Tisto leaves the temple and makes it a short way down out of the Street of Gods towards the center of the city. Near the Hall of Justice and the Dekatia he enters the Titan's Draught, the others following close behind.
There are a few tables and chairs outside where a more affluent crowd sips wine and plays board games like chess and backgammon. Inside the room is airy and open, more tables and chairs, some occupied but the room is mostly empty.
A man stands behind the bar and calls to Tisto as you enter
"Hey hey! Tisto! Back for more eh? Maybe you can draw some more patrons in for me with your pan flute eh? Business has been a bit slow today."
The man suddenly stops, a concerned look crossing his face when he sees the 3 armored men behind Tisto who are clearly following him,
"You in trouble Tisto? They aren't the Reverent but they look like, wait Akroan? What's going on Tisto? Tell Drasus eh?"
"Hey hey! Tisto! Back for more eh? Maybe you can draw some more patrons in for me with your pan flute eh? Business has been a bit slow today."
Tisto pulls out his pan flute and plays a quick riff
After he finishes he bows to the crowd and then walks up to Drastus and says "I've been working on a new piece - its a bit rough and needs a bit of work but what do you think of this:
A long time ago in Theros fair
The Gods and Titans did battle there
In Melitis, a temple to Erebos was found
In which relics of that time abound
The problem is its location, they know not where?"
He points a thumb over his shoulder at the rest of the party and continues "don't worry about where they're from; they're historians like me. Somebody has asked us to find the original location of the Temple of Erebos - don't ask me why - and I thought why not go to the oldest tavern in Melits and see what Drasus knows?"

Drasus looks a bit confused. "A temple of Erebos? Seems a bit dark for a Satyr. But again, material wealth might be your aim, that wouldn't surprise me there. I'm certain there is a small temple to him on the Street of Gods. Nothing like the the temple to Ephara or Heliod. Now there's an interesting story. There is an ongoing dispute over who should have the temple at the pinnacle of the Street of Gods: Ephara’s first temple was destroyed in an earthquake, therefore Heliod is clearly the more powerful deity. But if you want to get good with Erebos, thwarting Heliod may be a good idea. Just be sure you have your coin for Athreos,, you will need to pay him when you pass to the underworld."
"Tisto, you made a song about the wrong temple.." whispers Areus to the satyr.
"Where was located Ephara's first temple? It was destroyed by that earthquake, but something should still exist. Maybe some underground passages.." says Areus to Drasus.
"Aye, that's possible. The oldest parts of the city are near the Agora and the wharf. We are near the edge of the Agora being one of the oldest taverna in the city. There's always rumor of tunnels under the city though I can't say that myself. The sailors and smugglers down by the wharf might know something about that."
"That is very helpful, thank you." replies Areus. The hoplite then says to his companions "We should go and check the wharf now. It is better to not waste time."
He will wait for a few moments and in case of a positive reply from his companions, Areus will head towards the wharf.
"Tisto, you made a song about the wrong temple.." whispers Areus to the satyr.
"I get confused with all these gods, Eph this and Ere that but hey it was a good song wasn't it?" Tisto whispers back. More loudly he says "lead the way to the docks my friend"to Areus bowing with a flourish. Over his shoulder - as they leave - he says to Drasus "thanks my friend I'll be back and we'll share a cup, or several cups, of wine"

"I freely confess Areus, when we decided on that tavern this morning I did not expect we would be scrambling around the entire polis by the end of the day."
As they walk through the streets, Nyklos will survey the buildings around them, keeping a look out for any structures that are obviously older in their construction.
Leaving the taverna you see that it is now dark and getting late. The streets are nearly empty as you make your way towards the wharfs. You find that there are fewer civic buildings and more warehouses. You find a few different taverna in the area, the sound of raucous laughter can be heard. There are no games on tables outside these drinking houses. Rough sailors hang out at these pubs.
You see "The Kraken's Horn", "The Blasted Hydra" and "The Lazy Tempest"
Passing The Kraken's Horn Tisto turns to Soren "you're the expert on Kraken - what say we give this one a go? he pauses and then continues "do Kraken even have horns and if so how many? Do you think this named after a Kraken with only one horn because the other, or others, I'm not sure how many they actually have, kracked and fallen off?"
Areus nods to Tisto "Let's enter The Kraken's Horn and ask around. We should be careful since I doubt smugglers or thieves like to share their trade secrets to outsiders, things may get dirty."
He will wait for an eventual reply from his companions and then he will walk into the Kraken's Horn.
The taverna is poorly lit and appears to be fairly crowded, a long bar runs along the far left wall, stairs lead up at far end of the right side. Group of men and women watch people arm wrestle, or throw dice or they sit around tables laughing or arguing. Most ignore you as you enter the room. Those that do watch you seem to lose interest after looking you over seeing that you are not the town guard. You do notice that no one but yourselves wear armor. Everyone else is dressed in the lighter clothes that sailors and commoners wear.

Soren sighs. "as much as I would like to disagree, asking questions in a tavern might be a sound course of action"
