((Carric Initiative: 24 ))
Carric charges ahead, his rhythmic humming seeming to change pitch and tune numerous times as he moves forward, and stops just before he enters the Sahuagin's reach. He reaches his free hand out, and lets off a stream of elvish as a sheet of fire shoots from out in a wide arc from his hand. ((I'm not exactly sure where I'd go with targets dropping, but I'm going to cast Burning Hands and I'd like to get as many in it as I can without entering reach. Dex save 14 or take 11 fire damage, half on save)) After letting loose his flames he runs over in front of Natton, putting himself between the beasts and the Bard ((ba dash to somewhere between the Sahuagin and Natton))

(Not as full and rapid a recovery as I'd hoped, but I live. Set a new personal best temperature at 33.7*C, though)
Carric - Initiative 24
Charging ahead, Carric keeps himself on the lower part of the main deck and lets his stream of burning fire arc towards the port side of the forecastle's mast. The flames sweep over all but the one Sahuagin before he steps over to the stairs to place himself firmly between Natton an the unburnt enemy. Sahuagin1 Save:10; Sahuagin2 Save:10; Sahuagin3 Save:14
Lattimer - Initiative 20
Moving up the stairs to pummel the new boarders, Lattimer finds himself in a stalemate dance against the creature and its spear as the last vestiges of Carric's flame are soaked by the pouring rainwater.
Snigbovlin - Initiative 16
The light of the fireflies from Snigbovlin's spell spread throughout the forecastle, clinging to any of the green-skinned, webbed creatures that they can find. Sahuagin1 Save:13; Sahuagin2 Save:13; Sahuagin3 Save:11; Sahuagin4 Save:16;

All but the one Sahuagin are scorched in the flames. Two of them drop from the damage, while the third one cries out in pain. It moves up to face Lattimer, trying to avoid his rapid fire punches and attacks. Both the undamaged Sahuagin and the burnt one soon find themselves covered in a soft glowing light, aiding any who would try to attack them henceforth.
Wyldfyre- Initiative 10
Wyldfyre's bolt of flame arcs through the rainwater, creating a thin trail of mist as it nicks the starboard side Sahuagin in the neck. The creature howls, but continues its advance.
*Sahuagin: Moving forward to attack Natton, the creature is blocked by Carric. It strikes at its new foe with its spear. Spear: Attack: 5 Damage: 3
*Sahuagin: Striking back at Lattimer with its spear, the Sahuagin cries out in a strange language of the sea. Spear: Attack: 14 Damage: 7
Natton - Initiative ??
Casting his arcane spell in the quiet under the sounds of the rain and crashing waves, Natton strikes a cord to inspire his newfound colleague of arms as assails the minds of the boarding creatures. Sahuagin4 Save: 21(it lives, despite the damage, but both remaining Sahuagin are severely wounded regardless)
(OOC: sorry that you are still under the weather, but glad to hear the recovery has started. Hopefully you get back to 100% soon.)
Wyldfyre looks to both sides to see if any new targets are coming over the railings, then for an available target to unleash another Fire Bolt. Attack: 22 Damage: 5. She moves as necessary to maintain her cover behind the secured cargo while also trying for the most opportune shot.

Welcome to the Emporium of Mayhem! What sort of mischief do you seek today? Pyromaniac Wyldfyre searching for her place in the world.
The Sahuagin's spear is aimed remarkably precisely, given the weather conditions, and runs right through Lattimer's unprotected torso. The world goes bleary as he slumps to the ground, croaking out with an oddly out of place smirk, "My wages for sin..." before darkness crowds in.

Seeing the person he knows best on the boats collapse, Snigbovlin rushes forward, keeping the fallen man between himself and the Sahuagin, then does what he can to save him.
((9 points of healing))
When his friend rises, Snigbovlin backs away, keeping his distance and still concentraing on his spell. "Not dead yet, silly giant!"
Natton nods his thanks to Carric as he releases another mental assault on one of the sahuagin. He strums a few more chords that bolsters Carric with sudden confidence.
((OOC: Since I've had some changes with work, schooling, and some personal issues, I'm going to have to drop out of this campaign. It's a me issue, not any of you. I feel terrible that I have to do this to you all. I'm sorry. I've greatly enjoyed this campaign.))

Carric initiative: 18
Seeing Lattimer fall, and judging the state of the sahuagin in front of him, Carric strikes out at it, his free hand flowing through the air in a rhythmic pattern matching his humming ((action to cast Booming Blade , 10 to hit doing 6 piercing damage)). After he sees the spell take hold he darts over to Lattimer, breathes a sigh of relief when he sees his chest moving with air, and attempts to interject himself between the monster and his fallen comrade.
( sorry to hear about the rough recovery cillomir, and to hear you're leaving Dimir)
