Con Save (Maintain Heroism from the multiattack): 13
Erika shifts her grip on the axe, holding the haft just below the bloodied blade. She tenses, her stance widening, as she lets out a fierce shout in her native tongue: "FUS RODAH!"
A shockwave of thunderous energy blasts from her shout, small rocks and debris fly at the creatures next to her and Ragnar, propelled by the force.
Ted, seeing this, is very impressed.
Action: Cast Thunderwave (3rd level)DC 15 CON Save, on fail 28 thunder damage and pushed 10 feet away, on success half. (Cube cast sort of diagonally to not hit Ragnar)
As the rotting, tentacled cat slashes out at Ragnar, he brushes one attack aside with his shield, but that leaves his side open and the creatures second attack finds purchase. The energy from Erika from the start of the battle eases the damage somewhat, but Ragnar still feels the pain.
In response to that, Ragnar feels the power of the Storm Lord well up in him and lightning flashes from his eyes, racing across at the creature that just hit him.
Reaction: Wrath of the Storm - Creature takes 9 lightning damage (DC16 Dex save results in half as much damage)
Once the lightning flashes forward, Ragnar finds the pain from the wound distracting enough to cause his concentration on the Spirit Guardians to waiver.
Con Save to Maintain Spirit Guardians (w/ Advantage from War Caster): 15 , 19
If save successful, Spirit Guardians Damage for next round: (half on successful DC 16 Save) 11
Ragnar steps forward and engages the closest beast again, slashing down with his axe.
Action: Attack: 17 Damage: 8
And as he pulls back the axe to recover, he focuses on his hammer amulet around his neck and then shouts out "Sprithammare."
A floating, almost ghost-like war hammer appears in the air behind the same creature and slams downwards.
Bonus: Casts Spiritual Weapon and attacks with it Attack: 23 Damage: 11
As Ted runs over to Glint, Echo trilling at the beast attacking Glint, he doesn’t notice the Panther hot on his heels. He feels it’s tentacle wrapping around his leg and jumps in the air, spinning to free himself, but is struck right in the chest by it’s second attack, the wind taken from his lungs. (Reaction - Uncanny dodge to half first attacks damage).
Ted grabs on to the bookshelf, bracing himself, ready to meet his end as flames erupt from his shoulder. Taking his chance, he dives to the side of the panther that attacked him, plunging his rapier into it’s ribs with a thunderous clap.
-Movement - around the Panther chasing Ted, out of range of one attacking Glint.
Attack: 26 Damage: 8 plus Sneak Attack 11 Piercing damage. Plus 8 Thunder Damage and 11 Thunder Damage if it moves
As Ted runs off he calls to Glint, “Get out of there! I’ll try to help once I get this one down!” Before darting behind a bookshelf back against the shelf as he catches his breath. “Echo, maybe some of these books have some magic in them, lets try our luck!”
- Finish Movement to about H13 if I can
Echo flies over the bookshelf, trying to knock books off towards the pair of beasts near Glint.

Round 4
Zira and Gen-ga begin to focus their blows.
Gen-ga takes off their shield which ignites with holy light and casts guiding bolt Attack: 27 Damage: 42
Zira growls hacking again with her vicious rapier Attack: 14 Damage: 7; BA off-hand dagger Attack: 14 Damage: 7
Moving forward towards each opponent the undead beasts continue their onslaught in spite of the damage they've received.
“But no living man am I! You look upon a woman...You stand between me and my lord and kin. Begone, if you be not deathless! For living or dark undead, I will smite you, if you touch him.” ― J.R.R. Tolkien, The Return of the King
As the beasts natural weapons strike down on Glint, the gnome briefly considers attempting to shield himself. However, at the last second the gnome realizes the onslaught may be too strong even for his magic.
Sensing that his fire-breathing contraption on Ted's shoulders may not be fully effective Glint cries out to his new friend, "I'm going to try something else as I head for cover!"
Glint takes the disengage action and utilizes his 25 feet of movement to make it to B10, "Gen-ga and Zira, I'm looking a little rough, please try to look after me." The gnome smiles at his new compatriots sheepishly.
"Now, time to figure out how this works..." With his bonus action, Glint summons his energy and pours it into the spiritual weapon that his arcane magic had wildly summoned a few rounds back. "Hey ugly cat thing! Catch!"
The phantom wind up monkey toy floats across the room to square C10, before striking the beast that is standing next to Glint and Zira.
OOC: Just checking, but the beast attacking Erika should also be within the range of Ragnar's spiritual guardians and should need a save.
The whipping tentacles strike around Erika's shield, landing solid blows. "These bastards are tough! Help me finish this one, Ragnar!" she shouts, a grimace on her face, a bit of blood on her teeth, and charges back at the cat which attacked her, swinging a downward blow with the axe and then attempting to bash the creature in the face with her shield.

As Ted tries to catches his breath, back against the shelf, he is surprised as another tentacle flies towards his face. Jerking his head to the side, he avoids most of the blow and it grazes past his cheek. (Reaction - uncanny dodge) The second blow strikes him square in the chest as he feels something crack, crumpling back into the bookshelf.
Ted coughs and splutters, wheezing as he supports himself on the bookshelf. As the Panthers jaws close in on him, he defiantly spits a globule of blood in it’s face before clutching his rapier in both hands and leaping up to bring it down on the creatures skull with a thunderous boom.
Action - Spell- Booming Blade (Wild magic roll High 100)
Attack: 15 Damage: 9 plus 10 Piercing damage and 7 Thunder damage
If the Creature moves - a further 10 thunder damage.
(Ted is relying on being able to kill this thing, in which case he will back of to J13, trying to stay as quiet as he can as he catches his breath and cries. Using the hide action.)
(If not he will run to H16 using the Disengage action and hide behind Ragnar.)
Echo flies over to Gen and Zira, cawing as he scatches at the Panthers head (using help action)
Ragnar pushes the first slashing attack from the monstrous cat to the side, and learning from his mistake last time, he keeps his axe up and ready and deflects the second attack before it can find purchase.
Hearing Erika call out for assistance, he focuses briefly on the ethereal hammer floating in the air and directs it to swoosh down on the cat Erika has knocked prone. Somehow finding purchase in midair, the hammer swings quickly downwards against the rotting beast.
But not wanting to turn his back on the cat in front of him, he keeps his shield up and pivots slightly to reduce the gap between Erika and himself (which will provide more shelter for Ted if he comes this way), swing his gleaming battle axe hard at the same time into the creature closest to him.
At the same time, the ghostly ancestors swoosh in and around the two cats, slashing out with bursts of bright light.
Spirit Guardians Damage: 13 radiant (half as much on a DC16 Wisdom Save)
Bonus Action: Spiritual Weapon attack (w/ advantage since creature prone): 28 , 17 for 11 Force Damage
Action: Attack: 17 Damage: 8
