Scene #4:
Kaisaras has little need to give a verbal reply, as he had already given his answer to the Marshall the day of the attack. Still, he offered a reaffirmation of his actions with a nod.

Scene #5:
Listening to the specifics of the man known as Verik and his deserters, Kaisaras offered a displeased look. Traitors didn't sit well with the young nobleman, more so those who would sow more chaos to an already chaotic situation. "We shall see him brought to justice, no worries."

Scene #1:
Danse allowed his breathing to naturally slow. It's clear the half-elf relished the culmination of his hunt, glittering eyes falling on the remains of Yargin's corpse. The swordsman wiped both scimitars on his patchwork robes, caring little for the stains they would leave; his performance was finished for the day. Initially glancing to the stinging sensation on his arm to assess a sustained wound, his eyes widened slightly in surprise to notice a faint tattoo. Danse dropped his arm and turned his chin towards the sky, muttering under his breath, "Zellara - you brought me here. You've handed me a gift, haven't you? Or is it simply fate?"

Danse chuckled and turned towards the approaching guards. The half-elf gave his customary bow. "Correct - we'll be happy to file out any reports you need, though the more urgent matter is getting rid of bloodstains before our boat's deck need too much repair. Are you aware of any reputable craftsmen in the area?"

Regardless, once the guards were out of earshot, Danse good-naturedly punched Fargrim on the shoulder, a smile spreading over the tattooed performer's face. "I truly thank you for the help, Fargrim; so many people these days simply wander their lives in mere acts to give the illusion they're being kind. And look what we got from it! A ship - my enemy is mostly dead. If you need a second hand, I'll be happy to lend my aid. I've always wanted to sail."

Scene #2:
Yargin's death had already been accepted as an eventuality, along with all of the enemies on Danse's list. But now, with all of them crossed off, Danse found wandering the soulful city to feel somehow hollow. Hands linked behind his neck, Danse ambled through most Korvosa's poorer wards, where Danse's original performances had begun some years ago. Paying no heed to the destitute passerbies, Danse allowed the streets to consume his thoughts for some time. 

Eventually, Danse's wandering concluded where the group first met Zellara. A wry smile perched on Danse's face. Of course, Danse believed in the supernatural - in the strange windings of fate. He'd be a fool not to. Pushing his way indoors, Danse found the original chair he took on the first night, stayed quiet for a minute, and spoke. 

"Zellara, Zellara - my task is done. You have led me on the path I have dreamed for years. Would it be too much to request your guidance once more? With Gaedren dead, so is the drive which kept me alive all these years," he called towards the cobwebs, but mostly to himself. 

Scene #3:

The errand boy clearly didn't have to run through the poorer places in town, and Danse's tattooed, scarred countenance didn't help, especially when Danse collapsed behind some crates for the night. He could rent a room in a hotel, yes, but something about the streets called him. "What's the High Marshal want with someone like me? Go on, then - run before someone pickpockets you, boy." With a bared smile, Danse stood, worked out the soreness in his muscles, and woke his damned bird up. Moroza, of course, demanded food to eat, but Danse merely threw her in the skies. She could find some for herself, the old bat. 

Scene #4:
The raggedy performer saluted the High Marshal with more show than called for. "There is always something plaguing the city, which is why most people never bother with trying to fix it. Those who go try go mad eventually, though I suppose I'm mad enough to try." 

Scene #5:
Danse seemed to have a comment to say, though Fargrim's words seem to have spoken enough for him. Material wealth clearly meant little to Danse, and he struggled to understand Fargrim's fixation on coin. The swordsman placed a half-grin smile on his face and curiously awaited a response to Fargrim's negotiation.
