I am in Minnesota. I bought the bundle. Still no shipping notification. Just keep getting told there are issues. But I can see it as multiple stores.
Ugh. If it's not shipped yet, that's horrible.
Do you use the Digital stuff here? (Do you run a game that needs the digital?) If not, man - I'd ask for a refund and get the book at a local store. :(
I would say I placed my pre-order probably less than a week when they announced the bundle deal.
So, my order date was 21 August.
They didn't start shipping it until 03 January (generating a tracking number) until 03 Dec. I've seen other people who ordered after me, and they got their product before that, so they are not processing them in any logical order.
If it had been > 1 month with no action I was planning to report them to my credit card company as "product not delivered". I had already asked for a refund and been told no. And had heard reports of others being banned for DnD Beyond if they cancel credit card orders (not sure if this is true though).
Even though generated on 03 Jan, it wasn't delivered/picked up by the shipping company until 10 Jan. Still not arrived, and the tracking does not provide an ETA, although I can see it moving around (Chicago to LA).
Note that I am in Australia, but it is not a shipping issue -- the product was widely available in retail stores from 06 Dec or shortly after, so it is not an issue of production finish time vs shipping time, because the product was able to get here -- just not my pre-ordered (months in advance) copy. And they didn't even try (e.g. give it to shipping) to send it to me until a month after release.
Ordered the bundle back in October and I’m still waiting for some kind of explanation, apparently WotC has been far more interested trying to burn 🔥 3rd party publishers then fulfilling my order.
I also haven't received mine yet and have a ticket open with both wizards and scalefast. I still do not have a ship date.
What's wild, before the OGL drama - I had a ticket open with WotC because somehow an incorrect address was in there; and they got back to me in 2 days.
I think the OGL drama and all these tickets opening probably congested the eff out of it... because my experience with help was always relatively quick! But I've not opened a ticket since the OGL stuff, so my idea of the delay is purely speculation; but seems logical.
It's no excuse as to why your stuff hasn't shipped; but could definitely explain the lack of response(s) to tickets.

Well, for order fulfillment, they pass it to another company for shipping (I found that out when I opened my ticket).
I bought the deluxe edition and have the physical copy of the book and game, but have nothing that says about my digital copy.
How do I go about getting this?
Did you buy the physical and digital bundle from Wizards' website? If you bought the physical-digital bundle, they send you a redemption code/key to whatever email you put in.
If you only bought the physical copy, there is no code. The physical copy and digital copy are distinct separate products, so if you wanted both, you either had to buy both separately, or purchased it as a bundle directly from Wizards' website.
Ohhhh that’s the problem. I bought it from a shop and they told me it would have a code in the book like a few of the last campaigns have.
Bit annoyed that I’m gonna have to buy it twice now though! But thank you for your help :)
I am not sure what campaigns they are referring to, but Wizards never put codes in any of their 5e books. The only official D&D 5e physical product that ever came with a digital code is the physical Essentials Kit box sets, and that is only for the old printings of the Essentials Kit, as the new printings do not come with a code anymore. No other box sets nor books comes with a digital code.
They didn't start shipping it until 03 January (generating a tracking number) Even though generated on 03 Jan, it wasn't delivered/picked up by the shipping company until 10 Jan.
Thought I would provide a final update. The deluxe set did eventually arrive 30 Jan, about 8 weeks after release.
It obviously is possible for it to have got here faster (i.e. not a shipping issue), as it was seen widely in shops since release date. It also doesn't appear to be a volume issue, as people who ordered after me got shipped before me.
Seeing as I ordered 21 August, they had plenty of time to plan when to send it, i.e. they could have sent it mid-late November, knowing it may take 2-4 weeks shipping; or it would have even been okay to ship it out on 6 Dec and providing tracking. I've never received an explanation why it took until 10 Jan to actually send it.
It just seems a complete process management failure, and I'll know better next time.

Whoever you bought it from, straight up lied to you. None of the previous books have had codes. Ever.
I'd question ever buy from that shop again, and educate other customers of theirs, as they may be being misled as well.
Yea this was my first time buying from them, they are a family owned place so I thought I’d go and help them out after how the last few years have been for small businesses.
I usually just buy my books on dnd beyond so didn’t think they would be lying. But now I know and have already told my party not to go there for stuff.

"Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity."
Rather than a lie, it is much more likely that the salesperson is simply incorrect; maybe someone told them about the code in Essential's Kit (which was only a discount anyway), or heard about the bundles and assumed it was something new for all adventures.
Mistakes are far more common that misleading (although it can happen).
BUG: Attempting to build a Human (variant) Hexblade warlock with the Mage of High Sorcery background. The background selection shows the Initiate of High Sorcery background feature and states that I get that feat as a benefit of choosing this background. But, there's no option to select one of the three moons, or make the spell choices.

Thanks for the reports - we'll investigate further to see what's causing this. If possible could you link the affected character(s)?
Ugh. So I had deleted the character a few weeks (?) back because I couldn't get it to work - and just went normal human.
So I thought I'd just try to recreate it (Variant Human Wizard with Weapon Master, just like the previous one) - and now can not duplicate. I see the Feat fine in the character; so I thought maybe I didn't select it initially - and it was at the full character sheet - but that also shows all the options.
So I am not sure how to replicate it. (Or perhaps it's been fixed since then!)
EDIT -
Ah ha! Re-read my post - I had cloned my human Wizard.
Doing so I was able to replicate the issue.
But also figured it out.
So the steps I took.
Clone my Wizard character (which already had Solinari) selected.
Went into the clone.
Changed it to Variant Human.
When I get to Description - from the drop down Solinari is not available... Because it's already technically been selected.
However, if you're going through this - the option is gone.
If you just proceed to complete your character - you will get the option to manage the Feat after the character is done and make the needed select (Intelligence or Charisma for Solinari) and it works.
Ugh. If it's not shipped yet, that's horrible.

So I was testing something...
And made a Variant Human, Wizard, but also selected Weapon Master as a feat at Level 1.
Noticed when it got to selecting the Order - Solinari suddenly wasn't available (but the other two are).
Only thing to note is he is a clone of another Human Wizard I have who is Solinari... and it's fine there, but that was normal human, not variant.

I think something breaks with Human (Variant). I made a similar post a few posts up.

I'm guessing that should be a comma.
