Unsure what exactly is going on, Torman will ask the toll-collector why the iceberg is called the Island of Eternity; he tries the question in Common, Goblin, Celestial and Draconic, hoping to find a common tongue between them.
Seeing the response to the telepathic questioning, Azzure walks over to Gryrig and Kat, saying “I can calm their emotions if you would find that helpful, perhaps they would open up to you a little more, but otherwise we are headed for the other iceberg…?” Azzure looks at the empty village, seeing no further leads here.
”Perhaps they fear the dragon’s wrath should they help us. It may be better to move on and destroy the dragon first—especially if we have no way to speak their language,” suggests Duncan.

It means “Island of Eternity”
When you explore the village, the place looks deserted, it seems everyone closed up shop, no tavern per-say just a great hall (Viking style)

Azzure says “Gotta agree with that. Let’s see what lies inside.” He starts to walk towards the meeting hall, curiousity getting the better of him.
Torman sighs when he receives no response, hoping perhaps that in the common room he might be able to eavesdrop on their chatter.
