Noticing that everyone in the tavern is staring at his bizarre behavior, the gigantic human that Wilkas initially affected roars with rage. Leveling his heavy crossbow, he aims it directly for the bard, loosening a bolt directly at the bard's position in the booth.
Attack: 13 Damage: 9
The bolt finds its mark, striking Wilkas right in the chest and piercing into the fabric of the booth. Slowly, the rest of you see the life start to fade from the healer as his eyes flutter and then close.
Dr Quiem is going to duck under the table and extend a finger towards the thug leader. His pupils appear to shake in his sockets and a torrent of whispered gibberish can be heard surrounding him. He casts Chill Touch on the human.

With the conviction that his precious books would be wasted on outlaws like these and seeing that the fight had already started out, Donaar decides to join in. He had never thought that his first fight as an adventurer would be at a place this familiar to him but he had a feeling this wasn't the last surprise he was gonna come across. Focusing his mind on his ancestry he positions himself such as only to harm the two lackeys and unleashes his breath weapon.
Dustyn, the Halfling Black Rum has affected you more than you think maybe and you're seeing a double of the half-orc thug who is confronting your group. As you try to skewer one of them, the other one looks in a mix of amusement and amazement that you just stabbed your javelin into thin air.
"Not quite, matey. Let me show you how its done."
Meanwhile, Donaar puffs up and exhales a frosty blast from his mouth that catches the half-orc and the other human thug lackey.

The half-orc is only clipped by the breath and he shivers slightly, but largely seems unaffected. His partner, however, catches the blast full on and you see tiny icicles start to form on the metal buttons and belt he;s wearing, and his breath in turn comes out as a heavy fog. He screams and starts to vigorously rub his arms, trying to warm himself up.
The half-orc thug chuckles and pulls a rough-hewn wooden club from his belt and swings hard at Dustyn, trying to crack the paladin across the jaw with the club.
Attack: 9 Damage: 4
Dustyn, even in your inebriated state, you are able to catch the club and shove it, pushing the half-orc back from you a few steps. He snarls in frustration at you.
Attack: 15 Damage: 6
The human, shivering and miserable from how cold he is, looks at Donaar and swings his club too, but he tries a different tactic, trying to brain the dragonborn across the head. His club, however, finds its target, and Donaar, as he strikes you, you see stars and hear an intense ringing in your ears as he brings down the club. You stumble back, but remain on your feet.
(Waiting to resolve Dr. Quiem's action for the head thug -- 12 damage would definitely kill him, but he'd still be standing at 8. Wilkas and Michael are up. I'll bot Celianna after Michael's turn)

Celianna, who had went to the washroom before the sailors showed up at the tavern, chooses this moment to return to the main dining room. "Oh!" She exclaims, then, looking closer, seeing Wilkas pinned to the booth by a bolt and slumped over, seeing Donaar stumble around in a daze, she says "Oh! This is not good. I am coming, Mr. Mayweather!"
She comes closer and casts Healing Word on Wilkas, and he gains 8 HP back.
You all see a ghastly, spectral hand descend upon the thug leader and a crackle of black necrotic energy ripples through him. He moans in pain as the energy flickers through him, highlighting each of his veins and nerves as the hand grasps him. His eyes bulge and he convulses in pain Then in a coup de grace, Michael very coolly shoots a bolt from his crossbow that pierces the gargantuan human through the throat, sending a spray of viscera out of him. He makes a strange, horrible gurgling noise as he falls backwards into another table set up in the tavern, the table cracking and falling to the ground under his weight.
After that, strange, chilling display, you're all pretty sure he's dead. His lackeys, the human and half-orc look at each other in fear. They look like they may be on the verge of bolting, especially the human, who is still covered in a layer of frost.
(Top of the order -- Dustyn, Dr. Quiem and Donaar are up).

Dr. Quiem uses Invasive Thoughts to enter the half orc's mind "You've lost the battle laddie. Things could get uglier, but all you have to do to stop that is cool down a titch."
Quiem is going draw his crossbow and ready an action for if the half orc decides to attack.

Rather than jumping away, the thug jumps right into your kick, and you hearing a popping sound as the thug falls, arms grabbing his knee.
(He is prone -- melee attacks on him have advantage.)
Meanwhile, the half-orc hears Dr. Quiem's voice in his head, but rather than convince him to surrender, it seems to enrage him. He begins wildly looking around for the source of the voice inside his head club at the ready, snorting angrily.
"When I find you, you little bastard, I'm going to rip you limb from limb." He thinks to you -- the message takes a little long to get there, Dr. Quiem, and you surmise this half-orc probably isn't the most thoughtful of the bunch.

The human sailor, who had already caught the brunt of Donaar's breath attack and been knocked to the floor by Dustyn, now suffers another blast of cold energy. His skin takes on a deep blue tint and he shivers uncontrollably and miserably. He looks like he's on the verge of death now.

Dr. Quiem pops out from his hiding spot underneath the table just enough to shoot off a crossbow bolt. Unfortunately, he misjudges the angle and the bolt flies up over the half-orc's head and shatters a large mirror behind the bar.
Even in the midst of the battle, you hear the bartender loudly swear as the glass shatters everywhere.
The half-orc sees where the arrow came from and glances down at Dr. Quiem. He smiles and chuckles in a low, threatening manner and swings his club towards the ground, desperate to hit the strange little dwarf, even though Dr. Quiem has half-cover.
Attack: 18 Damage: 6
Dr. Quiem, you feel the wind the force of the club swing has made, and you can feel the vibrations as the club makes contact with the tavern's wooden floor -- the half-orc completely missed, battering the floor next to you, leaving you untouched.
The human thug uses half his movement to stand up, and still shivering and cold, decides he has had enough. He disengages begins limping his way towards the exit.
You all hear the clattering of weapons and heavy armor from outside -- someone must have ran out and alerted the Zhelezo and they are about to enter the tavern.
(Wilkas, Michael and Celianna have time for their actions before the Zhelezo enter).
Dr. Quiem looked drunkenly up at the thugs, grinning all the while.
