I purchased the entire sourcebook and did so on the website. I've checked my entitlements several times, but it all says that it's in sync. I also responded to the email 3 days ago and there still hasn't been a response, so I did submit another ticket. It's really weird because I can look at the sourcebook and read through it, but I cannot use any of the features of it in character creation. It is in my product licenses too, and it wasn't the compendium option.
My husband is the DM for our Dragonlance campaign. He has the book purchased and has content sharing added to the campaign. When I made the character originally, everything was working. Today, someone else in the campaign tried to create their character, and all of the Dragonlance-specific content was unavailable. I checked mine, and it’s all gone from mine now too (I made the mistake of changing my background while I was trying to help him troubleshoot, and now it doesn’t exist in mine anymore).
When we click on “Content Management” to see what all is being shared, the Dragonlance book isn’t showing up anymore.
For troubleshooting, we’ve already verified: - We are signed in - Content was purchased - Content has been shared with the campaign - Character is in the campaign - Dragonlance Content is enabled under Sources - All of the above was true yesterday, and I can confirm that it was all working as expected then.

Make sure you have content toggle on for Dragonlance in the character builder.

Try turning content sharing off and then back on. Also have everyone resync their entitlements. If that still does not work, try logging out and then back in.
Is anyone else getting a 404 error when they try to access Appendix D: Story Concept Art? Happens if I jump to it from the table of contents or if I hit previous/next chapter from Appendix C or Appendix E, respectively.

So for the knight of Solomnia background and feat when you add the background it auto adds the feat. The problem I have is that I mess around with my characters a bit to see how the are before official creation. If you change the background the feat does not go away.
Issue 2
When the feat is added through the background Avrae does not import the action or the countrlers from the sheet.
I do not own the books and access them through a campaign. Dunno of that makes a difference.
The Initiate of High Sorcery (Nuitari) feat only lets me select False Life for my 2 spells at 1st level. I should be able to select from dissonant whisper, false life, hex, and ray of sickness. How can I change this? Or can you fix it, please?
I can confirm, before purchasing The Player's Handbook, I could only choose False Life twice, after purchase , drop downs work as intended :).
I bought Dragon Lance and I am unable to access any of it for a character I do not have an option for dragonlance in the home of the character creation. I have things from SpellJammer, Theros and other such settings that all show up on a character creator but not dragonlance. This is the only book that I have noticed that I have no access to though I have triple checked that I have bought it.
I would love to make a Kender Character (without homebrew it)

Content sharing off/on fixed it, thank you!

This should now be fixed, thank you!
