incase something may be around them that could be waiting to surprise them.
The familiars fly out in different directions, the tressym flying left and up the stairs to find that it leads back out to the roof, the owl flying forward and to the left to find a set of stairs headed down towards the south then turning 90 degrees towards the front of the fort.
Hrothgar follows the owl as Lia directs the groups path.
He will go around the corner and stand at the top of the stairs waiting till everyone is there.
(assuming they hear the sound of footsteps below the stairway)
Hrothgar looks to the group once more Alright prepare for battle (any buffs/protection things to cast that last a few mins as a pre-battle thing would be standard for the group).
As the group prepares to go into the horde. We break a path in their ranks, stay close. We will hold near the gate, cut of the reinforcements going outside and aid the entry of our friends outside.
After that they should have had time to cast or do 1 thing then Hrothgar would lead the way down and see what they run into to.
(trying not to direct to much so wont give specific positions or action-requests. I assume each usually have a specific role in the fights. So if possible i hope to see how everyone displays the role they see for their character. Hrothgar is obviously more of the shieldwall type. Will try to hold off enemies and assist allies. I hope some will go into crowd control to pick of weaker ones and others focus on the stronger enemies etc stuff like that)
Aerdeth nods. He slinks over to the eastern edge of the room, Obliviation in hand, and tries to get a good view of what is happening below the western side. He takes up position at the end of the balcony, in the corner without the door.
Hastings will focus on staying in the shadows as he had been, not going out of his way to go into combat without having an opening to deal a quick and decisive blow.
Going down the stairs and turning 90 degrees to the west, you see the ground level floor's main door open wide, outside there are roughly 20 grey armored undead, some with two handed swords, maces and axes, and some with swords, maces, or axes and shields engaging the two groups outside.
You see the taller undead in black platemail has a sword and shield and is wading through the shorter ones headed for Aden and Edward who are fighting as a team against multiple foes. He takes his sword and sweeps the ground in a motion towards the two brothers and with a splitting crack of thunder a wave of dark energy rips through the ground and smashes into both of them knocking them to their knees.
Floating in the air behind the group of undead are what look almost like the dried up corpses of three humanoid figures, each carrying a staff and wearing tattered leather armor and robes. As you see two different members of the other two parties trying to cast spells against the undead, two of the floating husks wave hands and the spells taking place dissipate into nothingness. The third points his hand and black bolts of energy strike Ferik and shadowy tendrils wrap around the halfling and hold him in place, the tendrils rooting into the ground and tethering him in place.
Aerdeth: From the inside there was nothing to see as walls were in the way on both floors, the stairs up did lead out onto a balcony. If that is what you mean, it does hang over and give you a nice view of the battlefield from above.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Zogar sees enough. As quickly as he can, he'll move forward to the doorway, putting his back to the wall so that he cannot be seen by the undead casters while he casts his own spell.

Zogar then tosses the stack of silver coins he's palmed, mumbles a prayer to Mythrien Sarath and with a quick hand gesture casts Animate Objects. The 10 coins spring to life, flying in the air in the exact way that coins don't. Zogar peeks around the door frame and orders the coins to attack the mage who cast the black bolts at Ferik.

"This way." Lia says, nodding to the direction the owl took. They would summon the tressym back so they could follow the owl's path instead.

Zogar doesn't cast just yet, but he does palm 10 silver pieces as he grins with the anticipation of battle against the undead.
