The Elemental Adept feats (any version) do not show up as an option to choose when leveling to 4 or at any of their time a feat can be chosen. I just tested as 4 different kinds of spellcasters (sorcerer, wizard, warlock, and Druid).
The legacy versions of Elemental Adept feat do show up as an option, if you have legacy toggle on. Just not the 2024 versions.
If you have the book and a DM subscription, but can't access the book or the options in the character builder use the link in the pinned comment at the top and resync your entitlements.
I did this and the entitlements show I own the PHB2924. , and I have a Master subscription, but still no book.
On the app at least, I can only select legacy Fire Genasi from the Elemental Evil Players companion and not Monsters of the Multiverse (which has the lv 5 Flame Blade)
*it occurs to me that this could be a source sharing issue as I’m making a test character not in the shared campaign I’m in with monsters of the multiverse shared to me. I can never remember if sharing lets me use options outside of that campaign or not*
I have a bard 10 with Magical Secrets. How do I pick the selected Wizard Spells I want?
Cant see how to do that via GUI.
Apparently, it's a known issue and they are working on it. See the first post, under Bard, in red.
What I did was just not choose the spells at all for Magical Secrets. I have 12 of 16 spells picked out in my list for my level 12 bard for tomorrow's 2024 one-shot / rules try-out. I then made a homebrew magic item, type: Wondrous (so the spells show up on my spell list). I added the 4 spells I would have picked for Magical Secrets to that item. I didn't mess with charges at all myself as my choices can't be upcast with additional effect, so the spells cast At Will, but they show up on the spell list and under the actions/bonus/reactions/other/etc tabs, and I just have to remember to check off the used spell slot manually after casting it. Upcasting is an issue though unless you put tons of charges on the item and setup the upcasting spell range (min/max charges, ie: 3 and 9 for fireball) in the spell on the Wondrous item.
Wizard Subclasses. Each of the Wizard subclasses presented has a level 3 feature that allows you to pick 2 spells from a specific school of magic, and then at odd-numbered levels, you receive an additional one for free. Unfortunately, we're unable to support the latter half (subsequent free spells), so you will need to add them manually whenever you reach the appropriate level.
They are not added to the Book as learned but are shown as prepared. Are they suppose to be prepared as well? or only learned? Clarification would be welcome cuz if they are prepared as well that would be nice.
When adding Homebrew spells to 2024 characters, they are not available in the spell lists for the class. I realized how to fix this, and it is by going into the homebrew spell, and editing the "Available for" section and adding the 2024 class to that section.
The issue I am submitting here is that there is no way to discern what is a 2014 class, or a 2024 class within that section of homebrew. They simply read as the exact same thing, which causes some confusion.

Sharing issue for sure.
Source sharing allows you to read the compendium (feature search) articles and the entire book for shared content but you can only use shared content in the campaign where it’s shared. So if you’re building the test character outside the campaign, you would not have access to the shared content.
As others have mentioned the mercy monk's Hand of Healing doesn't display correctly in the block text, but both the Hand of Healing and Hand of Harm are missing the wisdom mod on the actual damage button itself
On Monks the Deflect Attack: Redirect Attack button only uses 1d8+dex instead of 2d8+dex
The default Unarmed Strike section under the Action's tab needs to be changed or hidden for monks since it's largely wrong for them
The observant feat doesn't appear
the observant feat's prerequisites in the book are an Intelligence or Wisdom of 13+, but the builder requires Intelligence or Charisma of 13+
the Tavern Brawler feat's Enhanced Unarmed Strike attack modifier only uses strength with no proficiency. It also doesn't benefit from anything that boosts unarmed attacks such as the Eldritch Claw Tattoo or the Wraps of Unarmed Prowess
on the Mobile app:
Shield has a casting time of '0 reaction'
Speak With Animals has a casting time of '0 action'
Boon of Energy Resistance causes a flat 14 to be added to all skill bonuses
Unable to select Language options for Tieflings
delete
War caster isn't showing up as a option on the new versions of the caster classes for me
Great Old One Warlock spells showing up At-Will
Fey-Touched spells showing up At-Will
Cannot select War Caster as a feat option
Magical Cunning Warlock feature on my level 4 warlock says I regain 2 spell slots instead of the appropriate 1
im not seeing the Common Sign Language show up as an option in the builder language drop down

Ranger: cannot choose Thieves' Cant for Deft Explorer
Boon of Combat Prowess not showing up as an option for Level 19
Agreed. Very disappointed to see phantom not included right out of the gate when their previous statements made it seem like it would?

They listed this as a known issue at the start of this thread. Read that before posting.

Double Bladed Scimitar is listed under the Free 2024 rules with a range of -1ft.
